I wish I could give less than one star…read more The short of it: After nearly three weeks and three home inspections, Hugh Turner informed us that they would not tent our 3/2 home. Their reason was because of a few ferns and a temporary trellis. The full story: An inspector from Hugh Turner showed up exactly when they were scheduled to and was very professional and courteous. We walked the property and spoke about all of the preparations needed to tent, including the clearing of a small alley that is overgrown with ferns and the need to detach a trellis from the wall of our house. He took measurements and went on his way. After a week with no response, we called their office to find out about the quote. They didn't know who was at our house to inspect, and they would look into it. The next day the same employee showed up at the house and informed us they had lost his measurements. He remeasured the property and left. Another weekend passes and Monday brings a new employee to our door to measure the property, again. He promises a quote within 24 hours and measures our property for the third time. The following day, we receive a message saying they won't tent because of ferns and a trellis. I called the office to discuss, and they will not discuss the property any further. When I remind the employee on the phone that the trellis and ferns will be removed before tenting, she replies that they can't tent with the foliage and trellis in place. We go in circles of "we will remove the foiliage and trellis" with the response something to the effect of "we can't do it with the foliage and trellis in place". After two trips around this nonsensical merry go round, I hung up. Save yourself the time, effort, and money. Call anyone else.

I Called to get a quote and they sent someone within two hours to check it out! Michael was awesome. Very informative and quickly recognized the problem. A few hours later I had a quote for a spot treatment. Kevin came out and did the treatment. Super nice and again explained the whole process for me. He was quick, crawled under my house, sprayed it all down and was done with it within 30 mins. We found there was an issue with German roaches where we moved in. Not only did they treat our unit, but, they educated us on their habits, traits and how to avoid inviting them in our space again. Flavio was awesome!!! Ask for him!!! They'll even service your car if there is an issue there! One time spray in the car... the problem goes away. After the first visit in the home it was just an as needed call here and there as they died off. Trust me... this isnt's what they use to be known for. They are a whole lot more considerate and respectful to your house rules. You just have to speak up and make them known.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more We scheduled our home to be tented for termites and arranged our entire weekend around it, including renting an apartment for our family because we couldn't stay in our home during the fumigation. A few days before the tenting we were told we needed to stay out of the house for an extra day because they wouldn't work Sunday. The rental cost us approximately $1,600. We had multiple confirmations and meetings with James "Jimmy" Dawkins ahead of the appointment. On Friday (6/26/26) the day they were supposed to arrive, our representative, Jimmy, told us someone would arrive late afternoon/early evening to begin the process. We waited. And waited. We followed up multiple times throughout the afternoon and received no response. By 8:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave for our rental because we couldn't risk being stranded without somewhere to stay. No one ever showed up. The next morning, Jimmy finally contacted us and admitted the missed appointment was his fault due to a scheduling typo. His solution was to have the work done on Monday instead. That was completely unacceptable after everything we'd already been put through. When we insisted the work be completed as originally planned, he said, "Okay, okay, give me five minutes." We never heard from him again. We then called the office and spoke with Lisa, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. She said her supervisor, Brian Gastineau, would call us. He never did. Lisa even followed up with us later to confirm that no one had contacted us - which they hadn't. To make matters even worse, the company charged our credit card Friday night for work that was never performed and then emailed us an invoice the following morning after they admitted they never booked the appointment. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they respond when they make them. In our case: No one showed up for the scheduled service. Communication was virtually nonexistent. Promises to call us back were repeatedly broken. Management never contacted us despite multiple opportunities. We incurred significant unnecessary expenses because of their mistakes. We were charged before the work was even completed. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for our time and money. We trusted this company with a major service that required careful planning, and they failed us at every step. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through what we did.

The lawn went from having large weed patches and bare spots to one where I now get questions from the neighbors about how I keep my lawn in such great shape. That was a result that I did not expect, and it was for a price that is very competitive, and the service does not require a contract. They call me once a quarter to see if I am ready for them to come out and treat the lawn. I wish that I had discovered them years ago.
