Eventually it was done...We followed his recommendation to not put salt on the new concrete for a year...the next year, rocks began to appear in the concrete and I called Antonio to come out and look...He blew me off for over a year, then came out saying we put salt on the concrete which we didn't...I asked him to fix it. He didn't. I called and called. He said he was our of the country and would come when he returned (2025). He came by, told me to power wash the driveway and he would be out the next week...I kept calling...Finally, its 2026, he says the work is out of warranty. I'm taking him to court...The walkway is not done professionally either. ​

We had some drainage/waterproofing issues that needed addressed, and when I found out the scope of their skills, we also hired them for a laundry list of things I had on my wish list since moving in a few years ago. These folks did it all for us! For starters, they repaired a brick wall in our front yard, installed a new sump pump drain pipe and exit, re-worked some existing exterior waterproofing that had been done sloppily in the past, and added a new concrete pad and drain by our back door. They even helped us track down an underground gutter leak and replaced the broken pipe. The showpiece job, however, is the stunning stone retaining wall, that they meticulously built by hand, across the back yard along with the new cement parking pad and stamped concrete border tapering it to our existing drive. The pictures don't do it justice (attached is a "before" photo for reference). Everything was done with great care and precision, using high-quality materials. The owner of the company, Deborah, was a gem to work with. She is super-passionate about the environment and the quality of work her company does. We worked with Gerardo and he was also fantastic. He had great ideas and suggestions in terms of practicality and design. He was also flexible with a few adjustments along the way. You can tell that these folks are truly experts in their field and take great pride in their work. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

The duo of Renata and Andre both have great ideas from both a function and design perspective but still try to accommodate the budget. They provide visuals before committing to the project and they were flexible enough to change the layout to our liking several times - we could be pretty honest about what we wanted or not. The outcome was pretty exact to the final renderings. We were given regular updates on the progress, any unexpected issues, and how they were being addressed. Traylor was always upfront about timelines and costs, which helped avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. They document every detail in an organized way so it is never unclear. It was a big project for us so, yes of course, we had add-ons and spent more than expected but that was not their pushing but more our choices. Of note, the project was definitely completed on time but we also had a VERY flexible timeline. Still I got the impression they always push forward to stay on track. The craftsmanship was exactly what we had hoped for and we have already gotten compliments on the transformation of our home. Post-renovation, the customer service has remained excellent. As of this week, when I had to have my lawn aerated because most of the sod they laid had died, I can say this was the worst sod job I have seen (of 5 that I have done over 40 years). The person who aerated my lawn agreed. Whole pieces of the sod came loose; it never took. Lousy job, lousy sod, and too expensive. And when I told ERL about this they never responded. Buyer beware!

As some customers have stated the price seemed high but once all the poison ivy, poison oak, big shrubs had to be removed and cut and the amount of weeds and it was 3 person crew price was accurate. Took a whole day to clean the lot off and it was the front only.
