This is a small shack on the Asbury broad walk, close to the convention hall entrance. The menu has plenty of American food items like burgers, hot dogs, cheesteakrs, chicken tenders and funnel cakes. It's one of the more popular stores within the area, so gets super crowded around lunch hours. I had to wait about 10 minutes to order, then another 10 minutes to get my order. Since it's at the beach, of course the prices were high, $10 for hot dog, $13-$15 for burgers, $14 for cheesesteak, fries $6-$9 and drinks were $5. I ordered the chili hot dog and cheesesteak with fries. The chili dog was really good, loved the taste of chili, cheese and the sausage. But the cheesesteak was disappointing. Even though the beef was good, they literally put raw onions on top. Neither the bread nor the onion were grilled. Fries were average too. The service was fine, got all my items without any issues. Despite some of these drawbacks, due to limited options it is one of the go to places for a good portion meal on this broad walk. read more

I suspect there was a transaction fee or something. I didn't get a receipt so I am not sure how a 10$ burger and 3$ drink came to be more than 15$, but that's what happens when you go to the beach and don't pack a lunch. The cashier seemed to be very annoyed that people would stand on the boardwalk and look at the menu. She continually yelled out for people to get in line behind the white chains if they wanted to order. I appreciated that they had vegan options. Impossible meat is more expensive and not as healthy, so I got the vege-burger and it was fantastic. It was unwise of me to assume that I would be getting some fries along with my burger. I was a little disappointed to see all the unnecessary plastic use on the boardwalk. read more

I drove down to the shore just try this funnel cake and no complaints here It was everything I wanted. It was $10 to buy this funnel cake but eating that whole thing by myself on the boardwalk as people walked by complimenting me on how good it looked was PRICELESS. Went to this place last night for two hot dogs. They were foot longs which the menu doesn't say. I would have got one if it said that. The bun doesn't fit on of the dogs. They were not even hot dogs! They were sausages. I like ketchup on my hot dog and when I pumped the ketchup, the rude woman behind the counter passive aggressively handed me a little cup and told me I should use that. Wow. I've been there countless times this summer and let me just say, it's my favorite place. For all you inconsiderate, non-essential people who don't have to work in the food business during a pandemic, lay off these employees. They are the best at what they do and for them to deal with ignorant people all day everyday just makes me so upset to watch. I work at a pizzeria and relate to the work they have to do. Decided to try the Mayfair for lunch today. I had the philly cheesesteak with grilled onions and peppers with a medium drink and it cost me $15 but it was very tasty and they didn't skimp on the steak. It's a small stand like Mogo and Pucker and only has 2 people working the small kitchen so it takes a while but it was good and everything looked fresh and yummy. read more

This is my favorite place on the boardwalk!! The staff always has a smile and are quick with taking orders!! The cook makes everything perfect just as ordered. Today I went here for a late lunch with my family. Had two delicious vegan burgers with all the toppings, a Big Dog and a Chili Cheese Dog. We also shared crispy fries and we decided on flavored Chillers. We will be back for the annual Zombie Walk!!! read more

Super friendly, clearly family run, and they've stuck it out through good times and bad in Asbury. Happy to see them doing well.
