No real explanation, no actual inspection... just straight to replacing it. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion and went to Discount Tire. They inspected it, repaired it within 30 minutes, and didn't charge me a dime.I understand some tires truly can't be fixed, but this one absolutely could have been, and it honestly felt like I was being pushed toward an unnecessary purchase. I'd recommend people get a second opinion before agreeing to replace a tire here.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted and I made my request. They let me know how much it was going to cost if there was an issues and then had me sit in the waiting area.
