I was excited to eat here when we were visiting Wichita Falls since I hadn't eaten in one in about 30 years. Boy was I disappointed. We only ate pizza on the buffet, but it was all dried out, like it had been sitting for hours under the heat lamps. The pizza we requested was fresh and pretty good, but I was totally grossed out when I looked closer at the number they had given us to put on the table...it was nasty all over and looked like it hadn't been wiped off or cleaned in years. If I worked there, I would put on plastic gloves and go after it with a few Clorox wipes! It surely needed it! Of course when you see something like that, or the gross edges of the tables that looked like years of residue, it makes you wonder how the kitchen looks! Have now ordered out twice. Both poor experiences. They do not have enough employees and the ones that do work there dont seem to care about anything. Nobody is ever available. Good luck even getting anyone on the phone to order take out. Also they will tell you the pizza will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. That is a complete lie. Plan for more like 35 to 45. I only came back bc they gave me a $5 off coupon the first time for waiting so long. Oh, you're wondering how the pizza is? It's fine I guess. Better than Pizza Hut & Dominos, but not by much. Not enough sauce, too much of that weird cheese that is always too mushy. And they don't have green olives, my fave. The cheese sticks are a terrible greasy, bland mess. This place is excellent in terms of food but they seem to fall short of keeping the buffet stocked with pizza, the main pizzas. This would apply to pepperoni and cheese, whether its think or their variation of stuffed crust. Overall the pizza and dining is fine however the restrooms need and update as there were ceiling tiles missing amd the toilet seat itself looks as if it was there since the business opened. read more

Folks, your not going to like me today. I am not a giant critical person, I do try to understand but the doors to this buffet opened at 11 and I got here at 11:30 and there wasn't any pizza on the buffet, I was told it was coming out soon. 12:05 I took photos of the salad bar and buffet, over an hour after they opened the doors to the public and 8 tables filled with people that paid for a buffet, the buffet is empty. So not being critical now turns to this is just ridiculous, I can understand 10 or 15 mind, but nothing in an hour, seriously? This has nothing to do with covid! Never go to a place because you half-remember your home town having one that closed down years ago, but you kind of nostalgically remember going there as a child. Food was awful. They also offer three types of pasta that one can serve with a red or white sauce. Definitely a family-type environment with a healthy mix of ages! I've eaten better frozen pizza than this place. This place should just close. I walk in to get my order and a worker just stares at me. Then after what seemed like an eternity finally calls someone in the back to help me? I could forgive all the weird and awkward service if the pizza wasn't so terrible. The Mazzio's quality pledge is an absolute joke. Nothing on the pizza tasted fresh and everything tasted frozen. You are a pizza restaurant that serves low quality ingredients. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Walmart and pick any frozen pizza before going here. If you gave this place more than one star you are either fake or were born without tastebuds. read more

Was EXTREMELY disappointed. all the buffet pizza was cold and had probably been sitting there for over an hour. they ran out of pasta and didn't refill it until a second person asked. the food was cold. additionally, the restrooms were disgusting! they were also painfully understaffed, one lady was doing three different jobs at once and was in need of assistance. over all do not recommend and will not be returning. read more

This was my first time ordering from Mazzio's. The gentleman taking my order was clear and kind and everything went smoothly. The order was ready on time and they even applied a military discount on top of the promo they were running. Unfortunately I noticed when I got home that one of my pizzas was missing a topping. I called back in and they delivered a replacement pizza within 30 minutes. Overall, great customer service and fixed their mistake without a hassle. The food itself was okay. PRICE: went to the lunch buffet (not sure if dinner prices are different) and it was under $10 per person. SELECTION: lots of standard pizza toppings mostly on thin crusts. Saw three different chicken pastas with the ability to mix with your own sauce as desired. Salad bar was very fresh and had a lot of options to create your own mixes. I remember going here in high school thinking it was great. What was I thinking? I went back to Wichita for a visit and thought I would go and eat here since this is a newer location then the one I remember in Burkburnett. I ordered the buffet and a drink and handed the young girl behind the register my ID and debit card. She looked at me like I was crazy. Finally she says you handed me two things. I said yes... my debit card. She (holding her hands in the air confused) then says "and this?". I said.. my ID.... she was straight flabbergasted. I told her it was to verify my name and ID. She was still confused so I just took my ID back (she still didn't check name and card) and went on my business. The pizza was like straight paper thin and tasted like paper too. My family and I went in on a Thursday evening and ordered the buffet. Absolutely everything on the buffet was cold. The pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce was dried out and resembled old tomato paste. We attempted to eat it anyway, but decided we just couldn't. We went back to the front to ask for them to at least bring out a fresh pizza. There was nobody available anywhere in the front to even tell our problem to. After we pounded on the counter, our waitress came out. I explained to her that we just wanted a refund. She apologized and stated that she had been telling them the steam tables weren't even warm to the touch for a few days in a row. When the manager came out, she agreed to a refund without even asking why; but began apologizing for nobody being available as "the cook had gone out back to smoke." She seemed to be used to refunding money. This was my first and definitely my last experience with this place.
