After multiple trips to surrounding "Mechanic Shops," I finally found this hidden gem. I own a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van and I had an electrical problem with the AC before reaching out to Oscar. After numerous attempts to get this fixed, I called Oscar on Friday afternoon. Oscar told me to bring the Sprinter at 7 am the following Monday morning. As the weekend ended, I took my Sprinter on Monday morning at 7am and 4 hours later, I had my Sprinter blowing ice cold air without any problems. Keep in mind that I was told by every mechanic out there to "go to the dealer to find the codes and then bring it back." Oscar reassured me that I did not need this and now I'm happy to call him for future services. I recommend this place %. You won't be disappointed. I RARELY LEAVE REVIEWS! So this is how you know I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I'd put ZERO stars if I could. Spoke to Oscar about fixing my 2007 Audi A4 and he seemed like he'd be able to help me. I drop my car off and then Oscar tells me he's going to be out of the office for MORE THAN A WEEK so my car won't be worked on until they got back. When I dropped of my Audi he tells me the price was $300 to get it started and diagnosed... A little over a week later, I have to call and see what's the status of my car but nothing. I even stopped by their shop on my way into work, waited for 5-10 minutes and DIDNT GET ANY HELP and another guy was waiting too. MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED AND IN THE SAME SPOT!!! OSCAR CHANGED THE PRICE ON ME OUT OF NO WHERE to $500 and tells me that my fuel pump needs to be changed and that it's another $1500 for the job!!! What a joke! He even told me it would be $400 for a new battery and installation, lmao the battery is $150 and how much does it really cost to plug in the neg and pos terminal? $250 in hard labor?!!! What a joke!!! HE LIED and told me they have to drop the fuel tank, when the fuel tank is in the trunk and EASILY ACCESSIBLE. I'll leave a picture! But wait, There's more! When I tell him I can do it myself and to hell with the $2000 job. He tells me to come pick up my car asap and threatened to charge me for holding fees "if I don't come pick it up right away" and he hung up like A CHILD when I asked him to repeat what he said. These guys wrecked my side fender and didn't tell me instead they took it upon themselves to take it to a shop without me knowing instead they kept lying! I paid for a B service which I don't think they did because my dash still read B service required. My wife took her C300 for a repair and let's just say $1400 down the road with the same problem without them honoring a solution. I took my car to the shop that I was told to take it to the first time, these guys are no joke, prices are GREAT! Down the street from these over pricing jackasses! Please think twice about taking your vehicle here, there prices change every 10mins, they'll take your money and won't finish the job or give you a solution after you come back to have them fix the problem you originally came in for. For over 22 years, I only bought Mercedez. The last one was the sporty redone 55AMG - it sold for $140,000. Because I purchased 14 MBZ over 20 years, I didn't have to incur the $40K markup through Fletcher Jones. But this car has been a disaster. I have it in and out of service at least 12 times. A minor crash with a curb, and because of no parts by MBZ, I had the car stuck for 4 months. at $2700 per month. This car is not ready for the USA market - now some guy named Kevin in Atlanta is telling me - tough luck!! After buying 14 MBZ cars, you would think they would stand behind their product - but not how MBZ operates today. Avoid them.....I will NEVER buy an MBZ again. Buyer beware. read more
