Deeply saddened to have to leave such a review for (what started out as) such wonderful people. I am a regular customer, I bring my suits to be cleaned at least once a week, sometimes more. When I first came here, I had just left Tide cleaners because I was getting items returned to me with the same spots on them that I had brought in, and when I asked for a refund or a free cleaning, I was denied. I came to MC Cleaners and from the minute I walked in the door, I fell in love. They were very inviting, thoroughly inspected my clothes, and worked miracles for me. I never had a complaint, and began sending all of my friends and coworkers their way. After about a month, I got a garment back that hadn't been pressed properly. They immediately took the item back and did the work right there and then, which was very nice. A few weeks went by, then I got a suit back that had a spot on it that they had missed. I asked them to retouch it, and they did right away, working their same superior touch as always. I then brought in a suit to be cleaned and needed a bit of repair, and I was told it would be no problem. When I got the suit back, the work had not been done. I pointed this out to the girl up front, and she insisted that it would be done right away, no extra charge, but that the item would be available mid week. When I returned to collect the suit, the work had only been half done. It was a simple separation of the seem in the coat tail, and the material in the sleeve had been twisted somehow, and I was told that these things were no problem and would be fixed easily. I returned again to collect the item, and found that the cuff had not been pressed, nor had the material been corrected. The girl seemed frustrated with my complaint, but took the item and gave me a time it would be finished. When I returned for the item, the work had been accomplished, and I was satisfied with the work. This time, my most recent visit, my wife had dropped off my suits, and she was the one to collect them. We are leaving for vacation soon, and I needed my suits for a wedding. When I took one out of the bag, I immediately noticed spots on my cuffs of my black jacket I brought it back to be redone, and the girl had her mom retouch it. She explained to me that the man in the back was "probably" not doing things the right way and she would have a talk with him. I explained to her my frustration, as this was the reason I left Tide Cleaners, and she seemed more interested in doing the work she had in front of her than attending to my issue. She did not offer me a refund, nor a free cleaning, nothing at all, and left me feeling ignored and even mocked, as she held a smirk as I spoke to her. I waited for her mom to retouch my garment, and when she brought it to me, she said "ok, here you go, have a good day", and walked away. No apologies, no offers, she didn't even look me in the eye. I took my item and left. When I got home, I further inspected my other recently "cleaned" items, I noticed that two of the suit jackets had not been pressed, and spots on a pair of slacks. This is not what I had come to expect from this establishment. They have always been so kind to me and my family, and treated us very well. A couple missed areas, I can overlook, but with the recent disregard for the repair of my suit, and then the missed spots and mistreatment by the owner, makes me not want to return. I felt like I had finally found a place that harbored the old Vegas feeling of responsibility and quality, but now I see it's just another business that starts out with a bang, but then let's their customers down. I regret that I have to leave such a review. I hope everyone who sees this will learn from my experience. I never once raised my voice, and I was not given any apology. But I'm glad she replied that way. Makes me glad to not go back now. Thank you. read more

They were super quick and gave me same day service on a rush fix request!! So kind and we literally chatted while she patched my shirt up for me!! I think I got lucky and I'm not sure they can always do this but that was beyond kind of her to squeeze my small fix in and get me in and out within less than 30 mins! I highly recommend MC cleaners. Awesome family run business!! They do exceptional work, with same day service available. I hate doing my laundry, so i bring them my dirty clothes to wash, dry and FOLD!!!!
