For coats and outwear, they're fine. For bedding and pillows specifically, they're rampantly unprofessional. Paid them to clean a set of pillows, and was told the largest pillow in the set would be dry after one business day. The next day when I showed up, to prove to me the large pillow wasn't dry yet, a member of their staff touched and rubbed the pillow all over with their bare hands. Were this an ordinary item of clothing, and not something I sleep with my face on, this wouldn't be an issue. They offered to "hold onto the pillow" for me for another day to fix the problem of them not delivering on time, which is a terrible solution. It makes no sense to have me make another trip to their shop, to pick up something they failed to provide on time. Worse than worthless, since I'll have to re-clean the pillow AGAIN after their hands on demonstration of their failure to dry it. I spent $32 to be thoroughly inconvenienced. Don't make my mistake - avoid MC Cleaners for everything but overcoats and items you aren't rubbing your face on. read more

The sweetest lady (who I believe is the owner) helped me fix a zipper on a large chair cover 30 minutes before closing time. She was so helpful over the phone when I first inquired, and once I arrived, I was in and out in ten minutes -- Job completely done! I seriously love this place. Not only do they do a great job of cleaning whatever items you bring to them but they also make alterations and fix items. If for some reason they are unable to fix an item they will reach out to another company and get it done for you. I've had them fix items as complicated as the heels of my shoes and straps of purses and each time they get it done. I don't know about you but that's what I called customer service. Since it's conveniently located near me, that's already a perk for my personal needs. I usually bring my nice trench coats here and the huge blankets I only bust out for the winter. The services are reasonably priced. Let's see... About $11 for my nice coats to be cleaned and around $20-$25 for my blankets. Thus far, the reps have been nice to me. Always politely greeting me, then quickly sending me on my way after accepting my items for service. My stuff gets back to me just fine, all clean. Seriously, I've got no complaints. Even if I can tell they're busy with lots of items to handle, I can always receive my items within 5-7 days. If they think it'll take longer for them to clean my stuff, then they'll let me know. read more

I've used this place plenty of times for alterations for my work uniform in the past, but the unthinkable happened. My bugout bag's zipper finally derailed after 11 years of adventures. So, I took it here on the slim chance that they might be able to fix it. Not only did the kind lady (sorry about forgetting to ask for your name) fix the zipper, but she also fixed the stitching to prolong the bags life! In and out in under 20 minutes or so. I work in a small company and I know sometimes shit happens, so I like to give people second chances. The first time I took in 6 clothing pieces and I was told they would be ready in 2 days. I show up on the following Tuesday as promised to pick up my items and they tell me that they are all ready except for one. OK: a call would have been appreciated to let me know so I don't have to stop twice. My issue so far is minor. I have the good idea to call the second time I plan on picking up the remaining item and they tell me they can't find it. I follow up two other times and in the meantime 2 weeks go by and my shirt is nowhere to be found. I decide to give them a second chance and bring in 3 additional items, for a total of $15.00 ticket. They tell me they can be ready on Monday (have a meeting on Tuesday am). Monday comes and I call, due to past experience, to make sure they have everything ready and if they found my shirt. They don't have 1 one of the items ready and the shirt is still unfound. So I politely offer a solution (which should have been suggested by them in the first place): "Listen, I really don't have time to be checking in every week for a shirt. How about I see if it's still available for purchase, bring you the receipt, and you pay for it? It's not that expensive if I recall." She agrees. Unfortunately, the shirt is no longer available for sale but the store let me know it was originally 18 bucks + taxes. So when I show up to pick up my order, FINALLY COMPLETE, I tell them how about you comp this round of service and we call it a day? She agrees and we move on with our lives, until 3 days later when she calls me and the shirt has magically appeared. So now I am really happy to pick it up and I show up at their place (mind you, this is the 3rd time I visit the damn store just for a shirt) and she hands me the found shirt and then... ASKS me for payment of the previous order she had already agreed to comp!!!!! "Do you want to pay for your previous order?" I respond: "Well, do you think I should pay after all you put me through for just one shirt? My shirt was also more expensive than the order you comped". A customer walked in so she said "no no I am sorry you are fine". WTF! As soon as I walked out, I knew they had lost me as a customer. If she had said NOTHING , I would have probably come back. You want to know what's funny? The shirt still has the stain I brought it in for. In a nutshell: if you don't have deadlines and don't give a damn about what you are taking in, go for it. For people who actually have limited time for this kind of back and forth, stay away. read more

Excellent Customer Service & Very Conveniently Located for South Point Guests. We've been on the road for over a week and have another week of traveling before we get home and I needed to wash some clothes. The closest laundromat that showed up on my map was about 20 min away, and I really didn't want to spend my entire afternoon washing clothes. I dropped off our clothes for wash and fold around noon and picked them up near closing the same day. They charged $2/lb, and weighed it for me before I left so I knew how much it would be.
