I wanted a second opinion before spending that kind of money, so I called Nothing But Water Heaters and they got someone out pretty quickly. The technician, Manny, checked it out and realized the pilot light was just out. He spent a few minutes figuring out why, got it relit, and had everything working again in about 15 minutes. He also told us the water heater is from 2019 and doesn't need to be replaced anytime soon. What really got me was that he could have easily told us it needed replacing and we never would have known better. Instead he was straight with us, gave us a quote for whenever we do actually need a new one down the road, and wouldn't take payment for the visit even though I offered a few times. You don't run into that kind of honesty very often. I'll definitely be calling them when I do need a replacement, and I'm telling everyone I know to use them too.

Pretty much every service they have offered and charged for is 2x the price. They do not work very fast, and do a very uninformative and sub-par job. Don't get yourself tied in with them. Go for a second opinion, or a third. Do your research and avoid large scale bureaucratic companies like this. Save your money.

I used Zoom drain this past week. They offered the best price, the most thorough analysis, but the…read moreone thing that tipped the scales in their favor was there are obvious honesty. At first, I was a little bit taken aback because outward honesty is rare, but in the end after I compared all of the analysis, estimates, visuals, I was provided with, and statements of the five bids I put myself through - Zoom Drain was spot on accurate and offered what was truly in my best interest and recommended only what was in my best interest. I also found it noteworthy that when they begin work, the outside specialties that they brought in such as a plumber, and a relining company for one section of my pipe were exactly the same as they were. Birds of a feather flock together. A year or two ago, I use the lining company to check my pipes because I live in an old neighborhood. That relining company associated with the Zoom Drain told me that there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that I should do nothing. This job involved running new sewer pipe, and a new clean water feed into my house while I had the driveway ripped up to put down new pavers and new Irrigation. In other words, I'm being proactive in in an old neighborhood and getting the pipes replaced before they failed. Zoom's pricing was very very fair and if you want to do the worst of the math, 1/3 of the price of Lee Plumbing who's analysis in bid was outside the norm as determined by the other 4 bids. Don't get me started on Lee Plumbing a conglomerate to scooping up all the small independent plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Finally, when digging up my yard, Zoom Drain did not have to try to save an old cactus a blooming tree in several other plantings, but they did carefully shoveling around things that were in danger instead of just using the heavy machinery. I have no hesitation at all and recommending Zoom Drain. I don't work for them, they did work for me, the work is done, and I'm getting nothing from this except the feeling I'm paying back someone who did very well for me and that I recommend to others.

Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

My property had sprung a serious leak and my water meter was going crazy, showing 46,000 total gallons used in the month of October, and I'm the only person living here. I called M.C. Plumbing and they sent Homero out the next day for an assessment to find the source of the leak. After examining the layout of the whole place and many careful closings and openings of valves, he narrowed it down to the one pipe that could not be accessed - the main pipe running under the garage! He explained all the options and I chose to have the water re-routed through the garage with exposed pipe along the ceiling. Two days later, the repair was done in about three hours and completely solved the problem. Very competent staff and very accommodating to my schedule. *** I didn't use them but I will give them five stars for customer service* Last week my toilet flooded and I was freaking out. I called like 10 plumbers. They all gave me time frames and that's about it. But MC plumbing the guy who answered was actually trying to figure out what was wrong and walked me through some stuff. He tried to tell me what it seem like the situation was before they came out. As other plumbers didn't care they just hear water leaking and they say will be out there later. MC plumbing called me twice even after I left him voicemails so I'm really happy about them hopefully I don't ever have to use them in the future but if anything does happen I will definitely call them read more

I have used MC Plumbing in the past with no problems so when I had a leak in a bathroom at my office I called them again. Homero came out and took a look. Turned out that it was just an overflowed toilet that the staff didn't know how to handle ( I wasn't in the office at the time). No charge was assessed, wow. Nice customer service as always and he discussed with me options for new toilets so this doesn't happen in the future. Old toilet with a poor design that has clogged up repeatedly. They did a great job! I needed a water pipe going out to our new water fountain in our backyard. They sent one guy and he did the job well! It didn't take him as long as I expected which was a plus, but he allowed me to look over while I did it and it was a very high quality job. You can tell he was experienced. He was very friendly with a positive attitude which was nice for a change! I'll be coming back to this company with any other plumbing issues that might occur. I had a broken gate valve on my water heater and failing valve on main shut off so I called MC Plumbing. Saul was out later that same day just as promised. He fixed the problems quickly and with obvious expertise. In addition, Saul also noticed the poor piping configuration the original home builder had done on my water heater and greatly improved its flow with minor adjustments. We own an Eternal brand tankless water heater that is only four yrs old and the plumbing company that installed it is now out of business as is the Eternal water heater company. Call MCI and Scott sent someone that afternoon. Hot water the same day. Came back today to finish cleaning the pipes and system. Great service from Saul. Hopefully will not have to replace the water heater for awhile, but when we do, we will definitely have MCI install. read more

I noticed a water leak when I was taking out the garbage and started to panic. I read reviews on yelp and called mc.. Jose came to the house within 45 minutes and was able to find the leak and fix it within 20 minutes...simply amazing!!!!! I called MC Plumbing on a Friday morning and Ed was out that night for a leaky bath faucet. This would be 5 stars, but there was a mixup with the dispatcher and the plumber on the part that was needed. Ed didn't have the part, so he came back first thing Saturday morning with the correct part and fixed the problem. read more

They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule.
