The selection is great and the employees are very helpful. Many of the products that you find here are healthier than what you would find in a normal grocery store. Then I headed over to the condiments station, and added some onion, cilantro, chopped cabbage with sliced pickled jalapenos, and some green salsa to my burrito. I was quite surprised when I bit into my burrito, but it was just the juicy succulent meat, wrapped in the tortilla. No rice, no beans, nothing else; just meat inside the tortilla. The most authentic Mexican eats that I've had in Texas. I can't wait to come back here. One thing to note, many of the employees on spoke Spanish, and I was the only non-Spanish speaking customer at the time. I had no issues communicating and felt welcomed here.

When I took it up to the counter the manager just to see if it was correct, the manager ( a less than friendly guy) said, "ya, that's right on 3 ounces". Since I don't carry a scale with me, I took his word for it and ate my unsatisfying sandwich. The store also had a weird "dirty mop bucket" smell. Disappointing since I live in Abilene now. Schlotzskys will be road trip treat from now on.
