This was their first time visiting any McAlisters Deil...and I was pretty impressed. Located in a shopping center, parking is more than ample. A modern take on an old deli, the layout was efficient and seating choices were ample and varied in type.You can stand in line to order or digitally from your table. Lots of deil food and drink choices. I got a half Cuban sandwich and half club with chips and ice tea. Slight wait in the food however that was made up for by the quality of both sandwiches. McAlister's makes the best sandwiches in the area. Yes, they might be more expensive than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but they are worth it. We've had both take-out and eat-in and the food quality is always tops. Orders are filled quickly too. The take-out orders are expertly packed and always prepared as requested. The restaurant is comfortable, clean and has abundant booths and tables. The cashiers are cordial and helpful. Any of the club sandwiches work for me, but I love the French Dip. It comes with a white cheese. And wow, they do not stint on the meat. A 12" sandwich really makes for two meals. The Italian is a very good sandwich as well. I'm very fond of McAlister's potato salad. As a cautionary note, when ordering online, do not rely on the pictures on McAlister's website. For example, the French Dip looks like it's made with ham. The server was patient with me as I took a gander at the menu. I ordered a Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad, swapped out the chicken with Extra Avocado. The salad was delicious, included a mixed greens base with roasted corn, black bean relish, red onion, tomato, cheddar-jack, blue corn tortilla strips, avocado with Chili Lime Vinaigrette dressing. We love this place. They have great premade sandwich options. They do allow customizations which I love even more. We tried a good selection of sandwiches. I would just suggest choosing something with ingredients of your liking, can't go wrong with it. The southwest salad was really good. I look forward to trying the other salad options. The Mac and cheese is decent. Its not the best but I'd order again. We did not like the chilli but the rice and beans were good.The spuds are a great option too. I did think the portions were smaller and no additional items like chips or bread included. We enjoyed our selections, and my wife shared her tomato soup, which I found better than others. There's just something about their tea, if you know you know and where you are in the area you just go that's just how it is! I will say if you add lemonade do the unsweetened tea because the sweetness form the lemonade is the right level when you mix the two together. Now, if you like a super sweet tea, go ahead and get the sweet tea instead. The Spud Max will be my forever favorite spud but I did see a seasonal spud with steak that I now have my eyes on!!! The spud was huge, hot and fully loaded with deliciousness!! I do appreciate that the sour cream was on the side so I could add it at my leisure. The Italian was a dream come true in sammie form. Fully loaded with meat and not overcrowded by the lettuce, each bite was just as flavorful as the next! There is plenty of seating, staff was friendly and the inside was clean! I appreciated that the staff was cleaning tables too as patrons left so there were not a lot of messes left behind. One of my coworkers had a potato from here yesterday and it peaked my interest. Today I decided to give them a try. I went online and placed an order for pickup. The website was easy to navigate. I decided to go with the pick two and went with a half spud with black angus roast beef and a half grilled chicken sandwich on a croissant. I originally wanted a Cuban but the website said it was unavailable. As soon as we walked into the restaurant they had a rack near the registers and the shelves were labeled pickup, delivery and curbside. It was very easy to get our food. The ride back to the office everything smelled so good. The portions were a lot especially when it was only a half potato and half a sandwich. Definitely a lot for the money. The sandwich that I had was pretty good although I wouldn't have considered it a "melt". The fruit that I got with it was kind of soggy and wasn't very good. The service was okay. The woman at the register wasn't really pleasant and I felt a little rushed. They have a huge menu that spans across the entire wall and with it being my first time, I needed some time to look at everything. The restaurant was pretty quiet. The menu has a lot of options and can be a bit overwhelming, but in a good way lol. The prices are great compared to another chain establishment similar. I appreciate the cost of the pick 2, which is the same whichever item you choose. This was my second time coming here, my mom wanted to go so I was like "sure" lol. I had the half caesar wrap and the chicken tortilla soup, with tortilla chips on the side. The soup was basically like eating nachos because of the texture and taste; I dipped the tortillas in the soup mainly. We also shared a Veggie Spud (loaded potato), which was okay just wish the cheese was more of a shredded cheese and not a cheese sauce because of the consistency. My mom had a chicken salad sandwich and a salad for the side. The customer service is great as well, they bring your food to your table and often ask if there's anything else you need. The ambiance is pretty chill and not nosey, which is something I like. Would like to try more options in the future. read more

If you love sandwiches or nachos, this is the place for you! My two flavor things are their Ultimate Nachos and King Club sandwich. I got them for carryout. The Ultimate Nachos had chili, RO*TEL cheese sauce, cheddar-jack cheese, tomato, black olives, jalapeños, green onion, sliced avocado and sour cream on tortilla chips. All of the ingredients were packaged separately so that it wasn't soggy when I got it home. This dish was bursting with flavor! When everything was put together, it was zesty, savory, and spicy with a medium amount of heat from the jalapeños and RO*TEL cheese sauce. The tortilla chips were not fresh made, and they were salted. They tasted fine, though. The only change that I would recommend is that they replace the sliced avocado with guacamole.    The King Club sandwich had double the ingredients of a McAlister's Club sandwich. It was made with smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, spring mix, tomato, mayo, and McAlister's Honey Mustard™ on toasted country white bread. There were 13 layers of ingredients. It's still the best tasting club sandwich that I have ever eaten!! It was a harmonious blend of savory meats, flavorful cheeses, fresh vegetables, and well matched condiments. The only downside was the bacon. There were only 3 thin slices in the whole sandwich, so you could barely taste it. It came with a side. The choices were a bag of chips, steamed broccoli, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, fresh fruit, cucumber and tomato salad, caesar's salad, garden salad or a cup of soup. I chose the potato salad.    The potato salad had small chunks of soft potatoes in a well-balanced dressing that had mild flavors of mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and sugar. The potato flavor was good also. It was topped with a sprinkle of paprika. This was a great classic potato salad!    The dining room looked very clean. They had only 4 tables for outdoor dining. The service was fast. I picked up my food at 3:45 PM on a Sunday, and there were hardly any customers. The carryout packaging was well arranged and sturdy. I recommend visiting them if you're in the neighborhood. read more

Wonderful atmosphere. Our church has a time here almost every Sunday. It's great food, good pricing, very well trained and courteous staff, and a franchise owner who treats us as family. I hope that these folks see this review. I stopped in during lunch rush last week. And when I tell you it was jumping! It was my first experience there so I asked another customer was it always this busy. She told me yes, but never this backed up. We determined that they must have been short-staffed that day. In fact, I legit waited about 45 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready when I walked in. However, things happen and the staff looked a little stressed, but they were hustling to get those orders out. The manager, I'm assuming, told customers to please be patient and she encouraged the kitchen crew to keep hustling to get those orders out. I was thoroughly impressed that the team really worked together and weren't barking orders and complaints back and forth (from what I could hear anyway). I meant to call the restaurant the next day to let them know how stellar they are. I hope they read this. I know that customers have given front-line workers a hard time over the past year and a half due to covid. Folks can be pretty ridiculous so I just wanted them to know how amazing they are! Enjoyed my lunch here today with my hubby. We live just down the road and I've been wanting to try the food here. My jalapeno turkey crunch sandwich was good but i do wish it had more avocado in it. I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend when she saw that I had posted my homemade reuben online. Of course when I arrived, I had to order a reuben. Everything smelled wonderful in this place. One thing I am used to ordering with my reuben is fries. I was surprised to learn that they did not have fries. They don't fry anything at McAllister's. I reluctantly ordered the potato salad and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed at all. It was actually very good and I am very picky about my potato salad. In fact, if I am too lazy to make potato salad, I know where I am going to get some decent potato salad. I didn't order in advance but walked in and it was very quick.
