I hate posting this because I have enjoyed previous meals here but this was a terrible experience. The young lady taking our order could not have been less friendly if she tried. This location has really went downhill fast. When it first opened the service and food was very good. Didn't come during the pandemic but started coming again this spring when the patio opened. There was a noticeable difference in the service right away. Chalked it up to the pandemic but after several more visits over the past couple of months it's clear that this location lacks leadership. The employees at the front counter completely ignore guests and act put out when they finally do acknowledge the guest to take their order. Honestly I've never really seen a less enthused or interested group of folks in my life. Order accuracy is a big problem here, almost every time I've been here there was a problem with the order. Simple things like forgetting sides or sauces. And the food is hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes not good. Today I ordered the French Dip with provolone instead of Swiss cheese with a side of horseradish sauce. Well the gal was busy talking with her coworker about what they did last night while she entered my order so she didn't ring it up right. The sandwich had Swiss and no side of horseradish sauce. Not a big deal but it's just typical of how they do things here. The roast beef on the sandwich today was terrible. It was very dry and tough, very fatty and gristly. I left half of it on my plate. Also the size of the sandwiches is different visit to visit. It's a shame because this used to be a good place but poor employees have ruined a once decent restaurant. read more

Even well before vovid this location was miserable. Long waits and wrong orders are their specialties. We have tried to give them the benefit if the doubt, and have tried to support them by getting carryout during the pandemic but the 4 times we have gone there...all 4 times the order was list or wrong. Tried one more time tonight, ordered a rubber and they told me that I ordered 4 cheese sandwich. I give up! read more

Rubens are my favorite but i have been disappointed often. This might be my favorite sandwich ever. Not much thousand island dressing but sandwich was a masterpiece. I also had a savanah chopped salad,it also was excellentKy assembled and still looked amazing when I got it home. I applaud the worker that helped with this order. I will be back often read more

Had a chef salad with grilled chicken. Counted 3 small strips of chicken and 1/2 slice of bacon. Not worth the $9+ dollars! Disappointing!

I have been looking forward to having a McAlister's near us. But after my experience tonight, I am no where near a satisfied customer. I am absolutely not happy with the service I received tonight. I put in an online order at 6:30, knowing the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. Arrived at 6:59, was told at the window upon arrival that it would be another 5 minutes. Fine - understandable to an extent. However, after being sent to park with the dry-erase name plate on the window, I waited for TWENTY MINUTES in the parking spot - which was right in front of the drive-through window. After the long wait, I pulled up handing my sign to the window personnel and was greeted by an incompetent response. In addition to the response, they did not see my order, and then later realized that my order was sitting right next the window, while my order of chili was getting cold (and wasn't even near full). Food was also disappointing for the price. There is a fault in the system with picking up online orders, orders not being ready, and then sending people to park and forgetting about them. Another lady who had been sent over with a drive-thru-window sign had to go in to retrieve her order as well. Customer service was pitiful and was not even met with a sincere apology or a drink or anything to compensate my ridiculously long wait time. I am absolutely disappointed, upset, and frustrated with this location and it will be a long time before I even consider trying things again. read more

The size of the salad was very disappointing. The chef salad have very little meat on it and was only a bit over half full in the bowl. Stopped a few weeks ago and one salad was more than enough for two. We only have issues with this location read more

I would like to review McAlisters Deli and tell you why Jason's Deli is a better choice. Both chains have almost the same fare but Jason's has a salad Bar and the same great spuds that Mcallisters have. The main reason why I like Jasons better than Mcallisters Deli is because the later charges a 35 cent surcharge for online orders which is pretty much unheard of in the industry. They claim it helps them to support the infrastructure it takes to do online orders but every chain has that expense and McAllisters parent company is the only one I know that passes that cost on to the customer. Most chains love online orders because it is less labor intensive than taking the orders at the restaurant. Don't get me wrong McAllisters food is as good as Jason's but no better than Jason's Deli but the salad bar and the $.35 add on makes Jason's Deli the best choice. If you haven't tried Jason's and you like McAllisters Deli you will find it is just as good plus did I mention Jason's also gives soft serve Ice Cream at no additional cost. Hands down a better choice especially if you like soft serve ice cream cones. read more

What a horrible dinner experience! After ordering we could not find a clean table. Finally had to move dirty dishes from one table to another dirty table so we could sit. Unable to order a potato because they were out, so ordered a sandwich and side salad with ranch. Received the sandwich and ranch dressing but received a cucumber salad that was 75% onions. No reason to ever go here again!! Also we were not even offered a receipt so we are unable to complain to corporate. read more

Just went a few nights ago to this location and while the bathrooms and restaurant were clean, the staff that took mine and my son's order appeared to not be listening real well. When he asked for payment, it seemed a little higher than I thought it would be but figured it was just due to the Pick 2 potato and soup option plus my son's meal. I was distracted with my 4 year old but the guy behind the register did not repeat my order back to me before I paid after I changed it to a different type of potato. In hindsight, I should have asked but I didn't think anything of it except for making sure I got the food in a timely manner with my active child. It took a while but they were busy with to-go orders so I didn't think anything of that but when I got home, I realized why my order cost so much....the register guy not only had the pick 2 in the bag but ALSO the full spud I had asked to change it too along with my son's order. Granted I was able to bring it for lunch but that was besides the point because I specifically asked to change the plain spud to a different kind and instead got both and paid for both. The teenagers/college students there need to start reviewing the order with customers before they are asked to pay. Frustrating experience but now I know better and will order online instead. read more

A tough night at this place, trying to navigate the National Sandwich Day promotion on a Saturday evening with a crowd in the ordering line that extended to the front door. Employees, including the shift manager, were trying very hard to do their jobs with a positive very outlook but it's clear there needs to be much more training in delegation of duties and attention to detail. Suffice it to say after a 45 minute wait because one sandwich was made incorrectly; other party members' meals were delivered cold (both their soups and their hot sandwiches); and the wrong sandwich finally arrived with cold soup, we were not happy. After addressing the manager pretty firmly and asking him NOT to waste our time explaining why things were happening but just fix it, the manager did comp the meal in full and gave us three coupons for free future meals. So we actually came out ahead in the finance department. And once the soups were reheated, the food was actually very tasty. So let's hope that corporate does some self-assessment of how the operation works, re-evaluates their training of employees and makes it worth the customers' time and money to eat here. Forget my coleslaw on my turkey reuben. Website states it includes coleslaw but not on menu board inside restaurant. A Reuben is not a Reuben without coleslaw so was disappointed. Portions small. read more
