I told her again that they weren't, and she doubled down and then just walked away and refused to fix the bowl. And, shockingly, when I actually ate it -- they were not there. The previous time I came in, I ordered a bowl with a couple modifications and the employee literally rolled her eyes at me like I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. I know this is a fast-casual job and I'm not expecting over-the-top service, but I do expect employees to be basically polite and to fix an order when it's made incorrectly instead of arguing with the customer and walking away.
