She looks at me with this crazy look on her face as if i'm insane, and doesn't say anything to me. She skips over me and my friend who have been waiting in the line to ask other people their orders. I placed an order today through door dash and the food was terrible. Sandwiches were tiny and baked potatoes were burnt. Also had items missing. Called the store and they said they couldn't give me a refund since I placed order with a third party but if I came in to the store they would replace the food. I went in and was appalled by the manager who was extremely rude and wasn't dressed professionally like the other staff members. I was told they were out of chicken so couldn't include that with my chicken caesar salad so I asked if I could change it to another salad instead but was refused. The manager continued to give me attitude and when I asked her why she was being so aggressive she said she had a long day and continued being rude to both me and her staff causing a scene. Not the best visit today - Register employee lacked basic customer service etiquette, greeting at register was unwelcoming and non personal, no eye contact, low barely understandable tone, ear pod in his ear and was too busy flicking his hair out of his eyes - Cook/food preparers were not wearing hats or hair nets - customer asked to speak with a manager and if an "I don't care look" had a picture to it he would be it. Feels like dumb and dumber! I placed my order at 4:07pm, 2 choose 2 with a salad and potato for each order, easy enough right? Oh, but no. At 4:20 the young woman who took my order came to me and said "We're out of potatoes, it's going to be about 15 minute or would you like some else?" Are you kidding me. How do you run out of potatoes at 4:00 and then wait more than 15 minutes to inform the customer of that? Clearly this place is ill-managed. read more

First I have to say is beware when you go here. The manager is really rude and does treat her employees poorly. I would know I used to work her. Food isn't terrible. But the manager just makes it a bad places. She is constantly yelling for no reason. Idk how this place stays open. Worst Reuben EVER! We usually order a couple of meals a week and I love their Reuben's. But, today's sandwich was pitiful. There was so little meat on it and so much Sauerkraut that it was overwhelmed. I was so dismayed when I saw it, that I actually brought it back to the store. i went to mcallisters tonight to get an italian sub and i asked for no mustard, no olives, and no red onions. not sure why they put olives on an italian sub anyways. but i asked for no olives bc i am deathly allergic to olives. when i got home and unpacked my sandwich i found that not only was my sandwich COVERED in mustard, it was also coated in olives. the cashier asked me 3 TIMES IF THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND I SAID YES. i know it's not the cashiers fault, it's definitely the cooks fault but that completely ruined my night. i haven't eaten all day and now i probably won't because it's 9:30 and most places are closed. most mcallisters are good, but the service at this specific one is ass. read more

Love this sweet Deli, but this one in particular needs to restaff. A relatively empty restaurant and it was like pulling teeth to get service, no sense of urgency or respect for our time. I've never had bad service or a bad attitude even though they don't have waitresses that wait on you hand a foot, they do take the time to come by and ask if you're ok. I order online using the mobile app. I arrived at the restaurant and called in to get my curbside delivered to my car. I was told that they were slammed and it would be a minute before they were able to bring my order out. I waited for twenty more minutes and watched as people walked in got their orders and walked out with 5 minutes of walking in. I had seen enough, so I parked and went into the restaurant to pick up my curbside order. If slammed means three cashiers, one person making an order and one person waiting in line to order, then I'm a monkey's uncle. I will not be ordering from this restaurant location again. read more

This is the first time we've tried eating here so we decided to take our order to go. I got the Chicken Caesar Wrap with a side of Mac n cheese, a lemonade and a piece of cheesecake. The Mac n cheese looked weird but decent however didn't taste good. It wasn't creamy or cheesy and was pretty bland. I ended up adding my own seasonings to it. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was pretty good,l and was large enough to get full off of. But they went completely nuts with the lettuce. Seriously, there was more lettuce than anything else and I could barely taste the dressing (ended up having to add my own from my fridge). The lemonade was pretty good though. Not too sweet or tangy but just right. But the biggest disappointment was the cheesecake. They give you this MONSTER piece and have the nerve to say it's New York style. I'm from New York State and have visited NYC enough to know that their claim is FALSE. It was DRY, the crust tastes like pound cake and after just TWO bites I knew it wasn't going to be finished. A waste of $5 if you ask me. Overall it was OK. Probably won't go back to this one again. read more

I love McAlister's and have eaten at this location a ridiculous amount of times over the last three years. Unfortunately, the pandemic has ruined this location. They had to get all new staff like most restaurants have had to do. From this, the food prep and service went down hill. I stuck with them thinking the new staff would catch on soon and it would be back to a normal McAlisters. Nope. It's been almost a year now and it is awful. My order is never prepared correctly. Items are always missing. The staff is no longer friendly and just seems like they hate their jobs. This is all of the staff and not just a couple. They don't greet you and they are never in a hurry at all. The croissant on the sandwiches have often been stale. The sweet tea is inconsistent (sometimes too sweet sometimes it tastes like Unsweet). The chocolate chip cookies, when they have them, are either overdone or underdone. I've had to stick them in the oven at home to cook them more and today, it was as hard as a hockey puck. Half the time they don't even have the cookies. This location just hasnt been able to adapt. Told my husband I went there today and he just said "gross." He's already written the place off. Unfortunately, I have to agree with him now. This spot is just not the same as it was prepandemic and I've given it plenty of chances over the last year. I would avoid this location. read more

I ordered curbside pick up and was unable to reach a real person on the phone number located on their window and all over the web. Got nasty attitude from the gal behind the counter when we went inside and informed her we had a curbside pick up. Then when we got our order home 2 out of 5 sides were wrong tried to call the store to let them know still not able to get anyone on the phone except the call center for ordering (which they did not identify themselves as til the middle of the second call) I asked for a manager and was put on hold after almost 5 min on hold was told to call back in 2 min to get the manager and hung up on. I called back and second agent put me on hold to supposedly get a manager only to come back and say they are busy and then also informed me they were only a call center not the store and was hung up on again. So I went online and filed a formal complaint with their contact me people. I do not suggest trying to order take out from these hacks. There is literally no local phone access to this place of business. read more

This Mccalisters was horrible. The portions are much smaller than the one in Miramar Beach. We both got potatoes with our meal, and they were very old and gross. The outside was hard and they clearly were heated up multiple times. The service was friendly, but the food was held way too long. I assume they thought if you get cheese on a potato and don't eat the outside you won't notice. It was gross, and I was very bummed because I was looking forward to it opening, but it is nothing like the excellent one in Miramar. Hopefully they will get better with time. read more
