I am not sure what all the hype is about this place. I drove from Panama City, Florida just to go to this deli because I have heard nothing but raving reviews about it. I was very disappointed. I ordered the club sandwich, which was nothing to write home about, it absolutely had no taste to it and the bread was dry. I kept hearing the iced tea is what they were known for, but I didn't find it any different than tea from any other place, I've eaten at.The fruit that I ordered for the side was old and mushy, and the only good thing was the blueberry lemonade cookie. The atmosphere of the place was OK but the service is very good. I must say. I won't be going back to this deli. I lived in New York for five years and after going to the delis up in New York, my expectations are a bit high for a deli. read more

Due To COVID, we ordered to go. We were 5 minutes driving to home before we were able to eat. The club was a little soggy but good. The potato soup was very good, needed to be stirred to distribute to heat. The employees did wear masks. My daughter loves this location and said they are reliable good. read more

Everything I ordered was looking good until I saw the salami that I specifically said not to put on there. I also asked to not put onions and they actually listened which was shocking but if they could leave out the onions I don't know why they couldn't leave out the salami. Overall it was pretty good but I don't know how someone hasn't had an allergic reaction to their flaws in listening. Everything I ordered from this store was disgusting. I ordered a McAllister's club wrap and it was honestly the most tasteless roll of meat and cheese and barely there honey mustard I've ever had. The broccoli cheese soup tasted like hospital food. Even the sugar cookie was dry and crumbled in my hands. Utterly disappointing. read more

I like McAlister's, but their prices have gone up, and their portion sizes have gone down. I prefer The Corner Cafe which is more reasonably priced and has larger portion sizes...and is right across the parking lot. There's really no comparison. I do like McAlister's, but I'm not paying their prices for that little amount of food at an order at the counter type of place. You can go to quite a few sit down restaurants in the area for the same price with a wait staff and better portion sizes. The atmosphere was upbeat and enjoyable, and my meal was only $7.49. I've always heard that McAlister's is amazing, so I was expecting a very good sandwich. I ordered the Black Cherry & Ham sandwich with coleslaw as my side. The sandwich wasn't anything spectacular and could have easily been ordered at a number of nationally known sandwich shops. They really skimped on the spinach and onions, and the cheese was barely perceivable. The coleslaw was disappointingly boring. Good dill pickle spear though. Overall it's an a average sandwich place with good prices. I wouldn't break my neck to get to one, but I'd eat there again if required. read more

So glad to have this location. It's a little bit more convenient then having to drive to the complete opposite side of base to go to the McAlister's in FWB. Other than paying for a full nacho basket and getting maybe 12 chips, it was pretty good for just being opened. My country potato soup was delicious along with my strawberry lemonade. I have been to this McAlister's about 5 times in the last month. Being from Texas, I know me a good McAlister's, and this one is awesome. Staff is very good, food is rockin' and pickup/to-go have been a breeze. Limited Menu is in affect, due to the COVID beef shortage, so forget your Reubens, but everything else is on-point. First timer and ummm , IT WAS AWESOME!!! Food was delicious & great service, very attentive without being bothersome. You order at the counter and they give you your drinks, you find your table, display your number, and shortly after they deliver your order to your table. The food was excellent! We ordered the chicken salad sandwich (very tasty,a lot better then Costco), broccoli and cheddar cheese bread bowl, turkey and cheese toasted sandwich, and the awesome loveliness tasty deliciousness of chicken and dumpling soup! The kids also got Mac and cheese. Everything was really really good. Prices were very reasonable for the great quality and fast delivery. The dining was very open, spacious, and very clean. The staff frequently come by the table to check to see if you need refills, clear away any dishes your done with, and ask if you need anything. It's like an upscale Panera Bread mixed with Chick Fil A but sooooo much better. Upset that were I live in Maryland/Washington DC we don't have a McAllisters. Love this place. I am only in the area visiting but I will definitely be back during my 4d visit. read more
