First timer and ummm , IT WAS AWESOME!!! Food was delicious & great service, very attentive without being bothersome. You order at the counter and they give you your drinks, you find your table, display your number, and shortly after they deliver your order to your table. The food was excellent! We ordered the chicken salad sandwich (very tasty,a lot better then Costco), broccoli and cheddar cheese bread bowl, turkey and cheese toasted sandwich, and the awesome loveliness tasty deliciousness of chicken and dumpling soup! The kids also got Mac and cheese. Everything was really really good. Prices were very reasonable for the great quality and fast delivery. The dining was very open, spacious, and very clean. The staff frequently come by the table to check to see if you need refills, clear away any dishes your done with, and ask if you need anything. It's like an upscale Panera Bread mixed with Chick Fil A but sooooo much better. Upset that were I live in Maryland/Washington DC we don't have a McAllisters. Love this place. I am only in the area visiting but I will definitely be back during my 4d visit. read more

I'm an out of towner and do not have a McAlisters Deli. I was recommended to try McAlisters instead of going to Panera Bread. I was very pleased with the lady that took our order. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I told her what I like to eat and was able to recommend something. I loved their cheddar broccoli soup with the Southwest Turkey. I wish I had one where I'm from I would defiantly eat here again when I visit. read more

Excellent new addition to Niceville. Management really put this location together well. Jason, the manager, is very knowledgeable and charismatic. He seems to greet every customer and ensure his employees are on top of things. I typically order the pick two French dip and spud max, add jalapeños. Sweet tea beats out chic fil a. It's hard finding vegan options in a small town. But McAllisters totally fills that gap. Many options can be made vegan and they are very tasty! The prices are good and there is never that long of a wait. During peek lunch hour the line can get long so I would suggest ordering online if you are in a huge rush. You can pick up and eat in the restaurant or take it to a local park. The staff is always floated by around the restaurant filling up drinks and cleaning tables. Great gem in a small town. read more

I stopped in the other day to try their Crab and Corn Chowder. I make my own so I wanted to try theirs too. It was a lovely creamy soup, but the sweet delicate taste of the crab and corn was OVER POWERED with too much PEPPER! Such a shame too. read more

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup. It was a cream base sauce instead of broth not at all what I'm used to. Then I ordered the chili to replace it and it was Hormel/wolf from a can. The kind you put on top of your hot dog yuck. Not what I was expecting from a deli. read more

I LOVE McAlister's and have never had a bad experience at a location until yesterday. Our chips were a little stale and when we told someone, they gave us attitude. The manager was even worse. When we told him another batch of our chips was stale, he broke a chip in front of me to see if I lying or not. I never saw the man smile once. Needless to say, the manager at this Niceville restaurant wasn't very nice. read more

Niceville needed a new restaurant, the McAlister's is perfect for our growing town... I have visited this restaurant lunch and dinner. Every time I do I try something different . The workers and managers are so helpful and nice. I will keep visiting this location. read more
