Jacey Moore, Keely Pino and Cam Elary all three went out of their way to help me in the replacement of my dome inserts and answered all of my questions. I have been searching for an RV for four years. In that time, I've found two that had that which I need, but one was clear across the country AND out of my budget, and the other one was out of my budget, AND gone before I could blink twice! A friend and I had brunch, one Saturday, and afterwards, I decided to go look at RV's, and she's went along. I walked in to McClain's RV, and gave Stephen Maxwell my list of particulars, and after four years of searching, they exactly what I needed, and even more than that for which I had hoped! It was even more beautiful and practical than I could have ever expected! Stephen Maxwell, Aiden Jones, and Richard Harrison were all very helpful and kind, and made the, seemingly, impossible, actually happen! Stephen and Aiden even prayed with me! Caleb, in Parts, and a technician whose name was Chris, if I remember, correctly, were exceptionally kind, as well, and very helpful. They are both, tops, in my book! I had a many questions, and Stephen was very patient. He always took the time and effort to do the necessary investigation to help me. I am very grateful to everyone at McClain's RV for all of their help and effort to get me into this lovely RV! It's a used RV, that, I think wasn't used all that much! It's in pristine condition! I've had it, not quite a month, so far, but everything seems to be absolutely lovely, and I am just amazed and thrilled with my RV! I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with McClain's. What should have been an exciting RV purchase turned into an ongoing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable experience. From the beginning, there were serious concerns around transparency. I was upsold on parts that were already installed on the unit--this was later confirmed, and I had to go through the process of getting one of those items refunded. I was also pushed to purchase a solar setup that was already installed on the RV. These are not small oversights--they are major red flags. The most serious issues, however, have been with financing and payments. I was explicitly told that McClain's would be covering initial payments due to delays on their end. Not only did they fail to properly execute those payments, but I later learned from my lender that attempted payments were declined, resulting in my account being placed in a past due status. To prevent further damage, I made the payment myself--only to then be contacted by McClain's attempting to collect from me directly for that same payment. I was also asked to reimburse them for payments they claimed to have made, which, according to my lender, were never successfully processed. On top of that, McClain's failed to properly finalize our financing application, which resulted in additional, unnecessary credit pulls. Our credit was hit again, and our score dropped another 30 points due to an issue entirely on their end. What's most disappointing is that I have now asked--multiple times--for clarification and resolution on why I was being asked to make payments for amounts that were never actually paid, and I have provided proof to support this. I have yet to receive a response. At this point, the lack of accountability is just as concerning as the mistakes themselves. This situation should have been handled immediately and professionally. Instead, I was given no clear communication, no statement, no explanation--just a demand for payment with no runway and no acknowledgment of their errors. They allowed the account to fall past due due to their failure to finalize and process things correctly, and rather than going above and beyond to make it right, they have left me to deal with the consequences. To add to this, my husband is a disabled veteran, and this situation has created completely unnecessary stress and strain that no family should have to deal with--especially over issues that were entirely preventable. This entire experience has been disorganized, stressful, and completely unacceptable. It has required hours of my time to correct mistakes that should never have happened, and it has put my credit at risk due to their lack of accountability and follow-through. At no point should a customer be put in a position where they are cleaning up financial errors made by the dealership. I would never recommend McClain's to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution. If this is how they handle financing and customer accountability, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with a purchase of this size. read more

It started out well, good negotiation, things started to go south when we went into financing and extended warranty. Pretty pushy there, didn't like that. Then they all left and locked us inside the gate. We were still transferring from our other camper, had to call someone to let us out! Nobody there with us until the end. Just be cautious and watch every move, especially when they're checking out your rig to trade in, all of a sudden ours had a hole in the roof, not sure about that! read more

After several days of working with McClain's, I am very impressed with every person I encountered here. I took a big Renegade in for service. Rich, who checked me in, could not have been more helpful. While waiting, I found another RV I liked better. Kyle, my salesman, was very accommodating. This sale was wrapped up late on a Friday afternoon. Kyle volunteered to help me hook up my Jeep so I could flat-tow it home. It was dark, and I discovered the lights were not working correctly. Kyle approached two mechanics who had clocked out for the day and were off the property at their cars. Without any hesitation or complaining, both mechanics came back to help with a smile on their face. The female mechanic (didn't get her name) promptly climbed under this motorhome and checked all the basics. Then she unlocked the shop and came back with diagnostic equipment. She correctly diagnosed the problem as being my Jeep, not my new motorhome. I was not charged for all this extra effort. At the risk of being to wordy here, I wanted to point out 2 price related issues. After I agreed to pay for a $2,400 suspension upgrade, I got a call from Kyle to let me know this new RV already had most of these components installed. I would have never known the difference. Also after the sale, I got a call to let me know I qualified for a $5,000 rebate. So this RV actually cost me about $7,000 LESS than I had agreed to pay. I'm a very happy customer. read more

I have not been impressed with McClain's Ft. Worth! From the sale associate Chad to the Sales Manager Aiden. We bought a $100k camper and have been treated like we bought a tent. We had it inspected by an outside company to ensure the quality of the camper was good and any issues fixed before we purchased it. It had a few issues but nothing major. We didn't take delivery of it but purchased it since it was the end of their year end. Doing THEM a favor, but when I called to check on the camper there was no record of it in service almost a week later with NO follow up or text response back from our sale associate Chad. Once he got that sale, he was DONE. I finally got a hold of Aiden and he assured me it was in service and would be done in a week, but now he won't respond back after multiple texts to him. Their service department never answers their phone so now we have bought a $100k camper and had NO idea where it is or what the status is of it. If I had known they were going to be like this, I would have NEVER bought from them and taken my business elsewhere. This is the worst purchase experience we have ever had and very disappointed in McClains considering they had been in business for so long and supposedly a family owned business. We found the used RV we wanted at several locations. McClain's in Ft. Worth was our second stop after going to the RV show in Dallas. I don't usually buy used, but decided to this time. We traded in a newer Class C, wanting more room. I was impressed with the professionalism and the friendly folks, from the GM to the shop folks. We got the deal we wanted, spent the night checking everything out, and they addressed every issue I had, and none of them were actually issues, there were things I just didn't know about. They estimated my trade without seeing it and stuck with their offer. It was higher than the first place I went to by $5,000. Very happy with the level of service we received. DONT BUY TIRE INSURANCE! You will be encouraged to buy 2 different kinds of tire coverage at closing - don't do it! We wasted around $2K on it and when we did have a blow out, we could not get any assistance with the insurance companies. Just lame excuses from one. The second one REQUIRED a licensed repair place to submit the claim, so I brought it to Service here. It's been over 3 months, and every time I call to check all I am told is 'I'll call again today and let you know'. I never receive a call back. Save your money for something else! read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. We bought a Grand Design from a different dealership in 2018 while stationed at Travis AFB in Fairfield CA. Recently we were transfered to Texas to the NAS JRB Ft. Worth. Since PCSing, we received a recall notice from Grand Design. Calling this dealership and their service department to schedual for the repair. The service advisor stated "WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY VECHICLE UNLESS IT WAS PURCHASED AT OUR DEALERSHIP!". I was floored needless to say. You are a Grand Design dealer I asked? Yes he replied, but we a private dealer. You'll have to go some where else. I called Grand Design Corparate Office and informed them of the this. I was told have a mobile tech or go to Camping World. Well we went to a different place, where we were informed McClains is the worse dealership and customer service is low. The place we went to explained. They had to fix a RV and had to go throught McClains for the parts. When the customer asked what the status was. The repair shop told the customer. They couldn't give them any information, because McClains would not provide them with any information. Looking for a place to purchase an RV? Save yourself the time and headaches down the road and go somewhere else. Find a different dealership that has a good history with customers and other businesses. This business should not be allowed to sell Grand Design let alone a toilet to anyone. That is my two cents. read more

We loved the location, the free coffee, the friendly staff, the jokes, and the personal touch. We were sorry to hear about everyone elses experiences, but we received nothing but professionalism and kindness from the moment we reached out and want to make it clear that we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE @ McClain's RV in Fort Worth! We worked with Eric and Marcus in Sales, met Tom and Mike in management, Ty in finance, and finally Wayne in Service! We love our Class B! We specifically chose to come to McClain's to buy it, because they offered the best price at the price we wanted to pay, peroid. BONUS: McClain's even has a lot in the back where you can hook up to power and water and test out your new RV in a safe location -- free of charge to customers! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, we would like to offer some advice to prospective RV buyers with all honesty. Note: This is unsolicited advice (because you're not asking, but we're telling). This advice is NOT in relation to McClain's but rather advice to RV buyers at ANY dealership. 1. Do your reserach on models before you go in -- know what you want, or at least have a good ideas of features you are looking for. 2. Do your reserach on prices, compare and contrast with other dealerships too. 3. BRING YOUR CASH AND/OR LOAN WITH YOU. If you need to finance to make this purchase, seek a loan outside of your dealership and bring that available $$ WITH you, as if you are paying cash. It will give you more negotiation room and WAY less paperwork and hassle when you are actually ready to make your purchase. 4. If you are trading in a vehicle, bring the title with you. Not having this will cause some serious lag time on completing your deal and keeping you from driving off the lot in your new RV. Now some things to just consider.... 1. Salesmen are... trying to make a sale -- it's their JOB! Working on commission is rough, so have some grace. Dealerships have quotas and are trying to make money... PERIOD. Don't take it personally if they try to sell you an RV at a price you think is outrageous... it comes with the job. 2. Know in advance your TOP dollar and be sure to communicate what you CAN do, and be firm. It's up to you to represent yourself with accuracy. 3. If the price or payments is going to be a stretch for you, WALK AWAY. Please. You cannot be upset at the SALESman who tries to SELL you an RV at a price YOU cannot afford! Perhaps walk away, do some more research on models and prices, and come back when you have all that you need, and the $$ to make your purchase and feel good about it and not stressed. MOST IMPORTANT -- You are your own advocate here. While we have expectations of dealerships to act with honesty, we are dealing with people, and all have fallen short of the glory of God. Make sure your RV is in working condition before you walk away. Test it, drive it, have a checklist of expcectations it needs to meet. Watch videos online of others having purchased the same model. DO YOUR RESEARCH, and hold your dealership to the same expectations you have, but with grace and kindness. "Do to others as you would have them do to you." If at any time the sales process doesn't meet your expectations (of price, condition, quality, etc), do yourself and the dealership a kindness and KINDLY walk away. Do not cause a scene. Do not get angry with them. There is no reason to be rude or mean or pushy. And besides, if it doesn't work out, there was always something better planned for you. PLEASE READ: We bought a 2020 Solitude from McClains with issues that it seems they intentionally and carefully hid. They were real easy to get a hold of when we were buying it. Not so much after they got our money. The service rep has often takes days to respond and won't respond without several follows ups. Says one thing on the phone and when I ask them to put it in writing so there is no misunderstanding, they change it. Our fifth wheel had issues before we could even unhitch it and I contacted them immediately. It's been 3 weeks with no resolution. During the check out inspection, the tech said that someone had "left the fifth wheel on accidentally" and so the battery wasn't fully charged so they may not be able to fully demonstrate the leveling system. I asked him straight out, if he was telling me the truth or if there was an issue. He said he'd leveled it earlier with no problems. I told him I wanted to see it leveled myself. He tried and it gave an error code. Waited a few mins and tried again with another error code. Each time he said it was from the battery being too low. Tried a few more times and finally got it leveled. His response was, that now that the battery was charged, it worked fine. Fine. I get it home after a 1.5 hour drive and the batteries don't even have enough charge to lift it off my hitch. Plug it into shore power and it comes off fine but auto level keeps giving me an error. I called them and went through troubleshooting for about 20 mins at which point they said there was a larger issue and to bring it back. I told them they clearly knew this was an issue and and the service rep suggested I should have bought the extended warranty for $2,000. Only positive thing I have to say is the sales rep was really nice and professional. *I will update this review if they resolve my issue read more

I would be cautious of anything this Company promises. They had a Motorhome I was interested in. I did a pre-buy inspection myself and negotiated a price. I then hired a profession Inspector to have a good look at the coach. After that was complete, I stated I would buy at the agreed upon price if certain items were addressed. A list was made and the Saleman agreed to all the items. One thing that bothered me was I asked for the Maintenance records at least five times. I knew they had them as they did some of the maintenance there. All I was told was the engine fluids were changed but never given any records or proof. I should have walked right there and then. When the coach was delivered, assuming all the item were completed (some not visible to the eye), I drove it home. I wanted to get a maintenance contract from an independent company so the company sent out one of their inspectors before issuing the contract. He found several items that were supposed to be done, not completed as promised by the contract. I took it back to McClain's and they fixed one particular item (front wheel bearing) that was on the original contract but only after calling them out on not fixing it the first time as they said they did. I had to pay an additional $4000 to address other items. One of the other items that was supposed to be fixed was the dash AC. It lasted only one day of our first trip (which wasn't for two months). Of course they wouldn't fix it because it was beyond any "warranty" period. When I asked if they could fix at my cost, they said they didn't work on ACs. I then asked them how they could have fixed it the first time (as per contract) if they didn't work on Acs? At that point I had a shouting argument with the manager because he knew he was caught dead to rights! I took the coach to Freightliner and after replacing a few parts they thought they had it fix. It lasted one day. I returned it to Freightliner and they said they needed to replace all the lines at a cost of $15000!! I know that McCalins knew this and charged the system to get me down the road. They lied to me about fixing it the first time as they admitted they didn't work on Acs, when I called them on it. I believe they pushed me out the door not repairing the items they were contractually responsible to repair from the beginning. I believe the salesman knew about these items and the fact they weren't repaired, because he never replied to my query. The salesman name was Larry Lopez, but the General Manager was complicit as well. Stay far away from This dealer in Ft. Worth. read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE. Read on to learn about the cluster f*** you'll get into if you do. My wife and I found a toy hauler travel trailer we liked at their lot. Worked out a price to buy and made the trip down to Fort Worth to see our new rig. During the walk through with our salesman (Landon) I express my concern about the ramp door not being very sturdy - to which Landon responds "Well, its got a 30 day warranty even though it's a used unit. Take it home, roll your Harley on it, and if you have a problem with it bring it back in 30 days and we will replace it!" OK, sweet! We sign papers, and get walked out to our new camper expecting someone to show us how to hook this 5th wheel up with us (first 5er) and apparently, they were so close to closing at 1pm everyone at the store just left. I do understand it was December 23rd, the day before Christmas eve, but damn. Literally as soon as we signed the papers and they made their money, they gave and are giving zero fs about us, the customer. I get home, roll the 700lb Harley up the 3,000lb capacity door and put a crease in the ramp door. So, two weeks later (still within 30 days warranty) as I'm traveling back to work, I stop in the store with a title form the title clerk (Sarah) forgot to have me sign *clue #1* - and then was told I need to have an ID/OD inspection performed. After doing my research over the course of a week or so and proving to them my state DID NOT require the inspection *clue #2*, the process was started for titling the TT. I also expressed I had not heard from the bank we financed through about our upcoming loan payment **HUGE CLUE #3** and was told I would have to contact the bank myself to sort that out. Back to the ramp door... the sales manager (Tom) informs me the ramp door isn't covered under the 30 day warranty like his salesperson expressed, and that it "may" be covered under the service plan we purchased. After a short conversation with the service person in the back it more than likely won't be covered by it either because "its had excessive weight on it. so now I'm stuck with a leaking, unusable ramp door that I expressed concerns about when buying and was ensured would be covered if any problems with. After a week (and having to stop by in person at the financial institution 200 miles from my home that's supposedly handling the note because they couldn't confirm my identity- *clue #4*) I call Tom and tell him how displeased am for clues 1-3 and that they don't give two sh*ts because they've already got my money. But it turns out THEY DONT have my money because the bank has no clue who I am or why I'm asking about that VIN because they have a note for the unit, but under someone else's name and its already closed! Tom says he'll get to the bottom of it.... Couple days later, 28 days into our 30-day warranty, and close to what I assume is the first payment date, Tye (business manager) calls me. He says they got it figured out with the bank and that they need the first payment over the phone for the bank, so the payment won't be late... ok... gave him my CC number and went on vacation expecting to hear from the bank and receive paperwork showing payment dates etc. I ask him about the unusable ramp door knowing in my heart they could care less about their supposed warranty, and just as I figured they didn't call back about it. However, I get back from vacation and DID get a call from the bank saying I'm over two weeks late from the first payment, even though I made the payment with Tye at McClain's! So a leaking, non usable and pretty integral part of my camper is just on me to fix or replace now, all through some BS run arounds, and now I'm aware this business has f'd with my otherwise pretty damn decent credit score! I am beyond pissed. Take your business elsewhere. I wish I would have. read more

In 2024 I went to mc clan's rv hoping to buy a class A motor home. I filled out my application an I showed my credit potential, they said I was good. I just have to put down half of the $7,000.00 down payment. The next day I went to the bank an gotten cash for them. $2 400.00 cash I am ready to get it started. As I was so ready for a new motor home, I didn't realize they didn't generate me a receipt for the cash I gave them. I said to myself they wouldn't screw me out of $2,400.00 because they are going to get more money if I am so called approved and I'm trading in my rv for $6,000.00. I was all set until they started asking questions about a deed to where I live at, at the same time the more I thought about it ( no receipt) the more suspicious I gotten. My gut and my father told me I have gambled an lost $2,400.00 no class A motor home, no new job traveling adventurers, no new lifestyle. So I stopped, I told my handler if you cannot approve me for a motor home. I cannot come back into your store in fort worth. 1. because I'm not wasting time to fight anyone an going to jail for no receipt transaction. Most likely they'll kill me because I'm a big black man angry I lost $2,400.00 cash. Cops kill for less now days. So all I can do is say "oh well" life will kick you trying to get a better situation in life. I'm still alive I can make more money. I did try another way to get my money back. I haven't got it back yet. They tried calling to explain why I'm wrong about my money an their policy. Eventhough money is refundable if a purchase didn't happen. read more

To begin, I'd like to state I've worked in the industry so I understand all the games they play, but this place takes the cake on disrespect, manipulation, and complete and utter lack of ethics. Tom Titus lied about my trade and changed their figures significantly after I gave them an extremely accurate description with pictures. Both Tom Titus and Aaron Charles looked me dead in the eyes and lied again when asked them directly about my actual interest rate approval. For those of you that do not know NEVER FINANCE WITH A DEALERSHIP'S LENDERS! The dealership will markup your actual approval rate several points and scoop the money between your actual approval rate and the rate you sign at. THEY WILL NOT BE HONEST. Set up financing beforehand, and do not tell them that until price as been agreed upon. Not to mention once I took delivery both water heaters did not work They promised to reimbursed which they still have not done, and the RV was Disgustingly dirty underneath the furniture. This place is a joke. Both Tom Titus and Aaron Charles are the type of stereotypical people we all hate about car salesmen, and I would be embarrassed to have my name on this building with people like that representing my business. Fortunately, for me these rookie liars are also horrible at doing paperwork properly, and I have lawyer friends. Now quite a bit of the money they think they weaseled out of me they don't get. Purchased Grand Design Solitude from this dealer and needed some warranty work don! RV was kept for 4 months and was unable to reach service department by phone! Never received an update on the servic. Finally made the trip from Temple to Ft Worth to pick it up ready or not! Well they claim some issues had been fixed and others replaced but not with original parts that they removed! We were sent home with the assurance a replacement reclining love seat was order and would be delivered to us upon arrivial! Found out 8 months later after using a new service center the recliner was never ordered! Service department: My parents motorhome needed some minor trim and body work done and the water tank replaced. They took months to get the parts in and get repairs done. We had paid half of the $8k to get the parts and my mom passed away and it sat there for a month while we did estate work so they added over $2,000 in storage fees. When I went in to pay the balance and pick it up they had lost the keys so I had to pay for two Uber trips. They called and said they made a new key and to come pick it up but they did not make keys for the deadbolt door and storage compartment that were on the keyring. They said they had to order it so the motorhome is useless as you cannot access the electrical line in the storage compartment. 8 read more

Mcclain's RV dealership Sanger TX, A pack of lying, money hungry, unethical, Hyenas. Went to the RV show in Dallas, looked at one of their 2024 GRAND DESIGN TRANSCEND XPLOR, I told them i wanted a new one off their lot they said ok, and that i would have to put a $2,500 deposit to hold the RV show prices, they said i needed to sign a permission form so they could withdraw the $2,500 from our account, found out that the form was a contract to buy the trailer, they said the $2500 dollars was non-refundable. I had taken pictures of the inside of the trailer at RV show the one we had looked at. went down to the dealership in Sanger TX to look at the trailer, I told our salesperson "Evan Gray" that trailer was the one from the show, he kept on telling me it wasn't (God damn money hungry lying Hyena). I showed them the pictures I had taken of the trailer at the RV show, every floorboard has its own distinct pattern like a fingerprint, the floorboards in the trailer at the Sanger Dealership matched the trailer at the RV show, after showing the pictures to the general manager he agreed to refund my money, The owner of Mcclains RV is "Nate Mcclain" He's aware of what's going on, He's the head Hyena and has taught the pack well, I'm sure this is general practice for all Mcclain's RV dealerships, UNETHICAL !!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is my first review however I felt it was absolutely necessary. We bought our dream Grand Design in January 2022. We have been out 3 times with 3 returns to service. Our last one was in October 2022 when our refrigerator went out. Needless to say all the food that was lost as well as having to eat out alot during the week. Long story short, our travel trailer is still at service, 2 months later. McClains blame Grand Design and GD blames GE. Where is the accountability? We had a trip planned for first week of December however it had to be cancelled. NO ONE cares. The Service pitch sold us on McClains and reassured us we were making the right decision. Extremely disappointed. Too bad they can't all be like Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth. They are all eager to SELL but that is where it stops. Service at McClains must improve!!! read more

This was our 2nd time purchasing from McClain's RV. The communication with the sales person was intermittent and I ended up reaching out for a sales manager to keep this deal on track. for some reason they ran our credit several times, but we end up with a written proposal that we accept after we were assured that financing had been approved. 2 days later we hear that financing was not approved after all. So the deal is cancelled....But then a day later they still run my credit card for $5000 for a deposit on a deal that was not approved. Very disappointing how everything was handled, we went back because we were happy the 1st day, but now we will never go back. read more

Worst experience we have ever had. The salesperson James and his manager lied to us on several occasions. We put a large down payment on an RV and were called a week later by another manager and were told that the RV was promised to another customer and our money would have to be refunded. We had to then wait for a refund and now have an inquiry on our credit score for no reason. The RV was a gift for my in-laws and we had to call and tell them that we did not get it after all. ​We did not even get an apology from James, or the Manager that sold it to us. I've had my 2022 grand design for right at two years now and although it has provided me a place to sleep I have had nothing but trouble! leaks in the restroom under the sink, both side (hot and cold) the sink has started dripping today, the foot pedal on the toilet leaks when you step on it to flush, the roof has had leaks, the kitchen sink has leaked, it squeaks when walking around and the big one is that the AC has stopped blowing cold. I live full time in mine and can't just hook up and leave or stay in it while they try and fix it. The process to have someone come out is a pain!! Too much red tape since they don't have a service tech themselves. I have fixed the leaks myself by putting new clamps and applying new caulk around the roof! It's only been moved a few times and has less than 300 miles also the pull handle on the recliner has broken. This is my first RV and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!! I live within 20-30 minutes of the store but they still won't send someone out. read more

As for buying the RV with the salesman all was great. It's after purchasing when everything falls apart. Service center doesn't get things done. I have requested 2x for them to fix locks on my storage units. Nothing fixed. And as far as getting anything done after purchase it's not a good service. I would and will not trade or buy there again. Don't purchase extended warranties. I did and then changed my mind and requested to cancel it. It's been 2 months now and they have done nothing but ignored me. Don't buy there!! read more

I purchased my Mercedes Camper van from this dealership and requested that they install a roof rack and other modifications. The service department installed a completely different roof rack compared to the roof rack I requested, and the RV started leaking. I have returned the RV to the dealership five times for repair. The leak was so bad that water poured out of the cabinets, between the windows, and out of electrical switches and lights. They said that they would repair everything, but each time I brought it back for additional repairs, they ended up damaging more stuff. The last few times I brought it in, I had to request receipts for the service several times because they didn't have them ready when I picked up the RV. They marked the Roof Leak repairs as preventive maintenance to cover the fact that these were repeat warranty claims for the same activity. I am currently having issues with the heater, which has started severely smoking and fails to ignite. I have been using the RV in Colorado, creating an unsafe situation. This is the 4th time I requested help with the heater, and they refused my request to drop it off again for repair. I have had this RV for 18 Months. It has been in repair with McClains for approximately four months, and for several more months, the RV was unusable because of the damage they caused in their service department. I now have an RV that McClains RV service department damaged and is unusable for my use case, and I may never recover financially from my decision to do business with McClains. The dishonesty and gaslighting I receive from the employees are incredible. Go anywhere else for your RV needs. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more
