Been about a year, never received my title from Flex Financial. I purchased from Cheryl and Mike. Now they do not answer my calls. I even went in person and they just tell you it takes a long time to receive, first they said 3 to 6 months, I went again and they said 9 to 12 months. Nothing but lies. If you were scammed like me please go to DMV website and file a Dealer complaint. They need to be reported so the authorities can shut them down. read more

This company took our $1000 deposit over a week and a half ago. Legitimate funding acquired for the fifth wheel. We got the run around for a week and a 1/2 while asking when the RV was going to be ready. They were very dishonest with us. We are so disappointed with this whole experience. read more

This place is a joke! We paid cash for a fifth wheel in March 2023, it's now November and we still haven't received the plates or title. We have called multiple times and Cheryl gives us Shannon's number and when we get in touch with her it's always something. Waiting for it to come from funtown, title missing signature, waiting on dmv, out of the office for family emergency... the list goes on. Requested paper tags a week ago and still haven't received that, oh but she hasn't forgot about me. Spoke to DMV they said the dealer only has 30 days after purchase to send title and paper tags should be issued the day you purchase. So we filed a complaint with them. So if this has happened to you please file a complaint. Stop this company from being able to scam people out of hard earned money. read more

Horrible experience i purchased a used RV for $500 more than they wanted with the agreement that they would pay the taxes and title fees. I have been trying for the last 10 months to get my title and plates. They don't respond nor have I gotten anything. I was also told everything worked and not leaks. That was a lie. I had to replace the toilet as it leaked, the awning was broken and the arms were attached to the rv by zip ties, the plug was burned and needed to be replaced. The roof leaked in several places. These ratings aren't a joke! My daughter and I looked at an RV from this place she found on Facebook marketplace. We kept finding issues like the refrigerator didn't work, leaking pipes, the heater didn't work etc. The manager assured us it was all minor and they could have it fixed in less than an hour. She told us that the refrigerator worked great but that they had just turned it on and it would take a couple of hours to cool down. Once she was out of the RV "an employee" shut the door and said "you did not hear this from me but that refrigerator does not work and hasn't ever worked". "Do not buy this RV unless they replace it". "They are trying to cover it up". They did replace it so we put a deposit down. Problem was our bank wouldn't finance the RV due to this company being a scam operation. The company has two separate names and two separate addresses and none of it adds up. Try looking the company up and see what you get. But! Once they have your deposit they keep it. End of story. Once again, our guy told us, "I've never seen them give anyone's deposit back in all the time I've worked here". Not one time. People come in and get the run around. They put money down, then can't get financing due to all the red flags, then can't get their money back. Ever! Listen to me! This is a scam company! Believe that! Do not even think about doing business with them. They are 100% dishonest. Just read the reviews. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. We were notified by our bank they never received the title to the RV we purchased. We went to go talk with them and they are gone. I went to DMV they never put it into our name and now all I can do is go get a bonded title. We paid sales tax and title and license ( which we never received) I wonder is there if there is a way to bring them up on criminal charges? read more

Should've looked on Yelp for review. Like others in here, it was not disclosed that the deposit is non refundable. Nor was a receipt provi till after I requested the deposit. My financing fell through so I would not be able to purchase last minute. I notifies sale guy Mizael within 3 hours of making deposit that it fell through only to be told I could use for layaway! Who does layaway on RV?! I've reported to AG and BBB and contacted my bank with little hope. Saved from troublesome huge purchase but still out $500 that couldve gone to my family. STAY AWAY! Fraud! Avoid these jokers at all costs. I tried to buy 2 5th wheels from them, David sold the first one out from underneath us, we then tried to buy another they had on their lot, needed very basic info vin# and a photo of a clear title we waited and waited with Cheryl just giving excuse after excuse. If you need a consignment lot look elsewhere or sell it yourself on FB Marketplace, you will get paid faster without giving them a cut of YOUR money. These folks are CLOWNS. read more

I had my fifth wheel pulled to their property because I was trading it for another RV. I was told that it would be safe since property was locked when they left. My RV was broken into and I still had my things in it due to trading it for one they had. Broke the lock and damaged the door. Stole all my clothes, jewelry, sewing machine, mattress, all th bedding, washing machine,3 TV's, computer. That's just a few things. Now i have a damaged fifth wheel worth less than it was before. I found flex financial on Craiglist advertising a 5th wheel for $13,500. My husband and I came to view it in person, to find out it was improperly listed. The sale price was $19,500. No big deal, they had a few other trailers that we could view around that price range. We toured 4 trailers (3 of which were in pretty bad shape for $14k PLUS). We ended up liking the first one we toured. We went inside to ask about the purchasing plan. They told us that we could put a $500 deposit down to hold the trailer until the following week when we could pay for it in full. My husband and I were on board. We paid via Venmo to one of the managers David. On his Venmo I had seen where they had done deposit returns so I assumed (my mistake) that if for whatever reason we decided to back out we would get our deposit back. Well.... The night before we were supposed to pick up the trailer our car broke down! And it was going to be a spendy fix. I called to let them know I wouldn't be able to purchase the trailer, asking for my deposit back. They told me it's their policy, they don't return deposits... what???? Are you kidding me?!? WHY wasn't this disclosed. A simple "just letting you know we don't do refunds so if you put a deposit down we won't be able to refund it" would have gone along ways! I would have never put a deposit down.. now i understand why.. they took the listing down, thought it was sold blah blah blah. But what gets me is when I was talking to them about this and how it wasn't disclosed the sales rep had the nerve to tell me $500 isnt a lot of money and it shouldn't be a big deal. AND LIED stating they did disclose their policy. They didn't! After arguing back a forth a little they said "well it's listed in the office on a piece of paper that we don't do refunds". So me as a customer that's never worked with them before I should know I need to search their walls for a random sign that says no refunds. I rate this one star solely based off HOW they chose to handle their response towards me. I think voting with your dollar is important. And i don't feel this company is worth giving your dollar too. The management is horrible! They lie and then try to blame others instead of fixing things they were supposed to fix. I was unable to meet the transportation at the lot so I met him at the rv lot where I was parking it. There was no power cord like there should of been so we had to make the driver wait to finish setting up while we drove to get the cord. Then when we get back he tells us the leveling button doesn't work and the wires are cut. So I do as the sales man instructs me and I text pictures and videos, or tried none went through. Finally I face time with Ricardo who doesn't want to do anything but blame the transporter. Then mid FaceTime, he has a call he has to take , finally like 15 min later he calls me back. Other than blaming the transporter he offers no solution for what they were responsible for fixing . We were assured it would be fixed, shame on me for not going back to double check . There was no propane tanks as there was supposed to be. It was barely wiped down at the most. The camper had mouse droppings in every drawer In the kitchen. I didn't expect spotless but I expected it to be clean. The microwave was disgusting. They need to be put out of business they have the worst customer service ever. When I called the owner he was like well why did you take it like that, quick to blame me not his damn employees that should be doing their job. They have a cleaning crew that should be fired! The owner also offered no resolution except for me to bring it back to be repaired, when it already cost me $250 to move it to the spot and now he wants me to pay again to fix their problem that they didn't fix the first time ! DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SCAMMERS AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Everything was good until it came time to get our title. We were told that it would be coming in the mail in the next 2 months. 5 months later still no title. When I called the business about it they gave me a number to call. Have called that number numerous times with no answer and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. Hopefully my complaint with the Better Business Bureau can at least get me my title. read more

We purchased a 5th wheel from here May 5, 2023. Wish I would have looked at reviews on them first! We had our own financing approved in advance so all of that was in place. Gave them a Cashier's Check for purchase price plus TTL. As with many other reviews on this matter, have not received plates nor has my bank received the title. Keep getting excuses that the title work was kicked back for various reasons. Finally got the information on a credit union that had the original lien on the title, upon contacting them I was informed they still had the title and although there was no lien against, the release to sale had been sent to another company not Flex Financial. I contacted Shannon today Nov 27, 2023 and she responded by text stating the company's license had been revoked and they are shut down. Not sure what to do at this point. People that do this should be criminally charge and locked up! read more

we purchased a pop up trailer on August 16th with cash as well as paid for TTL, we still have yet to receive our titl and plates. we have been through 2 temporary tags already. no one will answer the phones or return text messages anymore. when we did get a response it was always a run around. we have filed a complaint with the TXDMV and they're investigating. read more
