Roger came out several times and was super friendly and receptive to our vision. BP initially seemed great until it came time to build the pool! We received our first mock up which we really liked, and were ready to make a couple small changes and move forward, only to never hear from them again. We tried several times to reach out via text as well as set up phone calls but Ben's response was always an apology days or more later, with excuses including "the last week was complicated for me," and even worse, just no response at all. Unfortunately, for us, we are out money, time, and doesn't look like we will have a pool this summer!

I knew Nick was different right off the bat. Of all the people I reached out to, he was the only…read moreone that tried to help first, instead of just throwing a Service Fee at me. He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. The cost was still low due to his diligence, and now I have my Jacuzzi back!
