We received our first mock up which we really liked, and were ready to make a couple small changes and move forward, only to never hear from them again. We tried several times to reach out via text as well as set up phone calls but Ben's response was always an apology days or more later, with excuses including "the last week was complicated for me," and even worse, just no response at all. A REFUND IS IMPOSSIBLE IF THEY ADMIT TO NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THE REPAIR! On an early Saturday morning, I had a union split all the way around on the outlet of the pump during the priming. I thought I was specific in my description but they wanted $750 to fix it. A bit too much. I should have hung up then but they wanted to see a picture of the damage, so I uploaded that and they lowered their price to just over $250. Still a bit too much, but I agreed to it. They said it would be later as they did not have access to parts, which I already assumed that much and agreed. I unfortunately decided to pay in advance so they could make a quick fix the following week. Mistake #1. Monday arrives and they call me saying the fix they intended won't work because of the thread pitch. This was using a split nut so nothing had to be cut. They offered a refund during that call or they could cut and reassemble the fitting for an additional $200. I asked for a refund. They agreed and apologized. I then received a call from them about 20 minutes later while I was driving to the pool store and Lowe's to get what I needed. I ended up buying a new check valve with the same threads. I contacted them and they said they apologized again and said they would honor the original quote, but I told them I was already in motion on the repair and asked them to proceed with the refund, to which they 'Liked.' 10 Business Days later and no refund has been issued. I contacted them through Yelp and they stated they would "doublecheck" it and make sure it went through." 3 days later nothing is moving and they have not contacted me via any messaging medium that they are on top of it. **Update- They claimed they could not refund me through a USAA credit card and offered to drop off a check. I agreed to this past Monday and they agreed. Here we are on Wednesday and nothing was ever dropped off. Next to last update - They ghosted me. Having to file a dispute with the credit card company. To think I trusted the folks at this company.

i've had a pool/spa with Pentair system for about 8 years. i was getting repeated "problem/no…read moreproblem" notifications from Pentair, and my pool tech said he was attending to them. the water readings got so bad that Pentair sent their rep, Dwayne from Aquatic Specialities, to take a look. Bad situation, but Dwayne has been exceptionally thorough, incredible knowledge of Pentair and beyond systems, great communicator, amazingly responsive. i had to fire my old guy and really happy to have Dwayne guiding the process. i haven't encountered anybody with more skills and knowledge in this area. of course, i've checked him out and all reviews/ratings confirm my positive impressions. i highly recommend him!

They had a spring sale going on so I was able to get 20% off on a plant that usually goes for $100+. The website states they process within 48 hours but it was shipped in 5 days. The condition of the plant was not good when it arrived, as the only leaf was already almost falling off out of the package. When I requested for a return and a refund, they were going to charge a $11 restocking fee. It wasn't until I wrote a strongly worded email, that I was able to get a full refund after returning the damaged monstera. The whole interaction was 1/5, but I'll bump it up to a 2/5 because I was able to get my money back. I've seen better maintained plants at my local farmers market so I plan on going there instead. Would not recommend.

The outside succulent displays are accessible by wheelchair but the greenhouse is not. The walkways for the greenhouse are very narrow, and some areas are very tight even if you shuffle walk sideways. Staff are walking around and available to answer questions about plant names or pricing. Not all plants have prices listed. Several staff members also speak Spanish. The plant prices are really reasonable, and some of the rare tropical plants are shockingly low priced for what they are (Monstera Thai Constellation, PPP, PWP). For many plants, they carry small pot offerings which are really affordable for plant collectors. As a plantaholic who spends some time every single day looking up plants, I am not easily impressed by store variety offerings, but there were tropical and succulent plant varieties that wowed me here. And I normally wouldn't buy some of them, but the pricing was comparable to big box stores or sometimes better.
