He athen checked the rpms of different modes on the pool pump because he heard the sound of the pump as being overly high pitched. We need a new pool service company. I called and talked to Beau. He said he would come out the next day to give a quote. Nothing happened. Called once more and no response. I called another company and they came out within 24 hours, gave me a fair quote and we hired them on the spot. They started 3 days later. I do not know how to reply to Beau's response to my review, so I will add to this one: Beau-You need a lesson in good manners. First off, I spoke with you in person on December 28. You said you would be able to come out on either the 29th or the 30th. When I heard nothing from you, I called on the 30th and left a message. More importantly, if you don't know who I am (?), how could you even say that "you have checked with several pool businesses and I did not pay for work done"? Totally a lie on your part and you should be ashamed of this statement. Your reviews were all excellent which is why I called you in the first place. If you want to continue to get good reviews, you better clean up your act. Happy New Yea Since I cannot reply to Beau's pool service response, I will answer here: Beau your response is bordering on libel. You should be very careful to offer false claims against someone just because you screwed up and are not man enough to admit it. Like I said previously: your reviews were excellent, which is why we called you to begin with. Now is the time for you to look yourself in the mirror and say "I have to be more honest to protect my reputation". Doubt that will happen though. Beau was outstanding, I highly recommend him for anyone considering having work done on your pool. He installed new lights in our jacuzzi and pool, and relocated our pump filter and heater. His price was very fair and he did a really nice and thorough job on everything plus he can handle the plumbing, gas and electric all on his own vs. having to outsource someone else to assist. Beau helped us with installing solar heating for our pool and putting in a gas line for a gas heater. He was amazing to work with from getting the initial quote where he was very transparent about the pros and cons of the system and how much it would help us rather than just trying to sell it to us, all the way to working on the install and also a follow up service call. Unfortunately I don't normally do this but I have to share my experience with Beau's pool service. Things were great until Beau turned my service unbeknownst to me to a young gentleman because he said he had "too much" work and was moving to more of a repair side of business. For over a year now I have collected many texts from the gentleman who took over servicing our pool that he would be late by a day and/or sometimes not at all. Today after deciding that enough was enough, and having to work way too hard to connect to make sure my pool was always ready for friends and family (we entertain often) and send this gentleman a text after he had obviously not shown up for several weeks, I received a call from Beaus admin asking if we would like to continue service with him. Too little too late Beau. Probably the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life and I would not recommend to anyone. read more
