After letting them know what time we would be there we still had to wait about a half hour before we can even sign paperwork to take the bike home. I thought I was helping out by rolling the bike in side to do the picture but instead got about five people, whistling and screaming at me and making a big scene. I was with my wife and child at the time. So instead of pulling me to the side and maybe say something, they decided to embarrass me in front of the whole store. I even talked to my sales person on the side and he continued on embarrassing me. After that, we were sent to accessories and clothing area with the salesman behind the counter there just talked down to me in a condescending way like I didn't know anything. Got out of there as quickly as possible. Just very rude to their customers. I don't understand it. This is the second bike I have purchased from them. But unfortunately, it will definitely be the last.

All I can say is know that most people wine and complain, they feel entitled and want everything instantly That being said, I ordered shocks on 4/12/18, never hearing about the site/company all I saw was the pricing. Got the shocks $75 off from the manufacture site and $25 cheaper than any other site I could find, figured Why not. Placed my order, instantly was charged, waited four days and still saw my order awaiting fulfillment, that's when I decided to search and came across these reviews. Sent a message off the site, heard nothing, sent an email, heard nothing. 4/17 Decided to call, well the next day sure enough I got a call back saying my order was on backorder and would be fulfilled and shipped on the 4/28. So look at that, I called and got a reply on 24 hrs, not bad. 5/1 comes around, I hear nothing and see the order online still awaiting fulfillment. Next day again 5/2 I get a call that the order was shipped on the 1st. 5/3 they update the online order with a tracking number and 5/4/18 I get my order exactly what I ordered Now communicate / customer service is key with online shopping. I will say they could do a better job updating the site, answering emails/online messages, updating what's on back order etc, so for someone who isn't in a rush I would say buy from here. Give them sometime and you will get your order. Like I've read I can imagine them not keeping a lot of things in stock allowing to sell at the discounted prices. Taylor diagnosed the issue and did a full inspection of the watercraft, making sure there wasn't an underlying problem. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to PWC's. We had a extremely quick, less than one day, turn around. If you can hold off going to your local BRP dealer, I would. You'll get faster, cheaper, better service with a more personal experience!
