CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I got the 2 for 5 dollar sausage egg cheese mcgriddle and steak bagel meal it should have came to 16 dollar give or take. Hispanic boy with curly hair told me 18.30 and did not give RECEIPT he said next window I go next window they said stay on 3rd window . major red flag so I get my food and he charged me the meal and for 2 sausage only mcgriddle no egg cheese on it totaled like 6.89 plus tax so I get out out the car ask for recipt and the manager had to give me a full refund and ask the guy how did you mess this up he couldn't look me in the face. As if I made him work on a Saturday morning and he just wants to take it out on customers for no reason. Wow I will keep coming but watch this kid closely he is tall slim and very shady guy. Unfortunately, I can confidently say that this location is in fact open, even though someone is reporting that it is closed. I recently stopped here and let's just dive into it. I was on my way to an event at nearby Fort Washington Park and was in need of some food and hydration. I had looked up ahead of time to see what was nearby and was in fact going to go to a different plaza that said there was a McDonald's open and saw this one first. Just so everyone is aware, there are two that are about 2.5 miles from one another. I should have gone to the other location. After I had finished at a nearby store, I had placed my order to pick up at the drive thru so I could make it a quick stop and be on my way. However, unlike what a fellow reviewer has said about the drive thru being "fast, easy, and seamless" all that must have gone out the window. When I got to the location the drive thru was a traffic jam, not unlike 495 at any given time. If you had made the decision to go inside to dine, you may have come out to see that the two outdoor drive up kiosks were backed up as bad as an interstate interchange. We all slowly crept along at an ungodly pace. What should have been no more than five minutes in the drive thru turned into be a 20 minute, stuck in traffic in a McDonald's parking lot, ordeal. Finally get to the window and have my food handed to me. Only to find out that after I had rushed to my now late event, the order was wrong. The whole reason I had gone through the drive thru and this whole ordeal was because I wanted a sweet tea. I didn't get it. Caffeine, I got. Sugar, I did not. read more

Let me just say i don't really have high expectations for McDonald's. But after spending $20 on a meal and a kids meal- i expect a little common courtesy. I expect for the employees to at least say HELLO. I expect to receive all of what i purchased. 1/3 of my kids meal was absent. No apples or the kids toy. Which for a 5 year- is the best part of a kids meal. They gave us the wrong drink because they were out of fruit punch. So they just gave us a random selection. No sauces. The drive-through was fast, easy, and seamless. There were 10 cars in front of us and waited in line for 15 min before ordering. After ordering, we got our food in 2 min. The pippin' hot hash browns are delicious! While the snack-size Oreo McFlurry was tasty, it wasn't mixed all the way to the bottom. The new baked apple pie is a disappointment, bland and soggy. While the pies are healthier with less sugar, I miss the old crispy flaky brown sugar crust. I'm not an avid fan of McD's and haven't been back in a few years since the summer of 2018, before McD's revised the apple pie and stole its goodness! Will prolly be back to McD's at another location in the next year or so! read more

Hit this place up after a long drive in traffic coming home from work. This place used to be far better than the Swan Creek location ( which isn't really saying much) but it has gone down significantly in the last year. The food is often old, especially the fries and cheeseburgers. Breakfast seems to taste alright but comeon. If you order ubereats from here, they forget half the order. The worst part about this location is the drive through though. We've currently been sitting here for 18 minutes and for some reason, the girl yelled out the window at the poor guy in front of us and he is now standing in the rain waiting for what I believe is part of his order... unbelievable. Honestly, I hate that I'm reviewing a McDonald's. They're all standard, right? Except that they're not! I live very near this place, so I've eaten in, gone through the drive thru, and done Uber Eats from it. (I hate to admit all that.) To be honest, their eat-in and drive-thru tend to be accurate, but their Uber Eats accuracy ration is just abysmal. They rarely bring me the right sandwich or the right side. And I guess at that point I don't care that much. If I really cared I'd go into the store. But still, if less than 50% of my orders are accurate, I feel like I've got to say something?! read more

I'm not @ all a Mickey D's groupie, but I have to agree with the other reviews on here that this location is usually clean, and the staff here are very quick both through the drive-through and inside. I've been here twice before and I've not been disappointed with either their service or cleanliness, and this morning was no exception. I had to run a quick errand around here, and opted to grab a cuppa here for a change. Just ran inside for a quick coffee...and a breakfast sandwich. The first was a decent wee starter for the day, and the second was hot and fresh out the microwave! It wasn't too busy when I stopped by, and the girl who helped me was attentive and just plain nice. Made the transaction a pleasant start to the day for me. I have yet to come here around rush-hour / dinner time or late at night, so I don't know if the standard of customer service and the quality of the cleanliness is the same as morning times. But as long as it is the same standard and not just a trend, I may yet make a wee pit stop there some time. read more

This will be my first Review ^_^, my cousin has now got me addicted to wanting to let others know about what's going on. I will start with the McDonalds down the street from my house. I have been living near this McDonald's since I have been in High School. I'll admit they have their ups and downs. I've had to drive back to get items that was left out of my order. Rude customer service. For that, I'll take off one star. I mean the food is always good. The one thing that hasn't changed in the last 10 years is there coffee and hot chocolate. Everyday my mom forces me to go down and get her a medium coffee with 6 creams. During the summer she'll go for a Medium Caramel Frappe, and I will go for a Cherry berry Chiller. She will not go to another McDonalds because there coffee is that good. If you're looking for something to warm you up this winter, pull on over to this McDonalds and grab you a coffee or a hot chocolate to go. ((This just might be fun)) read more

If you are going to eat at a Mickey D's in this area then this is the best location. The staff via the drive thru are very nice.

Food is served hot and fresh. I like the drive-thru as its fast and convenient. Inside is always a bit crowded, because this McDonald's is fast, food is fresh, staff are friendly. Let me tell you about my horrible experience with this 24 drive thru. I just got home after a 3.5 drive from VA beach to come to my local McDonald's. I sat stuck in the drive thru line for almost an HOUR. Yes you read that correctly. A drive thru line for an hour. I was stuck between drunken customers that just came from the club. Now while I waited patiently, I figured there is only two ppl on the store let me give them a break. Only to find out after all my time spent that this drive thru was only excepting cash becuse the system shuts down at three AM. Mind you I arrived at this establishment at 2:35am. If this restaurant was properly staffed, I would've been served in an acceptable time frame and able to use my debit card which was my only form of payment. When I explained that you your cashier the situation her reply simply was" that's not my problem. Just over all horrible. I'll never return to this store. Wonderful McDonalds, I have been there twice this weekend and each time the person doing the orders for the drive thru have been attentive, extremely nice and made sure that I got everything that I wanted. My order came out a little slower but the worker personally came out to give me my food. Also on Thursday I was given a coupon for a 59 cent ice-cream cone by the person at window number 1. Went in there last night and stood in line for twenty minutes while they took four customers behind me, I finally left with a screaming two year old. I swear as long as I live I will never step into that place again. The worst service I ever experienced in my life. I guess I had the wrong color skin to be waited on at that location.
