Looks are deceiving. It's not so pretty outside (like much of Harbor Blvd) but the interior is renovated in a modern/contemporary style. It's clean and relatively busy. There should be plenty of seats to choose from depending on the time of day, but I think it's safe to say that you'll find a seat somewhere. Also, they have a sign that says Open 24 Hours, not sure if that means both the dining room and the drive-thru or just the drive thru. There is no "Dollar Menu" it's the called the Extra Value Menu, with an average of $0.50 upcharge for food that usually costs $1.00 at most locations. This McDonald's is in a good location around Disney. Convenient for a quick meal. Today I want to give kudos to the crew. As busy as it gets there my order was perfect. We had a large order with a ton of customizations done on the self-order screen and everything was there even the amount of ketchup/mayo packets. I'm impressed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF LIFE!!! I worked at a mcdonalds in my town and understand it's hard to keep great customer service during a rush but we know the MINIMUM is to at least fake a smile and greet someone when they come to your window. Guy who took our order was polite. Guy who handed us our food however, oh no. We drove to the second window, he handed out our drinks to us without a word or even glance our way. No acknowledgement whatsoever. My boyfriend asked for ketchup and the guy replied.'HUH?!?!' Like he was disgusted and never heard the word before. Got the food and 2/4 burgers were flat due to throwing it in the bag wrong. Oh and even worse, when the female manager was bagging our order, we saw her rub her nose with her bare hand as if to wipe some wetness away. So gross. Last resort, guys this was at 11 pm 09/27/14 UPDATE: 07/03/15 I went back a month ago before heading home from disneyland early in the AM solely due to the convenience of the store location. I don't really recommend ordering here in person or via Uber eats. They always fail to include certain items with the orders. It's worse when you order via Uber Eats and you are missing 2/3s of your order. I work near by but not close enough to walk there so I do UE from this location often and I never seem to learn my lesson. Either they forget my drink or fry, or in this case my entire meal and just give me a drink. The managers are always so rude and act offended when I come back after ordering in person to let them know I'm missing something. It sucks that this is the closest location to Disneyland. I don't hate McDonalds but I don't particularly like a experience I had with this location. I love the fact that its right across from Disneyland and is a great place to stop for a quick bite before heading in, especially if you have children. I however found a little present in my Chicken McNugget one day at Disneyland's picnic area...apparently my nugget didn't want to be naked and decided to keep a feather with it through the batter and frying process. As I was about to put it into my mouth I wondered why some white string was sticking out- taking a picture before hand- I pulled that string and revealed a feather! BUH-KAAAAHHH, my little chicky gave me a scare. I threw the nuggets away and took them back from the kids deciding a chimichanga was probably a better option at that point. Closest McDonald's to Disneyland. You can literally just walk across the street from where Disneyland Resort is and see it. My boyfriend and I usually come here when we don't want to spend too much money eating inside the parks even though it isn't the healthiest. It's also one of the few McDonald's that I know of that keep their breakfast menu up until 11:00am. read more

Mickey D's! Ok. I don't think I'll ever rate McDonalds as a 5 star business, but this location isn't bad at all. It's generally clean (although it has so many customers coming in and out all the time that that may not be the case when you sit down) and very spacious. I didn't have a problem with the service, but only ordered a couple of burger meals. Pretty quick, although I suspect that if you come in during the lunch rush, it might get a little bit hectic. This is a good pitstop for food if you're spending the day at Disneyland, and you don't want to pay the Disney price for food. Quick, easy, relatively cheap. read more

As a former General Mgr. for McDonalds, I tend to notice everything when I sometimes stop into a McDonalds. I came into this McDonald's after work to get food before I went home. While I was at the register I handed over my card to the employee. As he inserted my card there was a glitch on the machine so he inserted it twice, therefor the Register charged me twice for my food. When I asked to speak to a manager to get this issue resolved, the manager said there was nothing that she can do about it and that I would have to call my bank, that she was not going to refund me any money. I let her know that her employer put my card into the machine twice and each time he put it in the machine that it charged my card she refused to listen she told me that she wasn't going to do anything about it and that she wasn't going to give me a refund for the double charge or for the current charge of my meal. when I gave her my receipt to the food that I had originally ordered, for a refund for that I was just going to leave because I did not like the way he treated me she refused to give me a refund as well. She treated me like a dog while I was there waiting for my refund she helped 10 other guest that were behind me instead of giving me my refund she laughed at me and called me an idiot. There's nothing worse I could have happened within this experience at this McDonald's her name is Luisa and she claims to be a general manager. This is a general manager that is serving all of these people and treating them like their nothing. McDonald's is one of my favorite places for on the go food! I especially love the sausage n egg mcgriddles. I appreciate the fast service and the quality service that they give here because it makes my experience memorable. Not only is the experience fast paced, they have machines to make ur experience faster by not going to the actual cashier. It's great to come in the morning because it's not as busy, as they have great crowds during the day because of Disneyland, and they have WiFi as well which makes my morning even better! read more

Okay, to start, I came in with a coupon from the hotel I was staying at stating it was a buy one get one for this specific location. it wasn't expired but this place wouldn't let me use it. I got over that. Then after paying these marked up prices I received the mediocre food. The sandwich i ordered looked like it was just thrown together and the bread was burned. Let's see, it's Saturday and usually really really busy on the weekends. It's right across the street from Disneyland so this is a BUSY store. It's 715 pm and my son wanted a kids meal and I ordered a hot cakes w sausage. Shouldn't take too long, right? WRONG. I left at 830 pm. When I got there they only had 2 cashiers working, the 30 people in each line didn't warrant another cashier I suppose. Maybe 60 ppl in each line perhaps? Finally, after ordering, my cashier was very very nice and after waiting 20 minutes for my order he quickly noticed me standing there and got them to make my order right away. Thank God for that. I walked back to my hotel to feed my son and he had passed out already. Thanks, If I hadn't already walked 15 miles at Disneyland already I would have walked back and gotten a refund. Having managed a McDonalds personally for 3yrs at age 18-20, This Aneheim location has lost touch with reality. They turned away every customer that walked up to an open register, forcing everyone to use the electronic ordering touchscreen. Team members constantly running around like robots, without so much as a greeting of the day. Gone are the days of high touch, and personal service. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I came in after visiting disneyland and I was absolutely disgusted. When I went to fill my cup, the soda dispensers were horrific. The nozzles were covered with grime from not being cleaned in MONTHS. Literally a bacteria breeding ground. Upon checking my food, my chicken nuggets were room temp and slightly stale. When I respectfully requested over 5 times for a manager, I wasn't seen until 20 mins later. I explained to the manager how disgusting this was. She didn't say anything, no apologies, nothing. I was so frustrated, I just got my refund. She continued to let people get their drinks, didn't stop anyone once it was brought to her attention.
