My friends and I ate at this McDonald's after leaving Disneyland. A day after the trip, 7 out of 8 of us had food poisoning and terrible diarrhea that lasted for at least 5 days. Went to drive thru. Paid for our food. Got to the window to get our food. The lady at Window stated we had to park to the side. She said the shake machine ran out of chocolate and had to be changed. We asked her for cup of water. Stated she'll give it to us. Waited at window and she closed the window. Ignored us trying to get her attention. So parked you the side and thought maybe she's bringing us water. They brought our food and never got the water. I'm starting to think that all the food places in Anaheim are just in a hurry to get customers out. They think they're all tourists coming to eat. We are not and deserve better quality and better food. Very sad that it's quantity not quality even worse no customer service!! They're lucky I gave one star. Quality of food sucked too. After a long day at Disneyland all we wanted was a quick meal before we hit the road. Admittedly it was about 10pm at night. But, when we walked in the restaurant still had several people in the dining area. We made out way up to the front. There was nobody there. One of the employees walked by us and indicated that to place an order our only option was to use one of the self serve kiosks. Oh well. If I'm going to pay $5 for a fish fillet sandwich the least they could do was have a person take my order. Since they couldn't do that we decided to leave. Would I recommend this place? No. McDonald's just isn't the same. I'd get the same quality food at a gas station mini mart at half the price. Both are self service. read more

Placed an order for 2 chicken salads. 45 minutes later, it comes. The chicken isn't even hot. Barely even warm too. There are ladies in front of us that ordered before us, and still haven't gotten their orders. If you're craving McDonald's, go elsewhere. This place sucks. Service sucks. Employees seem lazy. Okay, so last night I went to go buy some nuggets along w fries and tell me why the cashier was not only being rude af but I found a bunch of hairs yes A BUNCH OF THEM inside a fry. HEALTH VIOLATION. JUST EAT ELSEWHERE! The few dollars saved is not worth the hassle and loss of time. Watched a worker clean his nose with his hand then immediately grab french fries and place them in their container for distribution to a customer. My family and I waited 45 mins to place an order with only three people in front of us. We eventually just left before placing our order. The staff is rude, appear to be moving in slow motion, lack any supervision, and certainly do not care about their jobs or the customers. I will never return to this place. But the way the manager treats her staff makes for an uncomfortable experience, especially for children who just had a great time at Disneyland. Blanca the so called manager is far from being a leader. She will ruin your day after you witness how she harshly scolds her employees. The young sweet girl that was scolded was doing her best to help customers at the kiosk, it doesn't make sense for her to be scolded for the help the customers denied. HORRIBLE customer service !!! Had a paid order through the app the girl and the window and manager with pink in hair tried to tell me 2 different things the first girl at the window said oh it only charged 1/2 to your card you have to give me the other half in cash and when I refused she got the other girl who told me even if the app charged you you have to pay us again here even though I showed her a authorized charge on my bank account. They refused to fill the order and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. This isn't the first time these two have tried to pull this and I will be notifying corporate and the owners do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I Drove to several McDonalds to try to locate Toy Story parts, My grandson has SEVERE FOOD ALERGIES so he isn't brought into a McDonalds, A Neighbor Gave him the1st part while I was baby sitting him. So I abliged Him and found a few more than I found out they switched to another toy, so the hunt was on since he saw the movie and RODE IN A RV all the way to Florida in one so his parents could cook special meals for him, + Grandma owns A RV! I went to 4 in one day and begged for the workers to look though the pile,1st one said they were out, but reluctantly looked any way, and found one! So of course I thought I'd better stop at all I could locate before They we're all gone, the other three all said they were out, I explained my situation and the fact that we HAD located one. COULD THEY PLEASE LOOK FOR ONE The one women in Buena Park Had no compassion at all went in back and returned with a no and never checked the bin WHERE there kept in! So next one same thing didn't care didn't try to look other Buena Park, Last one in Anaheim the guy looked but looked like he saw two and threw it back in and haphazardly looked Employees DONT KNOW AND DONT CARE AND other Anaheim was the same another day! I love using the automated menu. It's fast and easy, but when theres an issue, the register should be open. To add insult to injury the young man was short with me with an insult. I've worked in customer service before. The goal at the end of each order is to provide top customer service to the point where you go out of your way to help a customer. I didn't see any of that. After a long day at Disneyland I wanted to grab a quick and cheap snack for my Family. We were forced to use a kiosk and could not order with a real person. After we ordered the restaurant filled up! We sat at the back and waited for our food. Shortly after we sat an employee came over to us and stated that he was sorry but his manager said we are not allowed to sit because the dinning area was now closed. He said we had to go stand with everyone else crowder in front of the soda machine. There were so many people corralled into that small area. You would think that being in a national pandemic they would let us social distance as much as possible. I understand that the dining room was closed but we weren't eating there. This location has 2 screens, one shows orders being prepared and the other orders ready. My number was on the being prepared screen for 45 minutes. It then vanished from that screen but never showed on the ready screen. I moved over to the counter because I figured my order should be up any minute. 25 minutes later I asked an employee what happened to my order ? He checked and grabbed a bag off the counter and said oh its been done but it never got changed to the other screen. I checked my food and it was cold. The fries were completely limp. Cheap meal before getting food inside Disney. Pros: Right across the street from Disneyland. Parking lot for the venue isn't crazy packed. Venue inside is nice and updated. Cons: It's a McDonald's. Crowded inside for the wait, but crowded outside because of all the people passing by. It's a McDonald's? Note: Not reviewing the food because... it's McDonald's. We have all (or most have) seen, heard, read, or tasted how bad the food is for people. But whatever! You get what you paid for. And all the McDonald's are the same so really the only differences is the venue, staffing, and the community. Quick Driv-Thru Review: Went here for breakfast before going to Disneyland. Been to this McDonald's before a few times before for the same reason: Get something cheap so I don't spend twice as much for a meal. Seriously. A meal in Disney (depending on where you go) would average around $12 - $20 per person. Hell, the food carts in Disney selling a churro or turkey leg is already the price for most of the combo meals. Anyways, this review is just to let you know that this place gets crowded inside during the prime eating times of the day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), but is continually congested on the sidewalks because everyone walking to and from the Disney park or the surrounding hotels. Trying to turn into the parking lot from the road will be somewhat frustrating when groups of people are in your way. "Excuse me! Trying to get into the parking lot." "F*** YOU! We're walking here!!! This is a big McDonald's store located across the street from Disney Land in Harbor Blvd. You can imagine how crowded it could get, specially during summer. There is a big parking lot wrapped around this store, but its almost always empty. You know why? Because most of their customers are visitors who stay at the hotels and don't drive cars. So don't get fooled by their empty parking, you will be shocked walking inside seeing all those long lines. I have no idea why in this particular McDonalds, cashiers are in charge of getting the food, too. I mean they take orders, they go get it from the kitchen and call the customer names and hand the foods over to them. Then, they take the next order. Isn't this odd? On Harbor between Ball and Katella (across from the Tragic Kingdom!) Well heyyyyy...what da ya know? It's the "Disney" McDonald's... I say that because of its proximity from that famous resort! They do offer a Cast Member Discount here. Menu is the same and food is what you would expect from all other Mickey Ds (pun intended.) Place is large and clean and the staff works hard and fast despite the crowds of tourists. I've been here off an on throughout the years either with someone who was really craving the "Golden Arches" or maybe for a bite that varied from Resort Dining. There is lots of parking here. They're right next to a small Police Station so recognize and don't even think of parking here to avoid the parking fee across the street! Their prices have not been raised to reflect tourism! read more

This is the McDonald's on Katella near Disney. They are really unfriendly and border on rude. This location also has no dollar menu so there's that. It seems like it is milk the tourists at this location. I think I'll just bring pop tarts and snacks to get us through breakfast instead of paying another cent at this obviously shady place. If we had known it would be so bad, I would not have planned to go there to grab breakfast in the morning. Avoid it unless you want to get the tourist treatment, and I don't mean the good one. It seems that they have gone out of their way to force you to buy only the full price menu. And that's that. read more

This location is always super busy as it is situated in front of the Disney Resort. They do a decent job in cleaning the dining area as it is never dirty! I noticed the staff is always emptying the wastebaskets and wiping down the tables and counters. If ever I stay in Anaheim or a Good Neighbor Hotel I eat here before going inside as it is much cheaper than the resort for sure. I suggest you do the same! read more
