Not 24 hours. Tried on multiple occasions to try and get breakfast on my way in to work at 4am and they "are not taking orders"

Service mostly get rid of the kiosks put people back it took me 30 minutes to get a hamburger and a drink and not because it's busy

It's seems like the workers here are upset they work here? Came to get breakfast but got there too early before 4 and was told to wait till 4. I am a regular at this McDonald's , and the service is normally pretty okay. Tonight I went through the drive thru around 1 am and when I received my order I asked the worker for more sauce and if I can get my ice cream remade because it was very melted. The worker in a rude manner said I already gave you sauce in the bag ill give you one more but the rest you have to pay , which was fine with me , she then gives me the sauce rudely and shuts the window. when we waited for her to come back she was very rude when we asked her to remake the ice cream cone she said it's gonna be melted , so I told her can you jus put it in a cup , she proceeded to do so very rudely and when we asked her for her name she was not wanting to provide a name at all. I came in to the McDonald's on Mahogany and I went to pay for a clients food with his own cash and the cashier (didn't get her name) but she told me his order was $11.84 and my client only had $10 or so so I was going to pay the $1 or so on my personal card and she charged me the full $11.84 on my card and didn't give me my clients money back. I don't think she understood because I tried asking why are you charging me $11.84 on my card I said I'd pay whatever didn't cover his purchase. Again, service is nonexistent. My husband had a diabetic issue because they served him real sugar after he asked for sugar-free coffee. We spoke with the manager, and since then the person who works the shift has been consistently adding real sugar to his coffee. We live next door. He buys coffee at 4:30 am - there is only a drive through- and he gets the same server each time! This has been going on for several months. At this point, we have to assume this is being done on purpose. Real sugar had made my diabetic husband vomit on several occasions- he is on a low carb diabetes control diet and medication. When he called and asked to speak to the manager- they hung up on him. Coffee came quick and to his liking no problem. The biggest deal about the 5* is that as we were exiting we noticed a gentleman with his wheelchair bound sound entering the establishment...one of the staff (you African American lady) swooped over to open the door just as we were about to do the same. We were there June 17. The service was fast and the people who worked there were really nice. It's the first time I'd been to a McDonalds where they actually included all the condiments with the breakfast. They also put the the two paper bags into one plastic bag to make it easier to carry for us. It was so clean as well inside the restaurant. Best McDonalds I've been to as I've never been impressed like that over a McDonalds. I even told the lady at the cash register that I was going to write a five star review and that it's the best McDonalds I've been to. She was sweet saying "thank you that means alot to us".
