But he was medium height, Mexican, low cut & about early 40s & Rude for no apparent reason. 3/3/2020 - Today for lunch I ordered a single hamburger combo, no cheese with a natural lemonade. I had to do this review because I haven't enjoyed a Wendy's meal in years. Everything was hot and my natural lemonade was everything. A perfect meal on a great Tuesday!!!! I don't live here, and my Wendy's doesn't try this hard to keep their customers happy and coming back!!! This Wendy's had great service as well. Wendy's is Wendy's; it's fast food that tastes pretty good and seemingly more "fresh" than some other fast food options. Always enjoy the taste of Wendy's food, but that's not what's getting the 5-stars here. I come here maybe every other week or so specifically during breakfast hours and the employees at this location are the STARS of this review. They speak clearly at the order speaker and no matter who I have interacted with, they are always incredibly polite and kind. Major props to them for being nice (especially in the A.M. when we all would probably rather be in bed) and for delivering such wonderful customer service. Keep it up! You are appreciated! read more

We haven't had Wendy's in years! Went in and stared at the menu for days! The cashier was really nice and patient. She even helped us by giving suggestions cause I couldn't make up my mind. I wish I saw her name tag. I ordered the 4 pc chicken nuggets for our son, I had the baked cheese and beacon potato. I forgot what my boyfriend ordered other than the chili cheese fries, he had a meal with it too. The chicken nuggets was good, tasted like chicken compared to McDonald's whatever mashed up meat mcnuggets. The cheese & beacon potato was delicious! Hot and fresh, just enough cheese and beacon on top. And I do remember my boyfriend saying the chili cheese fries was really good too! Inside was nice and clean. There was bar stool and tall tables, booths, a lot of places to sit. I guess there used to be a flat screen tv but someone broke in and stole it? That's a damn shame. I normally don't review fast food places but I felt the need to point it out. I went here yesterday night with a friend and I couldn't help but notice how rude the cashier was. I greeted him and he said nothing in return, and just asked for my order, no smile or nothing. My order was finished and he kinda slammed it on the counter with a frown on face. I've never posted a review on Yelp. Every time our family goes to this particular location there's a problem. The order is wrong or they overcharged us. Yesterday the Manager told me $22.57 over the drive-thru speaker, but changed the amount when I got to the window to $25.57. When I asked about the total I was told, no that was the amount. I wasn't given my receipt until my food was handed to me, inside of the bag. Our large family will never return. You made an extra $3 yesterday, but lost a customer. Half-way through my order he spoke English and then again with his "African" accent . The drive-Thur person also said his name was "Pumba" which he must thought was an appropriate name for someone of African descent. When I approached the pick-up it was a male possibly Hispanic. This person ought to be fired and all the staff NEEDS to attend some racial sensitivity training. His peers and coworkers all thought it was funny. Did something today that I rarely do. Went to a fast food drive thru for a burger and fries. Had to go to the post office and decided to stop on the way back to get some lunch. Since this is a rare treat for me, I really gave some thought as to where I would go. I thought about Burger King, McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, Carl's Jr. and Wendy's. Decided on Wendy's. I ordered their basic burger, the single Dave with cheese and a small order of fries. The burger was not bad, a little on the dry side, and I'm talking about the patty itself not the condiments. There was plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise on it plus one slice of tomato, a couple of pickles, A little bit of lettuce and some red onions. The best part was the bun, it was very soft yet firm and had some texture. The burger didn't taste seasoned with any salt and pepper so it was on the bland side. But, it was ok. The fries on the other hand were very disappointing. They were hot but they weren't crisp or very flavorful. Again, they weren't seasoned and some salt would've helped but the overall flavor and texture of the potato was not good. I don't know where you go for good fast food fries anymore. McDonald's were the best years ago but something has changed over the years. Anyway, back to Wendy's. As far as value goes I thought it was expensive for what I got. A few penny short of $7 for a very basic, not too big burger and a small order of fries that I barely ate. The lady at the drive-through window was very friendly and had a nice smile. The only thing that bugs me about these drive-thru's is that you have to ask for ketchup. Most people eat ketchup with their fries. If fries are ordered they should automatically throw in a couple packs of ketchup in my opinion. I will try somewhere else the next time I get a hankering for some fast food. read more

We have eaten here many times, I'm finally doing a review. First of all, this place is in a bad location, homeless people congregate here and are in and out of the place. They really need to enforce their no loitering policy. Second, the service is always bad, yesterday, a man had ordered a lot of food and they never told him his food was ready, he was very upset and complained about it, yet the manager said nothing. My father went to this Wendy's 4 meals and a kids meal with four drinks. We did receive the JBC $5 menu , when I called the line was busy but after a few attempts I spoke to Esperanza the manager and she told me to come in to make the meal the missed. Went inside , she upsized everything even drink to large (after asking for something after long drive).
