Have visited location two more times since my kid is picky on what eats and food is ice cold not even warm. Wrong drinks or size drinks. Everytime i get drinks they are dripping soda everywhere and never wiped off so i get soda spilled in my brand new car every time..ive asked them wipe off soda leaking down cups never do they. I understand this is probably all these employees first jobs but management needs to do better job of quality of worker and food im wasted over $100 buying cold and very old food.not once have i recieved any fresh items every. I came here at 5:30am one morning to grab breakfast before work and the lady said she couldn't serve me without her General Managers approval/response. Okay, sure. I come back again 2 weeks later only this time it's 7am and when I come in through the drive thru another lady tells me their systems are down and it'll take another 20-30minutes. I visited McDonalds Apple Valley, Ca. I ordered 2 6 piece Kids meals with Apple Slices, No extra fries; also small fries and Fish Filet sandwich. Ordered at Drive thru. I handed the kids their Happy Meals and they said they did not get ANY chicken nuggets and No apple slices. I drove thru a second time to get my order corrected. I received 2 6 piece chicken Nuggets and 2 extra fries (not ordered). When I pointed that out at the pick up window, she said I said I wanted extra fries. I DID NOT, I said we did not get apple slices. Another lady came to the window to assist the employee, she is the one that said I said I wanted extra fries. Argumentative. She gave me the apple slices and almost tossed them at me. Kept saying, "Have a nice day". RUDE. I attempted to fill out the ONLINE SURVEY, but was unable to as I did not receive a receipt. And all the answers require your receipt. It is 98 degrees, I had just purchased ice cream at Walmart. The last thing I needed or wanted to do is go through the slow drive thru line a second time. With Covid going on, I don't understand how the drive thru has gotten worse, when you can't dine in. You would think the drive thru would be more streamlined with that being the only way to get food these days, but now you have to wait 20-30 minutes for food, the employees ask you what you ordered instead of going off the number on your receipt, and they never give put any sauce for your chicken nuggets when they have to bring your food out to you.
