Sandwiches always get thrown into the bag.
    Danielle B.

The staff here is mostly nice. Although drinks at the pick up area get stolen all the time by the same locals. And it seems like they always throw hot sandwiches in the bag. Making such a mess or causing all the cheese to be in the bag instead of on the sandwich.

just got my drink and it was a complicated order (secret menu) and Peyton took my order with the best customer service I've had in awhile. Thanks girl!! Peyton is at the Starbucks location in Victorville on Palmdale and the 15 frwy

    The lady that was rude.

So today as I went to Starbucks because I wanted a pumpkin spice latte one of the lady's treated me rude and ugly, her name was joeanna or something like that, my mother who drove me there asked for a drink carrier, the lady rolled her eyes and said "here" with a rude tone and attitude, my mom also asked for straws because the lady didn't give us any, she also ignored us and when she opened the window my mother told her that she didn't have to give her attitude, the lady then said "I'm not giving attitude" with a very rude tone. I feel like she should be talked to.

I'm really trying to be patient with you guys , but it never fails that I'm here waiting for my drinks over 45 minutes , you guys are always so nice and I do appreciate that, maybe you need a better system to get the drinks out in the order they were placed ! This has already happened to me once before at this store. Not happy at all

Great Starbucks! We came here twice while traveling and staying in Apple Valley. The staff was very friendly both visits and the store was well kept. The drive thru stayed busy each time we visited and they kept things moving. I'd come here again to get my caffeine and sugar drink!

Basic grande iced Carmel macchiato in a venti cup extra ice. Per usual.

And then there was the 32 oz carrot cake drink... out of this world doesn't even cover it. I don't know how they packed that much flavor into a cup but I was not complaining. I could drink that every single day. This place has great food, great drinks, and even better people. Perks has officially earned a regular customer. Highly recommend!

She saw us walk in, and it took about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us and said she'd be with us. We honestly didn't mind waiting at first, but while standing there we could hear her personal conversation on the phone. At first we thought it was work related or maybe she was taking an order, but she was actually giving someone directions on how to post photos on her damn IG .SMH. When she finally took our order, one of my friends asked questions about the drink she wanted, and the employee was pretty short with her answers. My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. This is unprofessional ..customers were not a priority at all. The wait itself wasn't the issue, it was more the fact that she didn't seem to care.

We stopped by around 11:00-11:30 a.m., thinking the morning rush would be over, but the place was still packed. After trying it, I can definitely see why. They had already sold out of all their pastries, which says a lot about how busy they are, but the coffee was amazing. I ordered the iced maple salt latte with oat milk, and it was so good. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. I hate to write this, but my first time there will be the last. I ordered the Orange Chicken Rice…read moreBowl and asked if I could have fried rice instead of steamed rice. No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.

I normally do not like fried or grilled tofu but this was different. Nice crunch on the outside and super creamy on the inside. They have a pink sauce in little packets and it is really good on the crunchy tofu. Not too sweet and just the right flavor. I also had a mango green tea with Boba. Of course it was delicious just the right amount of mango but it was sweet. The second time I visited I tried the shrimp chow mein and the crunchy tofu again and I tried peach black tea with Boba. The tea was delicious and sweet but really nice. I'm not sure how you could make that horrible. The shrimp chow mein was just OK to me. The noodles seemed gummy and I'm not used to that. We also had the sautéed gyoza. The first batch came out burnt, but they were very nice and very accommodating when we brought them back and they brought us another order that was perfect and delicious. By the way we ordered vegetarian Gyoza and it was surprisingly good. I have also had the Ramen at this restaurant and it is also excellent . Many choices and they're really good about cooking what you need. This is not a fancy place but the food is great and the girls at the order desk are really sweet!

I visited this establishment today, as my family and I do quite regularly, to order three drinks…read more We typically order between two and four drinks, and we consistently add boba to each one. Unfortunately, today's experience fell well below the level of service and attention to detail I have come to expect from this establishment. While placing my order, the younger employee repeatedly asked me to repeat myself. I specifically requested boba in all three drinks. One of the drinks was a Thai tea, for which I also requested no ice because I intended to refrigerate it and enjoy it later. Given the difficulty communicating my order, I chose not to leave a tip today, despite regularly leaving a 15% tip for the service I receive. Before my order was completed, I noticed that a customer who ordered after me received his three drinks before mine. At that point, the employee looked at me and then appeared to only be beginning the third drink of my order. When I finally received my drinks, only one--the chamango--had been prepared as requested. The mango-pineapple smoothie was missing the requested boba, although thankfully I was not charged for it. The Thai tea did have boba and no ice as requested; however, it was noticeably underfilled compared with the other drinks and was not satisfactory. I therefore respectfully requested a refund for that drink. The older Asian woman who appeared to be overseeing the establishment seemed surprised by my request. I calmly explained what was incorrect and why I was dissatisfied with that Thai tea drink. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, and offering a simple resolution, she remained silent and unapologetic. That response was particularly disappointing because I would expect someone in a management or leadership position to take ownership when an order is not fulfilled correctly. I work in customer service myself, and I understand how important communication, attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism are. If I or one of my employees makes a mistake, I believe the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, apologize, and promptly make it right. Customers should receive exactly what they ordered--not a partial fulfillment of their order. I am posting this primarily as constructive feedback and, hopefully, as an opportunity for management to use this experience for future training. Every customer should receive the same level of respect, courtesy, and attention regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip. There should never be any form of retaliation, whether through the handling of an order, the order's place in line, or the quality of service provided. I will give the business account holder an opportunity to respond before deciding whether my family and I will continue bringing our business here. I sincerely hope this can be addressed professionally and constructively.
