This is the worse Starbucks ever. I have tried so many times. I have given the benefit of the doubt. And they always disapppoint. I can count on it! 5 people are always too busy to acknowledge and serve a walk-in. All hands are on deck cleaning and serving the drive thru. It always takes a long time to get served. My order is always simple. No special training needed. A slice of banana nut or pumpkin loaf, not warmed, not unwrapped, and put it in a bag. They always drop the ball on one part of the request. I'm actually afraid to order coffee. So, I'm going to go to Bear Valley Rd/Apple Valley Road to The Grind. And make a special trip. This location has to be the worst Starbucks within the area, especially the night shift. I was driving by and my kids decided they wanted a cake pop last minute. I didn't realize the time until I arrived to the drive thru 7 minutes before closing. As soon as the lady got on the intercom she gasped and sounded very very annoyed that we pulled up and reminded me that they are closing at 9pm. This location is the closest to me, but it is one of the worst locations in Apple Valley. Maybe even the high desert. I was a previous partner years ago, and their service and quality...total crap. Makes the drinks so good but takes a ridiculously long time. The Starbucks on bear valley is so much faster if you're in a rush but this line is never short and the drive through usually takes about 15 minutes. The inside is very clean and nice but I wish they didn't take their sweet time at the drive through. Been coming here YEARS, we spend a lot of money here and other Starbucks. My friends and I on the patio Friday late after noon and there's homeless crack heads going in and out of the store, a homeless looking couple smoking pot and DEALING it from the patio 3 feet from us the entire time. The shift lead "Joanna" (?) with her faded blue hair went out for her break and as she came out STARED my friend down with an evil look for no reason and then she sat right next to the drive through and vaped. Went inside when she was done then came back out and RUDELY told my friend no vaping, he has to be 20 or 30 feet or whatever it was from the store.
