I don't like this McDonald's location but it's the closest one to work. I spent my whole lunch waiting for my order. I work 4-5 mins away from this location. I arrive and no one is at the register and there is no line. I'm the only one waiting at the counter. A line slowly started forming behind me and it took at least 5 mins for them to finally take my order which was just 1 happy meal, 6 piece nugget and a mcchicken sandwich. I patiently waited with the other patrons waiting for their food but then 10 mins pass, 20 mins pass. I can see there are only 2 tickets left mine and another number. More tickets start printing out and the employee starts prepping the new orders ahead of mine. So I spoke up and said I've been waiting 25 mins and before I could say anything else she said were very busy. I understand that but I've been waiting for my food since 1:15pm and I finally received my order at 1:45pm. Then she doesn't say anything just puts the bag and happy meal in front of me and walks away. I'm missing a drink so I have to wait again and when she returns I say can I have my drink and she hands me an empty cup and again walks away. I wanted condiments but that means I have to wait again. I returned to work at 1:50pm. I have a 30 min lunch. I arrived there at around 1:10 or earlier and like i said had to wait quite a while just to place an order. That was ridiculous to wait that long because they kept prioritizing the drive thru patrons ahead of any of the patrons that ordered inside. Several patrons got their food ahead of me and I saw them order way after me and that's what made me super upset with this location. No organization at all. They just kept skipping my ticket. I will stick to the McDonald's by my house after work instead of spending my lunch waiting for food. I had to eat at my desk because I ran out of time to eat. read more

Drive thru on a Thursday afternoon shouldn't be complicated, right? 1 large sprite and 1 large sweet iced tea with 4 coffee creamers. Lady handling our drinks seemed confused and the young man handling our payment didn't appear too happy. Really disappointing experience this morning at this location. Around 9:30-10:00 AM, we ordered the Hotcakes and Sausage platter. When we got home, we realized the sausage was missing entirely from the order. We went back to the restaurant to have it corrected. Instead of fixing it quickly, they told us to pull to the side and wait, which turned into an extremely long wait just for the missing item. When the replacement was finally given, the manager (Lopez) was very dismissive and rude about the situation. When we brought the food home again, the sausage that was given to replace the missing item looked extremely dried out, shriveled, and had a strange smell. It honestly did not look fresh or safe to eat. I've attached photos so people can see what it looked like. Between the missing food, the long wait, the poor customer service, and the questionable quality of the replacement item, this was a very frustrating experience and the meal was basically unusable. This McDonald's location is clean, newly renovated and plays relaxing exotica instrumental music. I enjoy the thoughtful decor, images of the race horses and interactive light table. This is our family's go to spot for a fun and quick weekend lunch. Recently we couldn't decide where to eat for a late Sunday night dinner so we went here and it was so pleasant, just a few people, quite and enjoyed watching the last sunlight disappear from the large window as they ate. Ample parking and easy ingress and egres. This place feels much more upscale than a typical fast food restaurant. read more

I'm giving three stars not because this is a bad place but it just does not meet certain expectations that you expect from a McDonald's and it has nothing to do with the people that work there they are only doing their best last time they mentioned that they were short-staffed in the kitchen and that's why there was a terrible long wait so this has nothing to do with any employee but has to do with management and maybe even corporate they do have two lanes but it moves super slow in my opinion and pricing of course keeps going up you can use the app to save a little bit and earn rewards but sometimes they could be a hassle and they used to have a Play Place for the kids to play with and that's been taken down they used to have entertainment tables they also took those down and they also had refill stations for drinks and they also took those down as well this location used to be so much better than it is currently read more

This is the McDonald's from my hometown where I grew up, and it's still the same. Definitely cleaner than most McDonald's I've been to, and the food was good. The nuggets and fries were fresh, and we came to get the 70th Disneyland toy. Overall, a good experience. read more

My pic of the Fish Filet is pretty typical of their food. No effort to align the sauce, fish and bun so that you'll get bites of only bread, bread with sauce, fish with no sauce, and cheese bread with no sauce. I always open up my sandwiches here to align them so it's fixable, but as a former McDonald's employee I know that's not how things are supposed to work. Oddly, the food quality seems to improve after 9 or 10 at night. read more

Ordered a McFlurry which was cross-contaminated with the prior McFlurry order. This led to my order tasting like the Shamrock flavor, even though I didn't order it. My son usually loves McFlurries but he refused to eat it because of the unexpected minty flavor. Better kitchen hygiene is needed to avoid cross-contamination between orders. read more

A few times it's been catastrophically wrong where every single order has something missing or incorrect. It's pretty disappointing at the prices we're paying now for this food that you can pretty much count on there being a problem. Yesterday, I celebrated National French Fry Day by getting a huge serving of free McDonald's Fries through their Application Deal. I was even able to order it salt-free through the drive-thru, which I thought would be a big deal. I was able to get through the long line of cars in the single lane drive-thru and was out in about five minutes. This store was remodeled a few years ago and still looks new and inviting. Even though it was just a drive-thru, appearances are important and the first impression counts. I'll be back to this store if it's not lunch time though, as the line can go to the street on a weekday. read more

This McDonald's location is really a hit or huge miss. Sometimes the employees are decent to deal with and most of the time they do not care about the customer. I've gotten food from the drive thru before and I had to request fresh food because they seem to give whatever is left in the fry basket or chicken nuggets that are not good. I only go here now for iced coffees. This specific location needs to have a direct manager come in and crack some rules. Need to produce fresh food and fries, and work on employees attitudes. I take the pickles out of my burgers, and when I went to take the pickles out I saw a BITE MARK in my patty. A week and a half ago I had a bad experience at this McDonalds early morning mid week. I sat at the speaker in a seemingly empty drive thru line at 5:15am and waited about 10 seconds and no one greeted me so I said "hello" in a mild tone and received a "give me a minute!" In a harsh impatient tone from a woman's voice. It was disappointing, a rude attitude is not what I wanted before I ordered my breakfast and after waiting 10 more seconds and processing the attitude I received I decided to drive away instead. Ruined my mood for breakfast at this location. I understand people have bad days but it soured my opinion of this location which was my favorite on my route. Today I decided to stop by again early this morning and I was greeted very politely by a young man. He got my order correct and was extremely polite which I found rare these days. At the window I continued to receive the very kind polite service. So much so I was compelled to write this positive review. Usually people only remember the bad stuff that happens and forget the good but a young man named Morry today redeemed this location in my eyes. Manners are hard to find these days and this young man even bowed when I asked his name so I could write a good review. Looking forward to being greeted by him again on my commute to work. His professionalism has me convinced he will own his own McDonald's one day. That's the level of detail and professionalism he brought that is extremely rare at a McDonald's drive thru.
