Biggest thing here was that they changed/updated their menu but only did it inside and not outside so there was confusion with the orders and they were wrong. A number no longer corresponded to the correct item. On the plus side it has an indoor play ground that many do not have and it's fairy clean in there. Food was normal, nothing bad. Kids working there were not rude but didn't go out of their way for you. They were doing the drive up parking and walking out the food. Hopefully they get the menu sorted out. read more

It takes forever to get thru the drive thru because they don't park cars to wait then the last two times we have had to ask for our receipt because we were shorted $1 each time and soon as you ask for the receipt they say it won't print but they will take a picture then ask if they gave you the correct change and when you show them, they give you it. Worst service of any McDonald's you'll ever visit. I work near there, so it's a go-to for fast food. If you walk in for service, you're going to wait a good long while until someone even acknowledges that you are there to be waited on. If you use the mobile app, it tells you you're going to wait "about five minutes". Actually, we've never waited less than ten, and most times it's well over fifteen. The drive through is the quickest, which isn't saying much, but, just as it is with any of the service areas, check your order because this location dependably gets orders wrong. Things are tough all over, so I'd be inclined to cut them a break in most instances, but they're so apathetic and at times unfriendly that they spend any understanding I might feel. My issue is a manager a female, she was very rude because all I asked if the bag in her hand was a Uber order. I can see that they were slightly busy. The other manager was polite when he said the order was being made. She didn't have to tell me that where made orders go I been in this McDonald's more than once. this is the absolute worst staff I have ever come in contact with. they are always rude and no smiles but today was the last straw for me. they were clearly understaffed and those who did decide to stay knew that and we were being kind. They are not following the advertised lobby hours, because the website says the lobby is open 24/7. Guess I should have looked at the reviews before going to this McDonalds. Went inside to order, requested two medium fries. The person who took my order bagged the fries and let it sit while she worked on another order. So by the time I able to pay, get back to my car, the fries were partially cold and they were partially filled. No napkins available would have had to wait longer to get that. So beware this McDonalds is not concerned about what they serve you, time it takes to get it nor having any napkins or other condiments available for your food. This was the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The restaurant overall was dirty, but the play place area was awful. There wasn't one clean table and the floors were filthy. One of the employees kids were there while she was working and they were unattended and out of control. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The bathrooms were awful. Nobody was rude to me, but the manager that works here with the purple bun is VERY rude. I was only inside for about a minute and she starts yelling at an employee in-front of about 8 costumers making it sound like he was trying to steal a 10 piece nugget when it really seamed like he just misunderstood his shift meal and i almost got involved because she was making such a Scene. Would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy the last time I come to this McDonald's I had to buy one get one for a buck and I got my food a that was not the problem the problem was I ordered a mocha frappe like I always do when I'm at McDonald's the day I did was very painful experience I got my mocha frappe sat down start to enjoy my drink when I noticed something was not right the ice was very sharp so I spit it up in my hand found there was glass and found some Metal pieces in my mocha frappe turns out it's was left over part of someone who throw there glasses in the mocha frappe blender had a B emblem I found in it when going throw it when I confronted the manager about the problem they said I Must have put this in my mocha frappe and I got in a bit of a argument but not a yelling match abut it later I found out from a good friend that work here said that after I had left management checked the frappe blending machine and found the rest of the glasses in the frame what was left of it inside the blades and found out that and employees glasses had some how been put in the blending machine crazy how I never got any word back as so much as a I'm sorry or nothing and my friend was told to keep it quiet as well tell this day I still remember this and help this save someone else from a painful experience I hope someone from McDonald's reaches out and talk to me because I have several witnesses that worked at that McDonald's that I am still friends with till this day remember this incident would like to see more done to protect other customers read more

I was at The McDonalds on Havendale Blvd on Sat. 5-2-15. It was at 2:37 PM. I ordered the Bacon Clubhouse , fries and a drink. I live 1/4 mile, so I came home to eat. At 3:30 I started to got bad pains in my stomach,hot and sweaty and felt like I was going to throw up plus a few other issues. I was very sick and in a lot of discomfort till 7:30 that evening. I called the store and talked to a Manager named Angel. Very uninterested . Did not take my name , phone number or ask any questions. Either someone did not wash their hands or the meat was bad.
