I went through the drive-thru, and the lady at the first window didn't greet me. She immediately asked if I was using the mobile order. I said yes and repeated this four times because I wasn't sure if she was joking or not. I could hear people talking loudly and laughing in the background. Then, she said she couldn't see my order and asked me to refresh it, so I did and gave her the code again. She then rudely replied that my order was placed as an "over the counter" order and that I needed to switch it to "drive-thru," but she would accept it this time. She spoke quickly and didn't even give me a chance to respond. When I got to the first window, she took a long time to come to the window and told me to go to the next window. The last employee was also rude. You really need to train your employees better on how to treat customers. They are paid $20/hr but behaved disrespectfully for no reason. Half the tables are closed off. You need a key to use the bathrooms. The soda machine is broken. And there's no water. The bathrooms are not clean and the toilet paper roll broke and fell on the floor. No baby changing table. It's probably the weirdest spot for a drive thru. When it's busy, you can only enter through one side as the other becomes gridlock. I had ordered 7 spice mc chickens 2 with American cheese and 2 large fries with a large coke. Everything was good till I went home and saw my order wasn't right they gaved me regular mc chickens so I went back and I knocked on door donde drive thru was pretty busy and this 4 eye girl that was at drive thru saw me knocking and she laughed and ignored me. She was with another girl with blue shirt and they both just looked and made me look like I was crazy I just went back to fix order. After I knocked harder and they ended up up talking to a manager manager came outside. She was an African-American lady. She was really rude about my order. I don't know if I'm just unfortunate with this place, but every time I come there's something wrong. Them not having certain drinks a couple days in a row. Which as a previos McDonald's worker, we never had issues like this for this long. I ordered two hot n spicy McChickens no Mayo add Mac sauce add cheese and pickles; I got one of them with both Mayo and Mac sauce, no lettuce at all. And the other one I got only Mayo. Customer service is key to keep the customer coming back. Drive thru worker was really nice as well as the young man that's at the second window handing you the food. UNFORTUNATELY the whole thing was ruined by the young lady that was bringing out the food tonight. She had to come out in 3 separate occasions because she didn't have to order correct and because she kept forgetting an item. I'm usually not a Karen but this was beyond rude. She refunded us our caramel Frappe stating that she "DIDNT HAVE ANY FOR US!" So I took the money. Went back to the drive thru and ordered a frappe AGAIN. This time she was nowhere to be seen and I was able to get my drink. It sucks that one negative person can make a customer not want to come back to an establishment that usually has great service. I don't live far from this fast food chain, maybe 5 minutes away so it's probably why I never go to any other one but I will. The staff is partially friendly, however they get my order wrong each time and I have to go in each time. I've had to go thru the drive thru 2-3s before they finally got it right. The latest error was again as always through drive through, they gave me the wrong order so I went inside and let them know it wrong and they prepared my order again and once again it was wrong when i got to my car, my mistake for not checking inside. I went back and told them it wrong and the manager seemed very apologetic and prepared it again but they still forgot 2 things, good thing I checked inside. So this place it's always have customers it's always busy but it's not a good thing. They dropped my hamburger, it fell apart, and they threw it together again and angrily gave it to me. I asked for mustard and they disappeared for 2 minutes and returned with a container. I placed a mobile order with this McDonald's first because it's closest to my house and when I got there first they said that they couldn't find the mobile order I show it to them on my phone they brought my phone inside still said they couldn't find my order then all of a sudden the order is push through charged to my card and they just don't feel like making frappe's now so they tell me that they don't have any. So now my card is charged I don't get my items that I wanted and I can't go to another McDonald's and order it because the deal that I use has already been utilized on my phone. They actually told me that I could come back later and get my frappe's win their machines are supposedly up and running which basically means one later when they feel like making the frappe's. read more
