We placed a large takeout order totaling $52.53 on 8/17/2026. When we got home, we discovered that our order was completely wrong. Three orders of fries were missing, one Filet-O-Fish was missing, our Coke was replaced with a Sprite, and our unsweetened iced tea was replaced with sweet tea. The sweet tea was especially upsetting because we have diabetes and cannot drink sweetened beverages. We immediately tried calling the restaurant several times using the phone number printed on our receipt, but no one answered. We had already driven all the way home and shouldn't have been expected to turn around and drive back because of mistakes made by the restaurant. Customers shouldn't have to spend additional time and gas to correct errors that weren't their fault. Mistakes happen, but businesses should take accountability and make things right. The most frustrating part of this experience wasn't just the missing food. It was the complete lack of communication and the inability to reach anyone for help. We paid for food we never received, and our family was left disappointed and frustrated. I believe that it's bad management there.What else can you blame it on? My family and I were in the parking lot to purchase Happy Meals. It was my daughters birthday, and we hoped to enjoy a family evening. While looking at my phone, I noticed a female employee standing outside our vehicle and looking inside. Because she was on the drivers side, I assumed she needed to speak with us, so I asked my husband to roll down the window. Instead, she asked what my problem was and whether I had something to say to her. I was shocked because I had not spoken to or provoked her. Her confrontational behavior made my family and me uncomfortable. She then returned to the vehicle parked next to ours, where she began mumbling, pointing her phone toward us, and smoking. My 10-year-old daughter even asked what was wrong with the woman. While inside, another employee told me that the employee involved, whom I believe is named Jasmin, had reportedly behaved this way before and said it happens all the time. I cannot verify this, but management should investigate. Shortly afterward, Jasmin approached me inside, stood very close to me, and told me I looked like someone named Bianca. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady at the first window didn't greet me. She immediately asked if I was using the mobile order. I said yes and repeated this four times because I wasn't sure if she was joking or not. I could hear people talking loudly and laughing in the background. Then, she said she couldn't see my order and asked me to refresh it, so I did and gave her the code again. She then rudely replied that my order was placed as an "over the counter" order and that I needed to switch it to "drive-thru," but she would accept it this time. She spoke quickly and didn't even give me a chance to respond. When I got to the first window, she took a long time to come to the window and told me to go to the next window. The last employee was also rude. You really need to train your employees better on how to treat customers. They are paid $20/hr but behaved disrespectfully for no reason.
