Probably the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. We ordered from the app and came and picked it up from curbside pickup. I had put in the instructions that I wanted no ketchup, that they did get right. I was to have extra onions and mustard, which I'm pretty sure they gave me less instead because I barely had a dab of mustard and maybe 4 onion pieces. My burger was so dry I could barely swallow it down. They also brought no napkins at all. Now wouldn't that be a given if someone is getting food to go? read more

This McDonald's is in a travel center with a loves... Subway also is in the same building. The McDonald's walk up and drive-through is extremely busy with a constant flow of cars and customers. The employees seem to be doing their best to hustle and keep up with demand. However, the entire place smells strongly of cow manure/barn smell. There were hundreds of flies in the restaurant... Utilized the drive thru for 2 dbl cheeseburgers, both burgers were a mess when I opened the wrappers, looked like they were stepped on. Believe it or not presentation should still be a thing when it comes to ordering food, yes even at a McDonalds. Get it together people! We ordered breakfast oatmeal on 9-12-21. It tasted awful. We looked at the apples and they expired on 9-4-21. That is unacceptable.

If 0 was an option I would give it. Drive thru is always packed and very slow, you sit at the order screen just waiting for quite some time before even being able to place an order. Food is not always fully cooked. I believe they are seriously short staffed. The lady taking the order is also the one bring food out to you after they have you pull to a numbered spot. Here we go again another poorly ran funderburk management McDonald's we're do you honestly want me to start, I mean employee's are rude as hell they hit vapes out drive through window and back in the kitchen they are always on their phones, needless to say this place is rude and will continue to be until they can get better management, I noticed a lot of their employees was standing out back all just chilling. When waking in first noticed all the flys that we're all over the place. We placed our order and got our food quickly, when looking for a place to sit all the tables has left over food on them and the trash was over flowing. By the soda machines the trash was all over the counter and the counter was fairly sticky. Looks like they've never cleaned the window seal as there is dead flys all over it. I went to get 2 sweet teas and had to wait 25 minutes in drive thru , no water at camp site and cant get nothing to drink , this place needs to hire more people or fire the whole staff an hire new , fast food is surpose to be faster .. their was 7 cars behind me an i only wanted tea .. smdh read more

For a fast food franchise it is ok but the caliber of help leaves a lot to be desired. We use the drive through most times because they are located in the Love's Truck Stop complex and parking can be an issue. At times you can sit for long periods of time in-line at the drive though speaker because no one either looked to see if there was a car there (evidently they don't have a buzzer or bell to let them know AND they do not have a large mirror so that vehicles could be seen waiting). At other times the cashier at the window seems to only be able to handle taking one order at a time so the line continues to grow, at times even out onto the street where you have to dodge 18 wheelers coming out of the truck stop. To complicate matters more, you don't ever want to complain to the day manager, Judy. Made that mistake once by suggesting that they put a large mirror outside the take out window so that waiting vehicles could readily be seen. She cursed me out and insulted us so bad that we emailed corporate. The only response we received was a letter of apology and a coupon for free French fries. Needless to say, this is one location we try to stay away from. read more

Worst mcdonalds i have been to there was flies everywhere floors where very dirty tables dirty they got my order wrong went to let them know and the lady seemed to have an attitude. But the most disgusting thing was the flies you could not even eat your food with flies not getting in it read more

The drive through is very slow, but the food is always cooked well and my orders are correct so that is a plus. Don't go through this drive through if you're on a time crunch though. read more

Coming out of the restaurant carrying a bag of food, three drinks, and my wallet and keys, I tripped and fell. Bad as it was, it got worse when I realized I was sitting in the middle of the drive-thru lane! I was immediately approached by two men and a female employee from inside. The men helped me to my feet and the woman kindly walked me to my car telling me that "it happens all the time" which I knew wasnt true but since I was humiliated and near tears was good to hear anyway. She asked what drinks we had so she could replace them and handed me my bag and wallet. She then brought them out to the car and said maybe I should get some ice on my knee. The people at the connecting Loves truck stop gave my husband a cooler and a bag of ice with plastic bags for my knee which in the space of 5 minutes had ballooned up. McDonald's food I have found, is always consistent. Not so the service. This was so kind, so caring, if I had to fall somewhere, I'm glad it was there. read more

Dining room was empty but fair crowd getting to go I elected to dine in with my 80 year old mother and got my food in a bag I reiterated I was dining in and was told there were no trays. I jokingly said did u loose them and was told they were all dirty! I shook my head and seated my mother who asked for a plastic knife to cut up her biscuit she was told they were out of silverware packets and had to borrow sports from Love's truck stop. This sounds like piss poor management. With employees standing around in the lobby you would have thought one of them could have wiped down trays at least and could have borrowed silverware from their Cookeville store. But no that's what a sensible manager would have done. Have bad luck in the past eating and improper orders from this store in the past. No more I will drive to Cookeville from now on.
