I am so happy to finally be getting this review out of the way because of that disgusting picture that headlines this page. It's disturbing. Like so many of my other McDonald's reviews, I'm still not a huge fan of them. But in a pinch (read that as nothing else is appealing and/or open) this will do. Or at least you would think. This location is by far the closest to where I live and not too bad to get into, if you take the back entrance. I have never gone inside here, but have been through the drive thru on each occasion I have stopped here. I usually order ahead on the app and just pull up to pick up my order. About 75% of the time, the order isn't always (pick the adjective you think best fits) right, consistent, fresh, appealing, presentable. One occasion I received a stale bun. Another I receive an extra amount of mayo on a sandwich. Too salty of fries, too dry of fries, too hard of fries, too cold of fries. There is never any consistency here. I'm positive that no matter what I order to drink, I almost always get it wrong. Sweet tea somehow comes out as unsweetened tea. Then there are the times where they ask you to pull up until the order is ready. You feel like a nuisance because it feels like you are blocking the drive thru. But the only upside to that is that you get you food hot and you know it is fresh. Even though it is not my favorite place to be, I will more than likely be back because of the convenience and hours. read more

Just when pass McDonalds and order a steak egg and cheese Begel and when I get to work this morning my mouth is watering and I open the bag and see they gave me a bacon egg and cheese Bagel and charge me for a steak egg and cheese bagel. I am so upset I gave the sandwich away. read more

We were on our way from Baltimore to Myrtle Beach when we stopped to get coffee. This is our usual stop when we travel as it is located just off I-95. It was so easy - my husband likes to go in instead of using the drive thru. The cashier was very pleasant. The coffee was fresh and hot - just what we needed for our long drive. read more

I went here to order a couple of sandwiches, fries and drinks for my wife. When it was my turn to pay for my order, I politely asked the woman at the drive thru window to scan my app so i could get the large fries for free. However she didn't scan the bar code from my phone, instead she just type in some code in front of her register. When i got my order, i pulled at their parking lot. I notice on my receipt that it only took $1 off(i basically paid $1.99) from my fries and that she didn't use the code i asked her from the mobile app. Their management must have told their staff to use a different code every time a customer would pull up their phone to get a free fries from their mobile app in order them to generate more sales at the end of day. It bits me how she was able use a different code. There was no $1 dollar off deal for the fries from the app for that day, unless their management had provided it for their for them. read more

I don't know who does the hiring process here... but they need better training on ALL employees. If you order from any delivery service... DONT! They will mess up your order, send the order with missing food. Don't they double check the orders before they're ready to be picked up? How can you order a burger MEAL but only send the burger and drink but no fries smh This McDonald's location is super disappointing! read more

Staff is very rude, they don't greet you or say thank you. They are not friendly at all. Cashier was very nonchalant towards customers but very friendly to the Hispanic staff member behind the counter. I asked for lemon in my tea and was given limes.... when mentioned that there was a mistake the reply was " Well that's all we have" in a very negative tone. The absolute worst fast food choice you could make, even among McDonalds. The staff are lazy and inattentive, often giving out disgusting looking burgers and cold fish sandwiches. Even if the food was decent, customer service and quality control is almost nonexistent. On multiple occasions I've had to return an incorrect order or I'll get home to find out I'm missing half my food. It's common to get a sloppy mess of a Big Mac that's probably been sitting under the heat lamps all day or a concrete and cold fish sandwich. The staff just don't seem to care about the quality of food leaving the kitchen and let's be honest the bar is already pretty low. This place needs to seriously clean up its act. Take my advice and drive to Wendy's across the lot or the extra mile to a more reputable McDonald's. read more

During breakfast hours this Mcdonald's is great however whoever is working the night shift needs to do better. Got my food, fries were old, cheese on burger wasn't melted and it was a long wait time. Could've definitely been better. read more

A very nice McDonalds. It is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I order my fries Well done so they are crispy. They make sure they get that right. The employees bring my food out to the table, which is great. If you have kids, they have kids' nights here. I'm satisfied. read more

Cmon guys. You can't expect too much from mcdonalds. But I found it real tacky & unprofessional for the tenant at the drive thru to hand us a flyer for his mixtape while handing us our food. I've never had a fast food employee pass out their mixtape promo to me while I'm trynto get my $5 meal via drive thru window. Your employee goes by the name of Tamba Kongoh. And he was working at this location on Christmas Eve around midnight. Real tacky stuff dude. Where's management!?! read more

VERY dirty restrooms, the cashier judged us so much just because one of us wanted a plain hamburger then she kept on giving us looks then when we got the chocolate sundae the chocolate tasted like it was super old then we went to exchange it for another one then she gave us a bad look aggressively threw the chocolate sundae away talked to her manager then they tried to charge us even MORE for asking for a new one with m&m toppings on the sundae without chocolate and she kept in arguing about it and tried to make us pay for it and she said that WE threw it away when she was the one who did then in the end she ended up giving us the new sundae with m&m toppings but the thing is she didn't even fill it up more than half way and added the m&m topping super aggressively and filled the entire thing with m&m's and slammed it on the counter and left. I do NOT recommend this place unless you're looking to get judged by what you order. The restrooms STINK bother women's and the men's, toilet paper everywhere, soap on the counter, water on the counter and floor, and much more. I have NEVER seen or been to any type of mc Donald's who ask you to pay again for something that they serve you that was bad, they throw it in trash, then they ask for you to pay for it AGAIN. Went there at 5am. They were open for business. Ordered the big breakfast. Came with folded eggs. They said they don't have scrambled eggs even though the menu says it's supposed to have scrambled eggs. Tried the folded eggs. Stone cold, rubber. Threw them out. Hash brown was stone cold. Threw that out. Orange juice was room temperature. Tasted terrible. Poured it out on the lawn. All in all, terrible service. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I know it was late-ish when we rolled through here, but they should still try to listen to our orders so they get them right! We ordered a large McNuggets, fries and a coffee with cream, and a large meal of their fake chicken wings with a Dr. Pepper. I didn't think to check on the food as we drove through here, but discovered quickly when I plunged my hand in there that both sets of fries were MEDIUMS. I love their fries and was sad for the small portion. Also, it said large on their order board, so I am pretty sure I paid for 2 larges. The coffee had no cream in it. Because we got mediums instead of larges, despite ordering and paying for larges, we were still hungry and ended up stopping at a Lukoil for snacks within the next hour or so. I see from an earlier review that they messed up someone else's order similarly, so not listening to orders and giving the wrong thing may be a pattern here. Skip it! read more

A road trip stop. With McDonald's at almost every exit, pass this one by. Looked like they were cleaning the place for the night, but there was a large pile of trash on the floor no one bothered to finish sweeping up. A large cockroach wandered by my foot as I was eating. And mysteriously, their registers were down so the cashier gave me a random total and collected cash only. Let's be honest, people will still be frequenting this McDonald's no matter what I say in this review, especially since this location is right off the 95 freeway. But here's my 2 cents anyway :) So I'm lucky to have awesome local McDonald's with super sweet workers there, so coming to this location was eye opening. It seems that it is poorly managed as they were out of different products and super slow with service. The cashiers were all nice, if not a bit frazzled, which again points back to poor management. As I'm paying I take out my mobile app to use the $4 off $20 and am promptly told their system is down. "Ok.... so how do I use this?" A manager is called over to tell me in a very condescending tone that if the system is down they can't possibly take coupons. She repeated this to the couple next to me who tried to use a coupon too. We were talked to as if we were idiots. We all offered other suggestions (which frankly is the managers job to troubleshoot and keep the customers happy but whatev) maybe if we used the coupon through mobile ordering? But were shot down like we were saying the most ridiculous things ever. So ok fine, $4 really wasn't worth it for me to argue about so I paid and went to get my drink. In the end my 2 orders of chicken strips and one happy meal took 11 minutes. In Mcdees time that's like forever. I'm definitely sticking to the cherry hill location or really any other McDonald's in the area since there are so many other options. read more

Currently eating my mcnuggets as I type this review. I just witnessed a confrontation between an irrational customer and this restaurants employees. From what I understand, the customer mistakenly ordered something with cream cheese when he meant cheese. Now we all know nothing on the mcDs menu has cream cheese, so the cashier proceeded to laugh. Which, although unprofessional, was actually kinda funny if you think about it. So the customer, embarrassed, corrects his order. While he waits, he overhears the employees continue to laugh at what happened. He then decides he's had enough and proceeds to demand his meal, goes off on them, and begins to report them. Then, storms off to his car, and snaps a few pics of the outside, probably for instagram to tell his followers to never come to this location. First of all, I give the employees props for not reacting negatively. I even though it was their unprofessionalism that got them in the pickle, they stuck together defending each other like a tight family. I respect that. Second of all, these employees are constantly churning out big macs, fries and nuggets on the reg. They're allowed to laugh every once in a while. It's a fast food restaurant. You can't expect 5 star service all the time. Lastly, I've been coming to this location since I was 5, and it's still standing. They took down the playground, which was sad, but they're still standing, which is a testament to their business. So corporate McDonalds, if you receive a complaint from this customer, don't penalize this restaurant. You can probably take this review as a backhanded compliment. read more

Terrible experience!!! My order was wrong, and when I asked them to fix it, they just scraped the unwanted elements off and gave it back to me! In addition, I have twins, so I ordered 2 happy meals. They gave one a toy and the other nothing. When I mentioned this, thinking they forgot it, they told me they ran out. Get your act together. TWO times in as many weeks I come in and clearly say, "ICED COFFEE, CREAM ONLY' and end up getting sugar. The first time I did the McD's survey, got a letter and call from the area manager and a $5 gift card. STILL - they did it again.
