    a sandwich and french fries

I ordered the Philly chicken cheese steak with fries combo. The price was quite reasonable. Service was quick and efficient. The chicken was cooked tender and juicy. The cheese and the spices were flavored into the chicken in the right proportion. Yummy. And the flavorful fries topped off an amazing meal. Would recommend coming here again.

For my first time coming to Wheaton Plaza, Charley's Grilled Subs was a hit! Located in the food court on the top floor, Charley's is a restaurant to go for fast food to hold you over while you shop throughout the building. I simply ordered the BBQ Cheesesteak with an order of their new Lemonade. As it turns out, I probably should have gotten fries, being that I was hungrier than I imagined. The BBQ was laid on the sandwich without overdoing it, while the Lemonade was good. Not great, but good for the quick meal. I'm not sure how many times I'll be coming back to Wheaton Plaza in the future, but I'll keep Charley's in mind for the mid-shop lunch.

With great tasting $5 grilled Philly Cheese steak subs and fresh squeezed lemonade, no other sub shop in the area comes close!

I have good experiences here and it is a alternative to the fast food places in the mall that are everywhere else outside the mall too.

Parking was a breeze as there are multiple lots and plenty of free street parking. I got the quesadilla, the chicken was lean and seasoned great, the cheese was flavorful and stringy, however there were big chunks of onion? In it. I wish I got just chicken and cheese. The chicken was also wet and the whole quesadilla was quite soggy. My friend got the tacos, there were also big chunks of white vegetable in her meat. My favorite thing was the corn, it was really delicious. The interior is decorated and the service is fast and friendly. You order at the front and they give you a beeper that rings when it's ready. They offer lots of fun drinks & sides that I want to try out next!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with lots of art and vibrant colors. We got the birria tacos, Al pastor torta, and shrimp tostada to go and ate them in the small park nearby (Flinn Park). Everything was delicious and well portioned. The torta was really good and something we don't typically see on menus- so want to give that a shout out. The bread was toasty even with all the filling, which included meat, pickled jalapeños, refried beans, cheese, avocado, lettuce, and tomato - wow! We were so impressed at how good it was. The birria tacos were tasty too, and still crunchy when we got to the park. The shrimp tostada was okay- generous with the shrimp but I thought the tomato sauce it came in was too sweet. We also got one of their agua frescas which comes in a bag! Overall, a solid spot with a creative menu and great service. I remember when they were a food truck during Covid and am so happy to support their storefront! Next time I will try their pozole!

This place has so many little tidbits for living the good life, they could rename it 'Good Life…read moreStation' or 'Good Life Company' -- for the company you will keep, and how this company keeps you ... fed, nourished, and I might even say acknowledged! I found the staff to be impressively knowledgeable and encouraging. I got a small bottle of a beautiful, snowy sake in a frosted blue bottle, an Italian spritzer-type thing, a boxed Merlot -- never tried such a thing before! -- and a sour cherry lambic-like drink, plus smoked Gruyere for later pizza-making, lavender-herb easily spreadable goats' milk cheese, and a selection of olives, feta, pickled red and green peppers and lemon in one handy-dandy small and portable, easy-to-use box! I really lived it up with these items out on the porch at home later .... I greatly enjoyed my meal of Beet and Grilled Apricot salad with creamy cilantro dressing (substitute for vinaigrette), and candied pecans -- all so very mmm! I love beets and must get almost any beet salad that may potentially come my way -- and here, I had two to choose from! The one I got was a special so not always available. The peaches in it were hard enough that they didn't mush-n-gush all over. They were easy to pick up with a fork and bite without them splashing or sliding all oozy-goozy- all over the place, and they had the nice dark marks of grilling right on them, visibly, for proof of having been grilled! That was fun to see. My dining partner had the fish tacos and apparently, those were very good. The table service was really nice, friendly, professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't say the food was exactly prepared swiftly but I also wasn't paying attention so I'm not sure -- because I was too busy browsing and purchasing items in the adjoining store to notice when the food even arrived. I wasn't there, but buying my deliciousness-to-go! What a wonderful time-saver! It was not too loud when I was there, the sunlight was streaming in the rather large windows, and I had a great time looking at the nice lighting fixtures, perusing goods, speaking with staff, and of course eating my most delicious salad! All-around highly recommended on all fronts -- or at least all the ones I tried -- comprising both the dining and shopping experiences ....

Not a lot of patrons (or parking, oddly) when we stopped in at 1pm during the howling weekend winds. While the lean staff of two were friendly and attentive, the food was NOT served hot and really missed the mark. A real bummer on a cold day, when we were looking for something to get us out of the home. ORDERED: grilled chicken sandwich and the burger .. they've been good in the past, but maybe Wine & Co. has lost its way?
