Did a quick search for a location on the way home and found this one. If memory serves, this is connected to the gas station store, so I actually parked and went inside to pick it up. Wasn't too much of an inconvenience since there's plenty of parking. I think I might have placed the order in the parking lot, so I had to wait anyways. Plus, I think I was also grabbing a lottery ticket at the gas station. Convenient if you also need to get gas. Or like me, a lottery ticket.

I didn't realize I left my wallet at the restaurant until I was an hour away walking into the concert. I spent the entire concert hoping it would be at the restaurant but figured my chances were very slim. After the concert I rushed back to the restaurant and the lobby was already closed. Thankfully the drive-thru was open and the staff had my wallet! They were so nice and quick to check. They picked it up as soon as I left and put it in the manager's office for safe keeping. So I went inside and spoke to who I'm assuming was a manager--woman with box dyed dark red hair, light olive skin, light eyes, late 20s to mid 30s (No name was given shocking, I know, so it explains the Jane Doe description) Her nasty attitude was honestly worse than the drinks. I explained everything and even mentioned it might be a syrup or carbonation issue, and she just stared at me like I was bothering her and screamed "WELL ITS NOT THAT! ILL CHECK LATER." Meanwhile I still hadn't gotten a drink I paid for. At that point I had to stand there rinsing my cup at the soda fountain and trying different sodas myself until I finally found one with carbonation. No help, no urgency, no customer service. It's not even just about the flat soda it's the nasty attitude. If you're going to be in a customer-facing role, at least act like you care a little. Why choose drive through as a career? A job at the DMV might be a better fit--at least there, the lack of friendliness is expected lol.
