If you're looking to make a quick trip you can even download their app and order your food to receive it curbside. We were there today our nuggets and fries were all soggy. The few employees that were there only seem to take care of drive through so our order took quite a while to get out to us. The store was dirty with finger prints on all ordering portals and on walls, tables, all surfaces. The manager is in the large back price booth doing, whatever she was doing. She could have been wiping down the store or cleaning fountain area to show teamwork but seems no one really cares there. Got up early after a night in Benson, AZ. Walked over to McD's....and After a long wait at 6am, order two sausage and egg biscuits, no cheese, and a small coffee with a cream and Splenda. After misreading the order multiple times, the cashier finally read it back to me correctly. Order is to go. I get my order and hit the road. To find a black coffee, and two bacon and egg biscuits. I've stopped here three times, going through the drive thru. Two of those times I had to park and wait FOREVER for the food. The third time I simply wanted a hot flavored coffee. I paid and went to the window and the gal said it'd be a 20 minute wait since they were cleaning it, and offered me another drink. I said no thanks I'll just take the refund, so they had to get the manager for it. She offered me food or whatever even it if was more, and again, I said no thank you I only wanted a hot flavored coffee. She did eventually give me the refund, but she seemed agitated by it. Definitely one of the slowest drive thrus ever. Most times the wait is 10-15 minutes. I don't think they have enough workers! Today we went and the fries and chicken nuggets both had black specks all over them. Change your oil please!! Definitely very old oil if your getting black specks! Another thing about this McDonald's is the outside trash cans are always overflowing onto the ground. Then it flies all over the grounds. Seriously management and franchise owner needs to hire more people and have a custodial worker doing trash and debris pickup from the parking lot. Okay, so, I dropped into this little McDonalds as I was driving through. From the second I stepped into the place all I could hear was this woman snapping at all the workers, belittling all the staff. She seemed to be the manager there. The woman who served me was doing a fine job and taking our order, Nancy came over to her (I was sure to check her name tag), yelled at her, insinuated that we were ordering too slow and told our server to go do other jobs, DURING OUR ORDER! It was one of the rudest things I had ever seen. My wife and I walked out and went else where for breakfast. That woman shouldn't be in charge of a fish bowl, let alone a restaurant. Went through the drive through. First, they deleted the Happy Meal (which was the reason we went). The chicken nuggets were cold, the cheese burgers were cold and the cinnamon roll was rock hard like it had been stale and they decided to warm it up. Have had the opportunity to stop twice here in the last three weeks. Both times service was VERY slow. The last time one of us finally went inside to see if service was better than the drive through after waiting in the drive thru lane for way too long. It wasn't any different inside. Also was very disappointed to see that on the first occasion, the server at the drive through window was not wearing gloves. Mask yes but no gloves but was handling the cups, etc... One of the worst drive-thru experiences I've had at any restaurant. We placed our order (after finding out the shamrock shakes were "broken") and waited nearly THIRTY minutes, that's right THIRTY, to get to the window for our food. People behind us pulled out of line and left. When we did finally get our food, we had to ask for napkins (shouldn't those be in the bag?). Then we realized we weren't given straws, so we turned around and went back before getting on the highway. I went inside this time, and found the employees arguing about hot fudge sundaes or something. This must be the worst McDonalds franchise on the planet! Failure on all counts. I worked at McDonals and Ray Crock would roll over in his grave if he witnessed what I did in my 20 minute wait for cold and crusty/hard and disgusting tasteless hamburgers made in a filthy kitchen open for all to see as every employee ignored the customer's in the lobby (we had given up on the drive thru). 4 double cheesburgers and two large Cokes coming in at $18+... what? We were missing one drink, one drink was supposed to be light ice and lemon we had full ice no lemon, I asked for a grilled chicken I got crispy and the burger was supposed to be no mayo came with LOTS of mayo. They have signs all over about being safe and sanitary. The bathrooms are atrociously filthy -both men and women. Then there's a worker-obviously off-duty, comes walking out from behind the counter, no mask, no PPE. Then the kid goes over to his friend who is also not wearing a mask. This place is awful. On the occasions that I have forced my self to stop and get something I am usually expecting dreadful service. I almost always use the drive-thru and with 100% certainty can say that they mess up the order at least 50% of the time. My only assumption on the lack of quality control is that they assume that once you have discovered that there is an error with what you ordered and what you actually received you will be many miles away on either I-10 or Hwy 90 and feel that turning around to confront the staff isn't worth the time and effort.
