I went today to get a BT21 meal and asked for Shooky because my niece wanted Shooky and when I asked for that they gave me RJ and when I asked to switch it out one girl said we can switch it out but then when I actually went to get it switched, they said no because they only got RJ which was fine if they only had that, but when my sister went to go get it because her daughter was crying she actually got Shooky? An absolute horrible experience. What happened to "hot fudge" Sundays? I wish a took a picture. My Sunday was half full with fudge from a bottle. It was ice cold. Asked for extra fudge. Just wanted 20 minutes in my car for a mobile order and went inside to see if they had forgotten or not received it to watch them seal up the bag with half of my food still missing out of it and my wife's Coke slushy half melted because it had been sitting. When you're paying an absorbing amount of money for McDonald's now you should at least get some kind of decent service. Don't do it don't fund them. No one was there who cares anything about customer service and or just basic business skills. Placed a small order for a fish meal w/drink and a burger Neal w/drink, while it was 9pm the store was empty. They pay more attention enticing to the drive through than a walk in customer. This is my 10-20 time here, and usually during the day it is working fine. Without remembering I forgot to get my change as I darted to the bathroom to change my sons diaper. The bathroom appeared to be very clean which I was very happy about. This the worst experience ever at McDonalds. The food is stale and tastes awful. We stood in the drive thru for 15 min waiting to order. I asked for the saweetie meal thats been out since august 9 and the worker says "uh we dont have that on the menu and I dont have a button for it on my screen". That is the most absurd thing Ive ever heard in my life. Not only did I have to explain what the meal was I also showed him a picture of his menu and he just said "I dont know". In addition I was not told my total or offered a receipt. The fries are very stale, cold, and soggy. The Big Mac bun was not toasted. Oh and the best part is that the fry box literally said "The Saweetie Meal" on the back. So disappointed. read more

Horrible and unfriendly service and took forever. We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with. Apple slices, and an apple juice - they gave us a cheeseburger, yogurt, milk, no toy and gave ME attitude when I went it to get what we actually ordered. They don't seem to care about service. All I can say is, if Nancy is working and takes your order, make sure you double, triple check to make sure she heard everything you ordered. She will talk over you and ask if there is anything else after every meal you order. We placed an order tonight and SHE did not add a medium fry to our order and when I asked about the missing item she got so rude and disrespectful with me. She told me I did not pay for it and I would have to pay for it.
