Ordered fries through drive thru and received my fries not cooked all the way . What was worse is that i noticed it when i got home.

I went in to buy a Big Mac, mcdouble with no onions, Fries and a Frappe around 5:00 on thursday. Just missed the happy hour :( I noticed the prices for most items had increased since my last visit. The guy who took my order was very kind and patient enough to hear my problems with the pricing. Even convinced me to buy the frappe without it being happy hour. So shout out to that guy. On the other hand, whoever handed me my food was kind of rude and i kind of felt like she was in a hurry to get me out. They messed up my order by the way. My mcdouble had onions and the fries tasted kind of stale. Overall it was an okay experience. I wouldnt brag about it. read more

Been here more than a couple times because it's near my friend's house and the food has never been anything other than stale-tasting and barely warm. Plus the sweet tea tastes more like plain water. read more

Dis gusting. This place never has wipes for the kids area, and it's pretty clear that the play area is not part of anyone's job to clean. The slides and climb area are coated with filth. Really, it would take one employee to wipe things down. read more

JARRED. Is an amazing employee. He is helpful and kind and was constantly asking people if they needed anything else. He didn't serve me or take my order, but I watched him interact with others and he was very impressive. read more

haven't been to a mcds in months. but i was driving back to work on my way from my dr.s appointment when i had a calling for an egg mcmuffin. i love them and i try to stay away from the, but i couldn't help it. and i tried their new iced coffees. they're okay. i still like startbuck's better, but not too bad. 5/30/2017 If you only want half the food you pay for, come to this McDonald's. I received ONE bag of food for 4 kids in the drive-thru. Asked the Drive-thru idiot if all the food is there. She said yes. A block later at a red light I check the bag and half the food I ordered AND was CHARGED for is missing. I go back and explain to the manager who offered ice cream cones for the inconvenience. I ask for cookies instead so the kids can eat their food first before dessert. She says yes, leaves and comes back with ICE CREAM CONES. The idiocity and stupidity of the staff are only reflection of the stupid leadership they are under. And you people want to get paid the same amount as people who have made the effort to get more education than you? Ridiculous. read more

So the one star is only because I love McDonald's so much ! This location closes their lobby at 12 and I strolled in at around 1145 (my badddd) the boyfriend was reallyyyy craving mcdonalds so gotta makem happy ! As soon as we got to the counter you could tell that the cashier (whom I believe is actually a manager as well) was annoyed that we were there .. I get it you want to close the lobby but you are in customer service so put a smile on it and deal with it ! I can say that because I myself am a restaurant manager ) ;) we ordered waited the avg 4 minutes for the food and to my surprise even when I said eating In I got it in a to go bag . how freaking rude is that ?? I mean could it have been any more clear that my business wasn't wanted in their establishment ? It's cool I won't come back trust me .. I'm sure another franchisee would like my business .. I asked her if I could grab a tray that was next to my bagged up meal and she was half an eye roll away from saying no but was able to throw in a horrible " well we close in ten minutes " I literally asked her ... So is that a yes or a no ? And just grabbed the tray and sat down . Sad to say this was NOT the worst of it ! The boyfriend opens his sand which wrapper and he finds a long light brown hair right on top . We're seriously not one bit grossed out nor mad about the hair .. Seriously shit happens we get it we work in the food industry the part that gets us or really I should say me upset is that I brought this to the attention to manager who was right there . I told her " seriously we don't want to make a big deal about this but just so that you know we found a hair in our burger . Ok as a professional good service manager no matter how nice your guest is about the situation you DONT just say " ok" and act as the situation didn't happen ! The lady could have offered me the whole restaurant and I would have said " no thank you " I don't want anything for free but I want you to at least PRETEND that you care . So .. Long story short one star for horrible customer service . One of the drive thru workers gave a nasty face to my aunt when we were getting our food. English isn't her first language, so I guess they had trouble with understanding her. They got our order wrong and acted like we wanted free stuff! They ended up giving us the rest of our order for free, but they were pretty rude about it. Worst McDonald's ever! I'm not the type to complain about service but tonight was the second time I went there just to get s sundae and was treated horribly. The first time which was a couple of weeks ago I walked in and when I stood there no one greeted me, said they would be right with me nothing. Oh and I was the only person (customer) in the whole place. So after I went and used the restroom did I stood at the counter for another five minutes before someone helped me. I then proceeded to order a mc flurry. The guy (younger late teens early twenties) charged me and gave me a receipt. I then stood there for another five minutes while I watched them talking cleaning and not making my ice cream. Then another guy says hey to the other guy we don't have ice cream and comes up the counter and apologizes, then they didn't have any other desserts ie cookies or Apple pies. So they just had to refund me my money and I was just like okay and walked out. Yeah I was kinda mad but I didn't sweat it. But then tonight I go through the drive through and I order a Sunday with hot fudge and strawberry. Well as I am sitting at the window after paying I can see the guy clear as day making my Sunday he pours in ice cream then strawberry then as he goes to pump the chocolate a small squirt fell then it was empty. He brings it to the window and I ask him if there if chocolate and he says "yeah i gave you some" and I said well can I please have more I was charged for the double topping. (Which i don't mind being charged that's why I order it that way.) And he says "Well, I gave you some" then proceeds to walk away to put more chocolate. I then tel him it's fine you can give it to me like that I don't want to have to argue with you. And he then snaps back and says "I'm not arguing with you I was getting more chocolate!" I was so appalled at how I was treated I just drove off. Like really get it together. read more

I love their snack wraps with ranch dressing and cheeseburgers! It's good and affordable.

i order a diet coke and when i was drinking it it was an iced tea and i didn't order an ice i ordered a diet coke and i got so mad and it was in the drive thru so i don't know if i could've told them that they gave me a tea instead of a diet coke this has a happened to me twice so idk if i wanna go to that mcdonald's again read more

I'm extremely disappointed tonight after a trip to this location. I frequent this place at least once a day and have for years! After waiting in line for at least 10-12 minutes and then sitting at the window with no acknowledgement except to ask me what my order was. When I finally get my Large Coke it ended up being super flat! No carbonation whatsoever. So I drove around, parked and had to drag my 4mo old out of the car to go inside and get a new Coke. After I told an employee and showed my frustration, he says he's going to check the machines. He is gone for 3 mins and no one else is asking if they can help me. I just wanted a new Coke! Manager comes over and I repeat everything and he says "let me go check the machines." I just want a cup!! He handed it to me and I helped myself at the lobby fountain and as I walked out told him that the machine is working. I got no responses. No Thank you! No sorry! No your welcome! So so annoying!!
