Maria the manager is always friendly and tries to help out as much as she can. Unfortunately, neither were available today. How hard is it to give me two sundays with extra topping? I wanted extra fudge on the bottom AND on top. Instead they put an extra pump on top which is not what I ordered. No big deal. Just do it, right? This had occurred a couple of days ago. We actually were going to IHOP for sit down breakfast. But was a 1 hour wait. So we walked over to Mc Donald's. By the time we stood waiting in line (they were switching to the lunch menu), so there went my quick breakfast. But we overheard the customer in front of us ask and they do serve breakfast until noon just don't have the menu up. Good to know. So I had to make a decision was I over breakfast and should I get lunch? Well I did and so did my husband. As we were waiting foe our order the lady doing the fries had gloves on and she had dropped a couple on the floor. Okay pick them up, put in the trash. Came to this McDonald's location for lunch cause my daughter wanted a happy meal. This was the closest location that I found while driving around Eastlake area. This was the first time me and daughter have been to this location. As we entered, there were only a few people in line which was great. I hate long lines. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and a fountain drink. I got myself a fish sandwich combo. It took awhile before my order came out. Once the lady called my number, she forgot to give my drink cups. That was the first thing I noticed. How do you forget the drink cups to an order? Ugh! Good thing I looked before taking the tray to the table. Kind of annoying. Anyway, seating seemed limited but I found a small table inside the play area. This place really needs more seating. My cousin used to work at this McDonald's. He told me about how he was cooking a hamburger patty one time and his co-worker told him to remove the patty since the customer was waiting for his or her burger. My cousin said "Dude, this meat isn't fully cooked yet" or somewhere along those lines. The co-worker just said "that's ok" and told my cousin to hurry up. I've never ordered a burger here, and now I'm glad for that. Does a Sausage McMuffin count here? I went out to today just to get a quick McDouble and an Iced Tea, and when I got my order I ended up getting the wrong drink. I only found this out after I added in some Splenda and it started fizzing up and spilling all over my car. I ended up dumping the drink since I didn't want it to keep spilling everywhere. I then went back through the drive through line in order to get my correct order, but they then refused to replace the drink despite the fact I had been there no less than 5 minutes prior and had the still wet cup and reciept. Terrible customer service. Ordered through the drive thru and they forgot our Deluxe breakfast which we didn't notice until we got home since we only checked the brown paper bag placed inside the plastic bag assuming the plastic bag was obviously provided for the Deluxe breakfast tray. We went out of our way to go all the way back with our receipt to pick up the rest of our order (which we did not request any compensation for their error since just wanted what we paid for) but they made it extremely difficult and were not apologetic of their mistake. Instead, they made remarks as if we were lying by stating "we don't put the paper bag in the plastic bag" (yet they've done it every other time we ordered the same thing) and "was is it Darius?" A wait is expected for a high traffic location, but never had any interaction that would warrant calling a staff member a r*tard. You're going to get out of your experience what you put in. On 5/15/19, Honestly never in my life have I ever had this horrible of service. I order through the app. I get told they can't run the order because their system is down (how it is everytime at this time of the night when they switch their system over). I wait over 5 minutes to speak to their "Manager" that told me her name is Jessica. She gets to the window and first thing she says is "Yeah what do you need" with a horrible attitude. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to wait an hour for the system to come up to get my food. Three letters for you L O L.
