Neither the breading or batter they used or the zucchini seemed seasoned. We actually ended up throwing out most of the zucchini order which is rare for us because we don't believe in food waste. I wish I could say that we loved the food but it was all just too bland. On the upside if you don't care for seasoning, this may be a good place to visit. As far as the service, we went through the drive through. The employee that took our order was patient in answering questions since we explained it was our first visit. She was friendly and had more of a spice to her personality than the food. I also want to acknowledge that on their website they say that a percentage of their sales goes towards charity for the community which is incredible. We don't see ourselves returning, and if we ever do we will order burgers since they seem to be more popular in the Yelp reviews.

There must be a language barrier because he did not take my order down correctly on the phone then proceeded argue that I did not order that. I was even willing to pay for a soda and fries but won't be coming back to spend a penny. This is not good customer service.

This McDonald's restaurant is ok. And by ok I mean just ok. Lately it seems to me that their quality isn't at it's best. I had my cheeseburgers missing pickles when asked for extra, my smoothies have no yogurt, they often run out of cream, the fries are always so cold and salty. When you ask for condiments, they only give you 1 of what you ask for. I am certain I am not the only person who enjoys consuming their fries or nuggets by dipping them in sauce. They always have new employees, most certainly it's because their old ones get tired of the work place. Be aware of the dirty restrooms. read more

We ordered two Big Macs, Both without middle bun and both without pickles. One with extra cheese. 2 large fries and 2 med sodas. Both Big Macs had pickles, one had no lettuce and otherwise made right. When they corrected the orders they were right BUT STILL HAD PICKLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We pulled them off. We got Med Fries and took them back for Large. Could have done MUCH better if they would have actually listened to us!!!!! I had to ask her multiple times for things, and even after I would tell her what I needed, she would forget again. She also forgot my drinks. The whole interaction was extremely frustrating because she would just stare at me with a blank expression like she had no idea what was going on. I'm usually very understanding when places are busy or employees are overwhelmed, but that wasn't the case here. It honestly felt like the lights were on but no one was home. I've been here before and have never had an experience this awful. Management really needs to provide more training because the service today was unacceptable.
