This place is unbelievable. Been going to this McDonald's for about a year now only cause it's close to me. It seems that every other time I go something is wrong with the order either they forgot something,or they skimp on the fries. This time is just ... I really don't have words for it . Ordered two grilled onion cheddar burgers got home and guess what's missing, the meat these people forgot the dang meat. It's the simplest burger to make all it comes with is meat, grilled onions, and cheddar. How do you mess that up. The morning crew is okay but the night crew is the worst team of employees you can assemble. Always giving an attitude and always getting the order wrong. They never put napkins in your bag and always stingy on the sauces. Really one sauce for a nugget combo ? They said I can't order a McFlurry bc the machine would be turned off by the time I get there but the person in front of me got one. Never any thank yous or acknowledgement when you're ordering or receiving your order. You can tell these people are really doing the bare minimum. On 4/20 ordered food the quarter pounder soaked in oil the bread was soaked the bag was dripping with oil. The fries wilted and undone. This is unacceptable. Spoke with manager Joseph he told me to come back tomorrow. On 4/21 went to get replacement order at 3:30 They couldn't find my complaint but I gave them my receipt. Finally got my coke and they told me to wait on line one for my order. 10 minutes later no food ... I'm upset called and spoke with the manager a female name unknown. Told her I was waiting outside for ten minutes and no food just kept seeing cars get their food and leave while I'm just waiting. Finally a guy comes out with no food telling me they don't give replacement I'm like excuse me I already spoke with the girl at the window she gave me a cole and told me to wait. He said I'll be back. He finally came back and guess what the burger soaked in grease again the bread soaked and the fries cold... I told him I would not accept this and gave it back. I'm beyond upset now. I called again and spoke to the same manager and she said I'll make sure to make it myself. She came out finally at 3:50 (20 minute wait) and brought me the fries which seemed fine, however the wrong size and the burger. She delivered my food with no mask and no gloves. I was disgusted and am contemplating calling USDA and or food safety. It is the law that all those handling food during covid should be wearing gloves and mask. She did not. After 20 minutes waiting I was not even given a complementary meal just as well I guess. Awful, horrible service. No customer service at all. Worst McDonald's ever!!!! Very disappointed with the food & service! During my graveyard shift at the hospital, my coworkers and I decided to grab some lunch at Mcdonalds. We ordered 2 big macs and 4 orders of the 10 piece chicken nuggets. Both big macs were cold and tasted old. The chicken nuggets were also cold. The only fresh item were the fries. I also had a coupon, that wasn't expired, and they still would not accept it. The staff working were not nice at all! This isn't the first time that this has happened. I'm so pissed, I just left the drive thru I order 2 quarter pounders, 2 mc chickens, 1 mc double, 6 pc chicken nugget, and 2 large fries. As usual I ask for my order to be "cook to order". I was told "at this time everything always is" by the Mc Donalds employee. As we pulled up to the 2nd window to pay, all awhile knowing I would have to send the food back! Getting bothered, feeling my anxiety coming along! Damn I'm so pissed off, within a matter seconds. Told my husband not to leave, all the food wasn't fresh! After asking the manager who was working the drive thru window, if he can replace the food with fresh food! He refused, while arguing that the food was fresh! I had to unwrap the mc chickens showing him, the manager stated "while it wasn't me, that did it! ALL I can do is tell my workers".. (WOW) still refusing to replace the QP that were cold, I was able to pull the cheese off. The cheese didn't melt . We pulled up and waited 5 minutes for our food to come out,.. 2 Large Fries, 2 Mc Chickens, 1 Mc Double, 6 pc Chicken Nugget. I was worried about them messing with my food. When I got home, I told my son's to come downstairs and eat. I took their QP out of the bag, immediately they both start laughing. They begin to tell me, without even opening the box. That the food was not fresh, they said "the single QPS, are in a double QPS box, the 6 pc chicken nugget is in the 4 pc chicken nugget box" and I said, "well yes the QPs ain't fresh the manager didn't want to take them back, the rest of the food he replaced"! So I of course I asked, "how could they tell". They began to tell me, stories what Mc Donalds employees do, both of them being ex-employees @ San Dimas location in 2019 "if there was a single QP in a double QP box, employees were to lazy they would dip the QP patty in the grease to make it look fresh put it in a big box so the grease would take a bit longer to be noticed as it would in a smaller box". We ordered thru UberEATS and by the time we finally got our food, it was room temperature. :( and the store was less than a mile away..?! We ordered 2 yogurt parfaits and only received 1. We ordered caramel frappes but they didn't have caramel :( at least they returned our money though. Im a normal guy and don't complain much but today was one o these days after I place my order for me and my son I ate one of my filet of fish and it was good when I got in the second bite I noticed there was very little tartar and then before I decided to complain I checked maybe the sauce is in the back of the filet I notice they only put half a slice of cheese. After visiting this location on many occasions, I want to address the lack of respect that the store manager has shown the employees. I have witnessed her yelling at employees which is in no way acceptable. I hope that the Webb family can address these internal issues. Very disappointing to see. Customer service is horrible. Training must be a priority within the leadership elite group at this McDonald's so that they can be an example to their employees. This McDonald's is okay. I can't remember a time they've gotten my order wrong. Once you order they're very quick. The line can get long especially for breakfast when they're busiest. A few times I've waited only to find out that they don't have a working card machine. The parking lot on the right (south) side of the building can get hectic when there's a line. The other parking lot has to be approached by going around the building so that's incredibly frustrating. read more
