The Hitch is a great, quick place to grab lunch. I met a friend there and the food was quick and delicious. She had a salad (which she loved) and I had the tacos. The chicken taco was amazing but the beef taco was not great. The beef filling almost tasted like Taco Bell. Not good. The employee at the counter was friendly and helpful. We sat at a high top table which was comfortable for our quick meal.

Finally got to try this spot, and let me tell you we were not disappointed. I had the sidewinder burger it was sooooo bomb!!!! Nice heat and tasty patty. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich it was also fire the to go plate came with seasoned fries and onions that was a nice touch.

    Egg & Cheese Burrito

Customer Service: 10/10 - friendly with a great sense of humor Egg Burrito: 2/10 - because it was warm ;)) French Fries: 9.5/10 - well seasoned Ambiance: N/A - Drive-thru order Overall XP: 8/10 The staff were pretty nice. They have wonderful customer service. The wait time was reasonable for what I ordered. The egg burrito has zero flavor. No salt. No pepper. Nada. It's probably about 6 inches long. Which in my opinion, is too small for a $10 burrito. The french fries, on the other hand, de-licious! They also give a great amount of fries for $5. I super duper enjoy thick cut fries! Honorable mention... the house ranch is pretty tasty too! I'll eventually revisit to try a burger. Wish me luck :))

    Delicious hamburger combo

I have been on the hunt for a truly great hamburger, and for the longest time I kept driving past this place called Hitch. Every single time I passed it, I was by myself and thought, I need to stop here, but I wanted to wait and experience it with my husband. Wellllllll. today was finally the day, and let me tell you it was SO worth the wait. We decided to share a hamburger combo, and that was absolutely not a mistake. From the moment we walked in, the experience was top notch. The customer service alone deserves a standing ovation. The young ladies working the counter were friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to answer all my questions. You can feel the positive energy the second you step inside. Now let's talk about the food because WOW. The burger was perfection. Fresh, crisp lettuce and tomato, a bun that held everything together beautifully, and a patty cooked exactly right juicy flavorful and clearly made with care. The French fries and onion rings? Totally awesome. This is the kind of meal that hits every craving and leaves you smiling. And then came the surprise... they serve breakfast too! I saw breakfast plates coming out to other guests, and they looked absolutely delicious. We didn't try breakfast this time. but trust me it's already on our list for the next visit. As we were walking out, I asked if Hitch was a franchise or family owned. The young lady smiled and said, "Oh no, this is family-owned and the owners are here during the week and sometimes working too." That sealed it for us. We LOVE supporting family-owned businesses, and you can truly feel the pride and heart behind this place. We will 100% be back and next time, we're bringing our big family, because when a place is this good, you want everyone you love to experience it too.

7/9/24 Surprisingly delicious burger combo! Just a couple of minutes from the Metrolink Transit Center, The Hitch Burger Grill serves up some delectable & savory burgers. They also dish out sandwiches, Mexican treats such as burritos, tacos, asada fries, breakfast items like omelets, chicken & waffles, inventive salads and many more tasty options. Hubby ate already but I was hungry for a burger. We were greeted promptly upon entering & Julian was happy to recommend the Sidewinder Jalapeño Burger. I wanted a combo & couldn't decide between the regular fries (they have sweet potato fries, too) and onion rings. Julian suggested h as lf & half, best of both worlds! Thank goodness they serve Coke products (and not the other cola). I was snapping photos & my combo arrived quickly. piping hot! My patty looked burnt but it certainly was not. It was a really big & scrumptious, juicy burger. It had savory bacon & sliced jalapeños. My fries were perfect, crunchy & seasoned well. The onion rings were pretty good but slightly under seasoned- ranch dressing & ketchup to the rescue! All in all, perfectly pleased with my combo. It was 92 degrees at 6:30 pm & it could've been a little more comfortable at the burger joint. I was perspiring as I was eating my dinner. That's my only complaint. Maybe they were trying to save on electricity? In any case, I would definitely return to try their other menu items. Great recommendation from Julian.

    Tri-tip salad, really good!

Been here for several times, because it's nearby. This time, I think I found my favorite at this location. The tri-tip salad! It is really good! The meat is really tender, the salad is good portion, and the crispy onion balances well with the texture. I'm not sure if they are doing better, or it was because my first time try this out. For other burgers or dishes I tried before, the taste was average, so I deduct 1 score here. Service is good, all the staff are very friendly and quite efficient. They have spacious indoor dining area, which we like. Based on this time's experience, I would like to come back again to try more

Prices on the menu are inaccurate. Kids menu is supposed to be $7.99. Rings up as $8.99. And definitely not worth it.

I ordered two sesame bagels, toasted, with cream cheese on the side, and two everything bagels, toasted, with cream cheese on them. When the employee took my order, she repeated it back correctly as two sesame bagels and two everything bagels. However, when I received my order and checked it before leaving, I discovered that I had only been given two sesame bagels and one everything bagel. When I politely asked about the missing everything bagel, the employee insisted that I had only ordered one. She also refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was required to pay again for the missing bagel. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. As a former New Yorker, I was equally disappointed with the bagels themselves. The restaurant promotes a New York-style bagel experience, but these bagels did not resemble the authentic New York bagels I grew up eating. They lacked the characteristic chew, texture, and flavor that make New York bagels famous. The bagels were also barely toasted. Rather than having a crisp exterior and warm center, they seemed only lightly warmed. A properly toasted bagel should have some crunch and color, and these simply did not. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, but how those mistakes are handled is what matters. My recommendation to future customers is to carefully inspect their order before leaving the counter. Unfortunately, based on this experience, both the customer service and product quality fell well below expectations.

We came on a weekend and it was super busy (as it should be honestly with how amazing the food and service are). We got the blackened salmon with penne pasta and baby potatoes, and the flat iron steak with bow tie pasta and herb brown rice. The steak was cooked perfectly medium. The bow tie pasta is served cold and has a vinegary flavor to it, definitely a distinct taste, but I personally loved it because I enjoy sour/vinegary flavors. I can see why it might not be everyone's favorite though, but I personally really enjoyed it. The salmon was also super flavorful and cooked perfectly. Same with the penne pasta and potatoes. Honestly everything was just made really well and good. For the sauce, we got their popular jalapeno garlic sauce and it paired well with absolutely everything.
