Hands down the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The manager personally came over to check on us, genuinely cared about how everything was, and when we mentioned our fries were a bit cold, she immediately brought us fresh, hot fries...no attitude, no hesitation, just amazing customer service.That kind of attention is so rare, especially at a fast-food place. You can tell this location is run with care and pride. The manager was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, and the staff followed that same energy.This is truly the only McDonald's I know that does that and more. This is an excellent location, by far the best in the Four Corners area. The evening/night team is excellent and I've had nothing but incredible and efficient service every time I've ordered food here. It's important to note that this is during peak/busiest times, and they are still on top of everything. Every issue I've had with this location has been from the morning/early afternoon team. I've had consistent mistakes on my orders when I come in during these times, and the majority of employees are not at all friendly to deal with. Overall, the store is usually kept in excellent shape, and the quality of service that I receive more often than not is the reason why I continue to dine at this location over the other locations near me. read more

I know my expectations should be low, but I've been to good McDonald's. This isn't one of them, so I'm pretty sad that this is the closest one to me now. This location has ridiculously slow service every time I visit it, and the drive through line is always at least 10 cars deep. It takes ages to get through, even for something as simple as one drink (which I go for regularly). Going inside isn't any better, it takes ages for them to even acknowledge your existence. Two stars only because my orders have been consistently correct. But I can't give more due to the speed of the service. read more

We were in town for Christmas. After a 7 hour long drive to get here, we decided to grab a bite to eat from this location. It was unbelievably busy for a night before Christmas. We used the kiosk to order our food, and waited forever before we received it. I remember another customer in the restaurant stating that this was supposed to be fast food. Once we received our food, I checked the bag for accuracy. Surprisingly, they got the order correct. The taste of the food was ok, and the meat on my cheeseburger was really small. Just a fair experience overall, although I must say that the employees there were working their butts off to push those orders out. read more

On 10/27/2023 at 2am, me and my partner went to the drive through to order a late night snack after leaving universal studios. We waited inline for 55mintues. 3 cars inline just left the line after ordering because it took so long. After getting to the window, the manager (older 50s 170lbs Caucasian man) was yelling as his team of 6 people. The team were running around so unorganized, frantic because the manager was so upset and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. The lady at the window (Latina, mid 20s shoulder Brown hair with highlights) was the only was that was helpful and trying to make things right. The manager was clearly incompetent on how to lead a big team of 6 with a car line of 9 deep. Super disappointed. Will NEVER be coming back to this location, EVER. read more

It's taking almost ten minutes at 4 am in the morning to get one sausage McGriddle and 2 hash browns and there's an employee sleeping in a booth. That pretty much sums it up. The McDonald's around this touristy area of Central Florida have set the bar pretty low. Since we moved to the complex right around the corner from this one, we have been quite a few times. They deliver on average more than half the time, but have dropped the ball on more than a couple of occasions. However, they do keep the interior much, MUCH cleaner than the Old Town location, their staff has been nothing but friendly, and, also, I have a weakness for Quarter Pounders so we will continue to visit this location. read more

Well I just came back from drivin to this McDonald's at night and all over the signs it says open 24hours everywhere like even on the small signs and even on my maps it says open 24 hours, it is definitely not, like at least show that you're not open McDonald's like at this point you might as well because it is every single night, you might as well put a time frame on you being open at this point. This is the worst McDonalds. The staff does not care I live near this location and I hate it. Every time you order things are wrong or something's missing. Doesn't matter what time you go. So it is clearly not the same crew members. Because it is different shifts when I have address these issues with their management staff at location. All they do is apologize nothing changes service still sucks. Drive thru you are on line for 30 plus minutes at time and then you pull in the spot and wait another 20 minutes for the food and that doesn't even come out right and then you have to wait for someone to acknowledge you to have it corrected. The mobile app same thing you arrive and wait 15 to 20 minutes and the order isn't correct either what is the point of the app when it doesn't run smooth and you have to go back in. I hate when I get home and didn't double check the order because it will cost me more money to go back and have things corrected. And deal with a team that doesn't care. And McDonalds people want $15 an hour do your job right and then let's talking about it. Ps I have worked food and beverage in the past. This McDonalds should be a prototype for how the restaurant should be!! Stacey and Nicole were the managers when I went in today and they were both amazing. Nicole came to the register helping drive thru and said she'd be right with me. Then Stacey saw me and came right over to take my order. The entire staff was smiling and busy. No playing no excess chatter and organized (unlike some McDonalds I've been to) Attitude reflects leadership in this restaurant. And the employees like their managers! We live near this location and frequent it often... There has not been one time they have gotten our order right. Breakfast this morning they gave us just an English muffin with nothing in it. Not sure why this McDonald's had such a low rating...To be honest, I do not usually rate my experiences at fast food restaurants, but I have been so impressed by this McDonalds!! We have gone here several times for breakfast and each time, the food is good, hot and correct. And, I'm one of those particular people who gets things like light sugar in the coffee, no meat on the egg mcmuffin and an upgrade yogurt in the meal. They don't even bat an eye and always do a great job getting the order right. Their service is excellent. Everyone smiles and delivers prompt service. Not sure what this McDonald's is doing differently in its training program, but keep it going!!! We will continue to go here! read more

I probably need to say up front that this review is based on one visit. In my opinion a single visit is not alway representative of the business as a whole. However, if this visit was a fair representation of this McDonalds location, this is a terrible place to eat. My family and I stopped here for breakfast this morning. Love or hate McDonalds, they are typically consistent and you know how it will be before you walk in the door. We probably received the worst service from a McD's I've ever received. They super sized the meaning of slow and disorganized. We had to clean our own table. We had to ask for silverware. We had to wait 20 minutes for 4 meals ordered directly off the menu, no special requests were made. The food was good and that's the only good thing I have to say. I would not visit again if I lived in the area. I am on vacation and I have a poor memory, but I will remember not to come here next time I'm on vacation. read more
