I probably need to say up front that this review is based on one visit. In my opinion a single visit is not alway representative of the business as a whole. However, if this visit was a fair representation of this McDonalds location, this is a terrible place to eat. My family and I stopped here for breakfast this morning. Love or hate McDonalds, they are typically consistent and you know how it will be before you walk in the door. We probably received the worst service from a McD's I've ever received. They super sized the meaning of slow and disorganized. We had to clean our own table. We had to ask for silverware. We had to wait 20 minutes for 4 meals ordered directly off the menu, no special requests were made. The food was good and that's the only good thing I have to say. I would not visit again if I lived in the area. I am on vacation and I have a poor memory, but I will remember not to come here next time I'm on vacation. read more

I was impressed by the size of this location, and they have those new fangled ordering kiosks the size of a flat screen tv. I thought this place was a top performer in the chain until I saw how the sandwiches we ordered were prepared; wrapped haphazardly with cheese/contents falling out. Add to that a less than efficient order processing time and confusion when your order is ready makes this a "I've experienced better" location. read more

I have given this McDonald's location one too many chances. They've NEVER gotten one of my orders right. One time, I asked for ketchup packets, and since the person in the window had already handed me my bag of food, she basically threw a handful into my car. The carbonation in soda makes me really sick and give me stomach issues for days, so I always order tea. More than once I have been handed soda and drank it, sealing my sickness in for the next few days. They need to seriously pay attention to that kind of stuff, but the employees seem to not care at all. I even had an employee completely deny that the drink he'd handed me was wrong. I ordered tea. He handed me sprite and tried to tell me it was tea. My most recent visit I ordered a meal that came with French fries, and they didn't even bother attempting to put them in a fry container, they were just all loose in the bag like they chucked in a handful. I've waited for up to half an hour for food in the drive through. I've come here when they're supposed to be open for 24 hours, and the employees have closed their store so they can chat and sleep inside and not have to work. I wish these reviews reached corporate, or even some sort of management. This staff and store needs a serious overhaul. read more

OK, yes, I know this is a McDonald's. It is god awful, though. Why do I go to McDonald's? Because I want cheap food quickly. OMG! I hope you are never ever ever ever in a hurry when you go to this location. It is ridiculously slow. I have driven through the drive-through window four times and I have never once got the correct order. Once, I was asked to pull into a parking space and wait for my food. I did so. 10 minutes later, when I still had no food I got out of my car and went inside. The manager yelled at me when I asked for a refund. Do not go to this location. It would be much quicker for you to forage for nuts and berries on your own then to wait for these unmotivated people. read more

I wish I could give less than a star because they don't even deserve one! To say this McDonald's is bad is an understatement! They can never do their job right and always claim to be understaffed (like I care)!!! I just want my order done right!! Their attitudes are absolutely horrible! Calling a costumer rude when you can't even do your job. The manager Alex has no clue what he is even doing! They are always cooking fries but for some reason they are always COLD! Anytime you go it takes at least 10 minutes to order and get your food. I've even had to wait 25 for some reason. Terrible experience!!! Most of the order was wrong or just plain awful. Sausage McMuffins instead of Sausage Biscuits. Chicken Biscuit was not out on the tray the first go around and was overcooked. When I got Breakfast this morning through the drive-thru, the lady at window 1 was wearing a bath robe over her uniform. Not very professional, and makes me wonder why I even bought my food there. Lately this McDonald's is forgetting everything. Previously they would forget to add the sauce to the food even though they charge you for it. Yesterday I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and of course they only give 30. Even though I went through drive thru now I had to go inside and wait for the remaining chicken nuggets. Today I ONLY ordered a happy meal and of course we get home and they forget the apple juice for my son that was paid for. How hard is it to check the few items that are being placed in the bag???? I feel like I constantly have to double check the employees work and I will NOT be going there as much as I can help it. Chik-fil-a hasn't disappointed me yet and they have always been very nice. My husband I stopped here and expected the usual great service that McDonald's offer at other locations but not this time. The staff was slow and having a fun time in the back but not focused on customers. We ordered a caramel frappe and when the manager gave it to us, she handed it to us from around a partition. Didn't even look at us to give it to us! And it didn't have any caramel. She said they were out of caramel. Wow?!?! McDonald's is out of caramel. She should have told us before she made it. And she didn't have a name badge. Also, one of the employees was sweeping the floor while food was being made, thus creating dust particles that was going straight into the food. Another customer told the manager but nothing happened. The continue to sweep and she kept hitting cups on the floor while she was sweeping. Also, the girl that was sweeping got a slap on the butt by the register employee. What a disaster. Never going back here. Horrible service, slow and dirty store. read more
