Can never get an order right. You order delivery and get a partial order 10 out of 10 times

Worst McDonald's ever! Unfortunately this one is the closest to my home, I hate to travel far for a burger but am considering it now. Around 80% of my orders are wrong. Eileen the store manager rectified an awful experience we had the other day. We were treated poorly by a stand in manager from a different store and she had actually said she didn't care if I complained bc it wasn't her store. I hope that manager is fired! Eileen called me Back and reimbursed our meal and treated us to lunch. She was super nice, professional and when we came back today (Saturday) the whole staff was great! The food was good too. We'll def be back now that Eileen helped us and showed us the utmost wonderful customer service. Thank you Eileen!!! read more

Originally was going to be not so kind but realized something writing this review. The people working here were not at fault to the last time I was here; the problem I had was with the fellow customers! I have never seen such impatience. I went with a friend to the counter and was not ready to order yet so a lady behind me was yakking on her phone while waiting possibly in a rush. I may have spent maybe twenty seconds making my order but I'll never forget what she said to me. "Come on. Oh my ####ing God!" I held my tongue because it would have made the wait longer so I awkwardly made my order though I messed up a little and it was fixed quickly. Man the audacity of people. Though the lady at the counter got a little annoyed at my mess up I got why and it was ok. Seriously I'm no longer mad at the people who work there. Though I'm bummed out it was a place I used to go to as a kid and was free to take my time places have to adapt to current surroundings. The workers get much credit I think because the many crazy customers they have to face, I think they deserve a freaking medal! read more

When I ordered my food using the drive-through window at this McDonald's I have to keep in mind that I am an adult almost a senior citizen. The representatives are very rude here. Let go over yesterday Monday, February 5, 2018 at 4:15pm it was the rudest kid I have ever seen in my life! For one she has difficulties with Communicating and conveying information without the use of poor grammar and rudeness. Before you paint a picture this restaurant is not in the "hood", so now rewind and paint a different the picture. This kid was so rude I moved forward to pick up my food and speak with a manager to avoid getting into an argument! To say the least she ticked me off almost in a manner to challenge me. My overall eating experience was not great. I would have given ZERO stars if it weren't for the young man at the overnight window. He was funny, kind & tried his hardest to make things right. He put extra effort into making my Frappe not look bland like everyone else does. I could overhear abuse being hurled at him from the car in front of me and when I told him that I appreciate what he does he told me he was used to it and that he even had a drink thrown in his FACE during his first week on the job. Unacceptable. He seemed like he really needed to hear how appreciated he is. Jared, I hope people treat you better and that you keep being you. I ordered sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I received a BACON egg and cheese mcgriddle and a BACON egg and cheese biscuit. And they were warm at best. This is not the first time we have received cold food here and frankly we are tired of it and the lack of response. Plenty of Parking since this location is very busy. No inside kid playground (my sons complaint) The inside is nice decorated in old school style (pics next time). Drive thru is very quick and so far always accurate. Sometimes the line is about to stretch into the street but they move quick enough that everyone fits in the lot. read more

The Mcdonald's at 531 Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights has the stupidest and slowest fucking people working there, none of these people seem to know how to read when an order is placed through the app, fucking morons need to go back to school and learn comprehension. Assholes got my order fucking wrong again. I would open the food to make sure it is the correct order before even walking away from the counter with this idiots that work there. I would not use this McDonald's, they are fucking the worst in the area. Now I've lived right behind this strip of fast food establishments for the better part of 28 years. Sadly, like all the others in line - this McDonalds too, is starting to fail miserably. The worst part is, they're the most efficient & timely fast food chain between Oak & Bishop Ave. I ordered a fairly simple order. 2 chicken McGriddles 1 sausage egg & cheese on a biscuit 2 hash browns 1 cinnamon roll What I got was: 1 chicken McGriddle 1 chicken McGriddle with a sausage patty thrown on as well? the rest was fine. You want $15 an hour and you can't read a simple ticket? Kick rocks and learn to read. read more

If I reviewed this McDonald's on the restroom alone, it would get 1 star. Nothing works in there. The urinal didn't flush. The cold water taps on both sinks were broken. Good thing the hot water wasn't that hot. The knob on the hot air dryer was loose and hanging down by a spring. On the plus side, the dining room area seemed clean and ordering food was a no-fuss experience. Can't say that the food is superb but they made the sandwiches I ordered nicely enough. read more

This place is better than the Burger King next door but person working drive thru does not greet or talk to you cause she's too busy listening to music and dancing. I would not be surprised if many orders get messed up due to her not paying attention. I ordered 2 Big Macs fries and a shake. The burgers had no lettuce on them and were both cold. I feel like I would probably love the food at the Clifton Heights McDonald's, that is, if they ever gave me the the right food that I ordered. Multiple times I have gone to this McDonald's and they have given me the wrong order. This was my third and last time that I go to this restaurant. I ordered a special chicken sandwich, which of course, they managed to mess up and give me beef instead. I also ordered a 10 nugget meal with the sandwich and they gave me 4 nuggets In a 10 nugget box. We waited in line to talk to somebody to get our order straightened out. The man at the window aggressively grab the food out of my hand and went into the back and when he returned he belligerently threw the food into my hands , and with a snarky remark, saying, "here's your five extra nuggets." I was shocked to be treated so poorly and aggressively when the fault was on their end. read more

So being a college student isn't so great when it comes to having the time and money to go eat somewhere great. Especially through this bad economy where a dollar is so hard to spend and so hard to get, I needed something cheap and decent. After spending my morning studying, my brother and I decided to go for McDonald's. We ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and a Big Mac Meal. This is very unhealthy, and i recommend you all not to do this on the regular. I had my 10 piece nuggets and it was great! Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy in the inside. The service was great. I gave them the money, they gave me the correct change back which was quite impressive. Took less than 2 minutes to get my food and cup. They could work on cleaning the tables a bit more. I found a leftover french fry laying on my table which I flicked off the table. but seriously, I'm not a big fan of fast food and probably won't be back til next never. read more

Went thru drive thru about 15 minutes ago. The girl at the pick up food window handed me my bag I went to look in it and she said "no need to look in it it is all there " I said well I want to check before I go home again she said no need it is all there and walked away. I thought ok she is confident about this so I drive away. I get home and IT wasn't all there. I live pretty far away. I am pissed that I didn't look when I should have. CHECK you order or go to another fast food store. . This McDonald's location always looks busy when I drive by, and today, against my better judgement, I went in. The drive-thru line was incredibly long, so I parked and went in thinking that perhaps I'd get in and out quicker. I should have known better. I should've just kept on driving, but I didn't. What I saw inside will keep me from ever going to this McDonald's location again. I placed my order at 11:00 a.m. By the time I got to my car it was 11:45 a.m. They had plenty of people working, but behind the counter there was mayhem. There are no words, there are just no words to describe the discombobulated situation inside that McDonald's. I should've known better, but I will not make this mistake again. If I get an unfortunate craving for McDonald's fries again, I will either resist or go to another location. Do yourself a favor and just drive on by this location. read more

I one time had to wait an hour for a quarter pounder. When I was in take out I notice that the employs would rather socializes then provide mediocre customer service. Yea so much for fast food what a joke I never got my food and i ended up almost being late for work. The next day I came in and tried to give it a second chance i was surely mistaken, my qp was raw and did not refund me. 5/5/21 @1:00pm...Buy one get on for $1 at McDonald's. Started my order and wanted a quarter pounder meal and ordered an extra quarter pounder for a coworker at work. Didn't know you couldn't get it for $1 more did she let me know that I wasn't gonna get it for a $1, luckily the nice lady at the 1st window let me know it doesn't work that way and changed my order around so that I could(at the same time I didn't ask if it was gonna be $1 at the order box so we were both to blame so no harm no foul) receipt received at 1:09pm. Got to the second window a teen handed me my drink and told me to pull up to the third. I'm waited at the window for 10mins, still no worker coming with my food(thinking to myself)"it's quarter pounder they must take a while", 5 more mins go by and now I'm getting impatient but I decided to give them more time"maybe they were busy?"...20 mins in total I head inside angry, low and behold there were 8 people behind the counter NOT DOING MUCH OF ANYTHING. Some (including the manager on duty) was on their phones and put it away as soon as I came through the door. I peer at the spot they normally leave the food and low and behold my order was just sitting there on the counter with no one asking"hey did this order go out yet?". Requested a refund and the manager excuse was "I'm sorry we are extremely busy atm" MY ASS...This locations problem is that there are too many kids working there without a care in the world. Every time I go there I can always spot at least 3 on their phones not doing their job. read more

I work there and from the reviews I have seen it's not a good place to eat at. Next I would suggest that they get their act together and put a air conditioning unit in the place because its to hot to work at with all the grills and fryers in the place. Finally I would suggest working at a fast food place for a kids first job as a teenager. I would also like to mention the pay they give. Ordered 3 pancakes and bacon to go. I get home and no napkins, syrup, butter or utensils ? Basic service missing so avoid this dump.

I went through the drive the other night.. the 1st window girl was kinda rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. But the young man at the 2nd window.. Steven more than made up for her. He was pleasant, he smiled and thanked me for my business. It was refreshing to be greeted by a young man with such charm and good manners. read more
