I visited this McDonalds on a Sunday mid morning and figured they would have everyone working quickly on the morning rush. The place was busy but not slammed with people ( only 2 deep in line to order). However orders were taking forever to come out. We waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, a burrito, and a sausage biscuit. The food order was correct, which is what earned 2 stars. Just need to working on speeding up the food preparation. read more

Unprofessional and rude behavior by the manager at this location. I tried to redeem my birthday reward this morning. I wanted to purchase a coffee. The cashier advised that I was not able to redeem the birthday reward for the coffee. Before attempting to use it, I already read what was eligible and figured the cashier was not aware. I tried to show her the app and she was dismissive. I requested to speak to a manager. When he came to speak on the manner, he never acknowledged me. He immediately had an attitude and instead of listening to my concern, he was just as bad as the cashier, he never even tried to discuss the issue with me in a professional manner. I requested the contact information of the store manager. Initially he told me that he was the store manager. He then gave me another name. I requested the business card. He told me there was no business card. I then asked him to write down the name. Instead of honoring my request, he asked me to leave the drive thru. I requested the information several times. He then wrote the name down and threatened to contact the police. I felt was unnecessary. For someone who patronized this location.. almost every morning, I did not feel like a valued customer. I was able to finally use my reward at a different location. This managers needs to learn how to properly deal with customers. read more

Employees refused to fulfill my mobile order or provide refund. Placed mobile orders (2) when arriving at the speaker I provided the order numbers. They directed me to the window, at the window the employee said they didn't have the numbers, I showed them receipts. Then the manager (Refusedto provide name or employee number) showed up and said that i ordered at a different location, again I showed her the receipts, she then said "well I don't got em, you'll have to order again" at which time I really started to get angry and said "bullshit!" This McDonald's has updated the drive through and added a second lane to order and has updated the building , but what's the point when they were already slow to begin with, now by adding another lane, they are twice as slow, McDonald's be adding a second lane like they are Chick-fil-A and can handle the orders effectively and fast, but it never happens that way, if your hungry, you should probably go to a different McDonald's not in Clinton or just go inside, because you'll sit in the drive through for more than 10 min for cold food and slow service. read more

Omg this poor McDonald's is a hot mess. The inside isn't even open only drive thru and curbside. I did a curbside order. Said my food would be out in 5 minutes. Only ordered one sandwich not a meal just the sandwich. After I parked I noticed people walking up to the drive thru window in between cars. People who had ordered for inside pick up had to go to the drive thru to pick it up. So I went and asked if I needed to for a curbside order. She told me no someone would bring curbside orders out. Ok great. Got back in my truck to wait. While I'm waiting I guess they forgot something in the person next to Me s order so one of the employees tried to flag him down to let him know but he drove off this poor employee was so frustrated she started screaming in the parking lot throwing her hands up in the air. Whewwww. 20 minutes later I finally got my fish sandwich. Which wasn't even right lol missing the cheese and sauce. I want to add that it was not busy. Normal amount of care in the drive thru. Worst service. Most ignorant employees. I just showed up there and ordered breakfast, 3 hot cakes and sausage, the boy behind the counter was so stoned that he needed me repeat my order 3 times. He has another girl to get me my cup of water, she said okay and then walked away without doing it. After 10 minutes of waiting when I finally get my food there's only butter in there with my hotcakes and sausage. no syrup. I go back to the counter and asked one of the girls for some syrup, she gives me the biggest sigh, like what I've asked is so complicated... I get back to the table and realize there's no silverware, I go back to the counter and see a guy in a red shirt who I assume is the manager (even though he looks 22) and tell him hey you guys forgot the syrup and the silverware. How much supposed to eat my breakfast with no silverware? "Uh sorry we're out of forks" "So your solution is to not mention that and hope I won't notice? Am I just supposed to eat my food with my hands?" "Um, I have a spoon..." Screw this McDonalds with their lazy, mumbling employees with their shitty attitudes. This is the best McDonald's in the surrounding area that I have been to. The store was exceptionally clean and well lit. Staff were courteous and above all QUICK! Unlike the half dozen or so other locations in the area which are extremely slow. Employees also provided a good mix of diversity along with customers I saw dining in. I recommend this location above the others in the surrounding areas. Certainly a hidden jewel since you can't even see it from the main roads here, maybe that will help to keep this location AWESOME! read more

LAWDDDD I should have known that I would not be getting the same service I would have gotten at chick fil a. I was in the area seeing a client, and was starvinnnng. I needed to eat before working, and only came here because I had my heart set on a Southwestern salad. I realized that the chic fil a that I originally tried to go to across the street was CLOSED for renovations ;( [plus it took me about an hour to drive all the way to this part of town! I was going to get my salad by any means necessary]. I quickly yelped for the nearest place selling a southwest salad and located this McDonalds right across the street. I said, welp-alright then McDonalds it is! I pulled up and the drive thru line looked pretty empty. It did not take long for me to order my food, but took FOREVER from the time I ordered to the time I got my food at the second window. I don't know whether the people in front of me ordered $1000 worth of McDonalds, or if they were just slow. But I will say when I got up to the window to get my food they had it ready for me (probably because it was only a salad). The employees were being very goofy while working from what I saw through the window, which probably was the cause for the slow down. The McDonalds also looks very old and raggedy compared to newer more renovated McDonalds. But idc-- I wont be back! read more

I patiently sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker. I than drove to the first window, and explained that I had been waiting. A woman came to the window, I explained the situation, and she asked me to go to the second window to place my order. Again I patiently waited, the manager came to the window and asked "what do you want". After getting past her tone, I gave her my order. She then went on to tell me that she could not take my order at this window and that I would have to go back and get in line (which now had several more cars). I tried to explain that I waited at the window for 15 minutes, wait for it.... She slammed the window while I was talking to her... And this was one of the "white shirt wearing managers. I calmed my nerves and went inside to talk to perhaps another manager or store owner. There was another "white shirt" at the register. I explained to the Young Man what transpired, he apologized and offered to get the store manager, I waited for several minutes, but he returned without the manager. I left the store, and called the number, of course no one answered. Absolutely unbelievable the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! If you own or manage this business, I respectfully suggest that you invest in Customer Service Training for your employees, from top to bottom. Again, I absolutely detest poor customer service. After a frustrating experience with the Pizza Hut across the street and three hungry children to feed I go to this McDonald's drive-thru. I arrive at 9:40 pm, place my order at 9:47 and inch my way to Window #1 and wait for the cashier to acknowledge that I'm handing him a credit card. Arrive at Window #2 at 10:00, wait for my food which finally is given to me at 10:08 with a short "sorry for your wait apology." I feel heat from the French Fry bag but test one anyway -- it was hot. Get home (less than 2 miles away) about 4 minutes later and find that only the fry bag on top had hot fries; the other two bags were barely lukewarm (a dirty trick). read more

Some tips if youre planning on eating here. Im speaking of what i went through when ive eaten here for awhile and i am speaking in a neutral state of mind. They cant mix drinks. You would have to mix it yourself by coming inside.(Sprite and fruit punch cant be mixed in the drive thru)They are fast but you have to remember that most of them after 3 are young and probably in high school so your food will come as soon as possible. When it is early(5am-3pm) you will get your food as soon as possible and they strive to meet your expectations. Is the customer always right? If they work there wont they know more than the average customer? I like this McDonalds because they work with you if you are nice. If you are inside and there is a crowd, plan on waiting for a little bit because those people will have ordered before you and get your food before you unless you order a cup which then they can hand to you without a wait. If you order a breakfast item after breakfast time which is from 4-10:30 on weekdays and 4-11 on weekends, then you will have to wait for your food after others because they really stop making breakfast food items and are in the mindset of lunch. If you are in drive through, try to have your money ready. It will make your experience and their experience quicker and easier. Try not to put money on the table if they are holding their hand out to receive it, it makes the process slower. Just because someone looks young, doesnt mean they cant be a manager. Ive met some really cool and professional managers at fast food who were 17-26. They handled my order very professionally and got my food out quick and without hesitation. They wont spit in your food or anything like that if youre rude to them, they will probably at most just wait till you finish speaking to them in a rude manner to complete your order. McDonalds is a friendly zone. This McDonald's in particular is great! I hope this review helped! read more

Restaurants should really be mindful that customer service is everything. I visited this establishment today and placed a pretty simple order. The only thing that required a little thought was that I requested a Hawaian Punch and Sprite mix. The young guy repeated my order and said Tropical Punch Sprite Remix. I said no, I would like half Hawaian Punch and half Sprite. He said that is what a Tropical Punch Sprite Remix is, to which I said no. I explained what I wanted again and he said OK, gave me my total for the order and asked me to pull around. When I got to the front he said we can't mix the drink. I asked why and he said we can't. I asked why again and he said it's too much work. Too much "work, " really?!?! Then he said we just can't do it. I asked him why again and told him every McDonald's I've ever gone to did this and he said well not here. I kindly told him to cancel my $21+ order because apparently this establishment would rather lose money, waste food for 10 cents worth of syrup and seltzer water. I have options McDonald's, and your lack of customer service does not require my support. My money was well spent across the street at Wendy's where they mixed my drink with pleasure.
