I was then harased by a group of prejudice males who started making faces at me and then asked me to buy candy bars he had in a paper bag. I said to him that I did not have any cash sorry.He then said he was an employee and would get my fries for me and he would make sure they were cold! This Mc Donald's location has friendly enough service, and their prices are average. However, there are some things that they don't carry here, which can be disappointing. The drive through wait is typically super long as well, and I once spent a half hour in line. The food itself has been good so far, and I have no complaints about it. I have never been inside, so I cannot speak to the ambiance. read more

Me and my boyfriend come here every weekend mostly friday and Saturday , and most of the time we are just getting strawberry banana smoothies. they are always good! and food is always fresh. we come at night maybe around 12:00am but the lady in the purple hat at the first window that also takes the order is always so rude and disrespectful... she has no customer service , not polite, and no manners the second window employees are great!! always smiling and very respectful. We say thank you they said you're welcome and have a good night. The lady at the first window never says anything tells us to order and then never says thank you back never says have a good night back nothing. Me being in the service industry i find that very strange... this is why everybody can't work in this industry!! Really disappointed in our experience here today. My wife hadn't eaten all day and wanted to hit the drive thru for two burgers. She ordered a #2, which is a meal with two cheeseburgers, fries, and a pop. She ordered the burgers with no cheese. The ordering screen read that the burgers were to be "plain." My wife double checked that the burgers just wouldn't have cheese. She said, "You know, ordering hamburgers." When she got her food, there were to cheeseburgers in the bag. There wasn't anyone behind her, so she just reversed the car, and told the girl at the window that her order was wrong. She explained the difference between ordering two hamburgers, and receiving two cheeseburgers. The girl working the window the responded, "So, what do you want me to do? Make you new ones?" It was a ridiculous response, and the attitude was completely unwarranted. My wife is one of the nicest people (to a fault) I've ever met when dealing in a customer service scenario. So, we waited a few minutes, and she finally received her new burgers. We drove away. We shouldn't have driven away. Now, she received two hamburgers with nothing on them. Never once did she say she didn't want ketchup, mustard, onions, or pickles. I just fee so bad that my wife had to eat two plain burgers (or they're even really burgers.) read more

I went there yesterday morning on my way to work. Their McCafe station was down. (This was before 8:30 am.) If you are complaining about the prices here then you aren't using the McDonalds App! I always get at least $5 off or a free item such as a Breakfast sandwich, Latte, Large Fry, etc. They have 20% and 25% deals that are great for larger orders for a family or group but read the deal before getting there because a lot of times it's for a mobile order through the app so you then have to choose or load everything you want in the app cart before you go there including the coupon in the app, check out, then give them the order # when you get in the drive-thru. You can attach a form of payment to the app also so it goes pretty smoothly. They had such great deals during the Virus ordeal to make up for no inside service, long slow lines and a skeleton crew that I got a free Large Hot Vanilla Latte every time I went there for about 2 years! The employees there were troopers through that I have to say. I don't blame them for the prices and company policies I don't agree with because they just work there. I actually came on here to rip the shithole McDonalds at 9 Mile and Mack, but it wasn't on the list, and I didn't feel like taking the time to create a page for that rathole. That said, I'm glad to have the opportunity to rate this great location and talk about the wonderful service you're sure to receive should you choose to eat here. I literally make an effort to stop by whenever I'm in the area. It just feels good to get service this great. When you eat here your nuggets are always crispy, your fries are always hot, and your burgers are always fresh. I've never had a bad meal from this joint, and they generally have your food waiting for you at the second window by the time you pay at the first.
