Unfortunately, because it's the closest to my house, this is the worst McDonald's I've been too. If there are more than 6 or 8 cars in the drive through, you will wait a half hour minimum. Person at the counter or at drive through window doesn't know how to process coupons. On two occasions they double charged my credit card. On another occasion the person serving doesn't look at the contents of the order and says order is complete while the order was actually incomplete. This McDonald's was supposed to be open 24/7. After a late night out me and my family were craving this place, and they were closed. We saw the workers inside, but the doors and windows showed paper signs saying they would reopen at 5 am. And it wasn't until 10 minutes of sitting and waiting for someone to answer at the mic that we pulled up to the window to find these signs. It was so irritating and a huge waste of time. Quite possibly the worst fast food location of any company (McDonald's, jack, etc) without fail, every single time I have come to this location they've screwed up my order. I've given this location chance after chance because it's close to my home but I'd honestly rather just drive the distance to another location than come here. Like most other reviewers, I am especially displeased with the service here. The food was normal as always, but the person taking my order was less than happy to do it and did not hold back in showing it. At one point I asked for the mix and match mcgriddles and I think she didn't hear the last part. Instead of just asking me to repeat myself she said "mix and match? i don't know what that is." Ordered on one of those new kiosk things around 2:20pm. Waiting... Waiting... 2:30pm comes around, still nothing. I went up to the cashier around 2:45pm to let them know that I had ordered 25 minutes ago and no food yet. They said, "oh yeah sorry." Why isn't 0 stars an option , I don't even know where to start with this place the drive thru is packed 24/7 and takes at least 20mins every single time I've gone , the order is never right and the staff are rude . The reason I'm writing this is because last time was the last straw I order 2 Big Mac meals after waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins they wanted to pull around and wait . At least 4 orders went out the others pulled around as well before me , finally after being there almost 40mins I go inside to ask when it's gonna be ready or if I can just have a refund they asked for my receipt (which they never gave me and no I didn't say no receipt) I didn't have and they basically told me I could fuck off and they aren't gonna do anything without the receipt that they didn't give me just don't go here lol read more
