As we are traveling, made our stop to use restroom and eat. After asking a question the manager was so rude, we told them we would eat elsewhere. They had one customer I would hate to see them during a rush. We were surprised as the cashier was about 80 years old. Nice guy but no incentive to look into our question himself. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I had the option. We used to go there all the time. We recently went in there and got six fries and they were greasy and cold, and I was told by the manager that they were fresh and hot. The manager refused replace the order of fries. I ordered a McChicken WITHOUT mayonnaise. When I picked up my bag from the counter I checked the sandwich to make sure there was no mayonnaise, I found that there was in-fact mayo. I asked the cashier if I could get a new sandwich made with out mayonnaise and showed him my receipt. He checked and gladly said yes then called out the kitchen to make a new sandwich. I waited for 10 minutes before deciding to ask again. To my surprise they had never taken the order to make the new sandwich. Passing thru on our way home. All the lights were off outside appearing as if they were closed. Online hours stated open til midnight. we pulled up to the menu bored and was able to place our order. We asked the gal working the window why no lights were on, she grunts i don't know and slams the window shut. I receive my beverage and it had maybe two ice cubes in it and was only half full. i asked her to add ice to it at least and she stated she couldn't take it back through the window. She did provide me with another cup with more ice but still not full. We should have checked our food prior to driving off as both fries were half full. This place was a lifesaver on a road trip with the grandkids, AKA two toddlers, an infant, and a pre-teen. Never thought I would give five stars to a fast food place, but here it is! KEPT THE TODDLERS BUSY: They have a nice, large, outdoor PlayPlace. It was packed with kids ... all having a blast and generally getting along. CHANGING STATION: The restroom has a great changing station, complete with disposable covers and a closed lid waste basket for diapers. CLEAN AS CAN BE EXPECTED: Overall, the restaurant and restrooms were decently clean, especially considering the high foot traffic. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The employees were the friendliest we have ever seen at fast food. In addition, they brought our food to the table; turned our number around when they brought the food; then checked on us one more time before taking our number away. What?!? At a McDonalds?!? CAN'T BEAT THE COST: I saw another review that said they are expensive. Yet we got five massive scoops of Tillamook ice cream for $8.50. More stops on our way up to our destinations. This McDonald's location has been one of our mainstays on the trip to the in-law's for the last 2 years now. Typically, we stop to use the bathroom or just go through the drive-thru for a Diet Coke and a cheap ice cream cone. This location has some friendly teens working and offers an additional menu for desserts that are not "McDonald's". Four stars for a McDonald's?!?! WTF?!?! Sam, are you out of your goddamned mind? Well, I never would have thought I'd be doing this, but we stopped here on our way to Ashland and I was blown away. First, it is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I know, sounds like a complete oxymoron, but it's totally true. Now, I've heard the rumors of all the new McCafe upgrade stuff, but this was pretty incredible. Tile on the walls, fake wood walls and trim, a little waterfall inside, lots of tables--very nice. The lady at the counter seemed genuinely polite, was helpful and we got our food very quickly. About the food--this is nothing to be surprised about. However, I've had the new third pound angus burger a couple times now, and it's not half bad. Actually, I'd say it is the best chain/fast food burger I've had (and before you ask, no I've yet to partake at In N Out). As mentioned by another Yelper, they have tillamook ice cream here (yay!) And wifi, so that's pretty higher end as well. I believe this location is open 24 hours, so if you happen to find yourself driving on I-5 in BFE, southern(-ish) Oregon at 4 in the morning, this should treat you well. Stopped in there on my way back to Portland and plugged my phone In after I ordered and I didn't sit or take my mask off with 2 others, we asked an employee if we could and she said yes then about 15 minutes later the general manager come up to us and told us we have already been asked to leave once and he is going to call the police on us and turned his back and ignored us!! First of all I asked to charge my phone and got the ok, second of all we were never told once to leave! It's very upsetting having the general manager come up and threaten to call the police and get us arrested out of no where. This is the fanciest McDonald's I've ever been in. Came here for a bathroom break off I-5 and I was amazed by their mini indoor waterfall. Also, forget getting their soft serve ice cream! This is one of the better McDonald's of Oregon. It has a nice outdoor play land for kids. It has Rv parking and open 24hrs. The food is your normal McDonald's food. They do have a nice selection of hard scooped Tillamook ice cream. Very clean place. read more
