This Arby's is one of the last better quality ones I've been to as an Arby's fan. The inside interior is fabulous! It's stylish and modern, very clean looking. And also well cleaned by the staff. The outside could use some updating to match the inside. The food was fresh and quick. We were very satisfied, for once in a long time, with the amount of meat provided. I got the cheddar beef and the heaped on the meat, cheddar sauce, and Arby's sauce. It was extremely messy, in the good way! My partner's fish sandwiches were good and toasty. The mac n cheese made my kids happy. But honestly, our visit was just great because of the employee that helped us. Jennifer. She told us she was a grandma too and talked to our shy two year old who instantly warmed up to her. She's a keeper for front of house work. Warm, bubbly personality. And she was so helpful with food recommendations. Nothing but nice, positive things to say about any menu item we asked about. Please give her some sort of recognition for her hard work and loyalty to Arby's customer service. We are visiting from Portland and wish Portland's Arby's were this nice. read more

Was craving me some Arby's on my PNW road trip. It was getting pretty late and I wasn't sure what would be open. Thankfully they were open until like 11 or so. I really wish there were more Arby's and Jersey Mikes subs near my urban location. I just don't understand why you have to get out of the Bay Area some to get these joints. Drive through available, but I went inside. Like 3-4 employees working, though I was the only patron the whole time I ate there. Massively clean and well decorated restaurant. Classy Arby's! Dude working seemed excited to have a patron and was very personable. I ordered my usual chicken bacon swiss sandwich meal with curly fries and upgraded to a small Jamocha shake. Was like $9-10 total, so not that cheap for fast food, but pretty worth it in my book. It took a while to make the sandwich and fries. I'm actually ok with this as it was late and it's better than it sitting around. I was able to sip on my shake while I waited. I love all the sauces at Arby's. It's what makes this place special. Namely the horsey sauce. That sauce paired with their curly fries is heaven! The chicken sandwich this time should have been hotter which would have melted the cheese better. Otherwise the flavour was all there and it was still pretty good. read more

Service was Okay, kinda short with me when a truck drove by and I couldn't hear her on the speaker. I got to the window and she said something to the other person inside, but I guess she thought I could hear her also and was kinda short with me over that. The Bacon was good, but a BLT should have TOMATO & lettuce, and I asked for extra onion. I got one small slice of hard tasteless tomato, half of the bun had a single tired piece of lettuce, and the extra onion ended up as ONE SINGLE piece of red onion on the whole $6.00 sandwich. I know times are hard, but I came in to do business. The way that one person acted, the skimpy vegetation, and the lack of noting my simple request for extra onion will influence how I feel about coming back. read more

How do you screwup an Arby's? Poor customer service from management on down. The store is nice and newer looking. Had my order taken quick enough but I should have gotten a clue when I saw so many unhappy faces waiting for their food as i turned around and waited. I thought the wait was excessive so i checked the time stamp on my receipt. 25 minutes! That's how long I had to wait for two french dips, fried, cheese sticks and my milkshake was completely melted. The icing on the cake is no sauce for the mozzarella sticks, just great. The really astonishing thing is the manager handed me the bag of food with out an apology, or anything to make me understand why it took so long, really? I understand that shit happens, (and I think it happens a lot at this locatuon) but if the manager doesn't care about customers why should anyone else? Never again. read more

Made New Batch after returning and ordered 9 got 6 and were Tiny/Hard Pieces. Staff at first said they would Microwave? We're tough snd old to start. One cashier offered a Turnover for waiting. What the heck? ALL the unoccupied tables were clean. The floor was clean. I'm in an alternate universe! We travel for work for extended periods and stoop at a lot of places to dine. We have stopped here several times when Subway sounded too fresh. Thanks for your work Hank. Made a long drive on a rainy day a little better. read more

This place is the biggest ripoff when it comes to food quality because it's over $4 for a classic roast beef. The fries are most of the time cold, I'm never going back again because almost every time I go back I feel sick for hours after I eat there. Now I noticed that everytime I see that old lady there I get the worst experience because she's rude, when I get my change back she throws it in my hand. She also takes forever to give me back my change. I'm just so disappointed that the public schooling system failed her so badly because it's not that hard to give me back my change. Even my son that's in 2 grade knew the amount before she was even close to giving it back. Overall I am disgust, disappointed, and will never EVER recommend this Arby's to anyone read more

Just got home from a road trip and out of all the places we ate this was the best, topping the Gold Beach local restaurants for sure! I had expected the regular Arby's, I even knew what I was going to order before I got to the drive thru... this was above and beyond!!! The man working the window tonight was very kind and wore his mask properly, and was very quick! And then to top it, the food was the best I've ever had at an Arby's. I usually get the turkey gyro but this one was amazing! If I'm ever passing through again I will be stopping for sure! read more

Super helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Order was made EXACTLY as requested. Legit ingredients for both the wrap (can get ANY "sandwich" wrapped for a lower carb still tasty and filling Alternative. They can handle that without any ordeal or explanation.) and the chocolate shake. Appreciate the "snack" size so don't pay for a huge portion that gets half wasted anyways. Manager was present and actively helping all employees, made me feel more relaxed as a customer. read more

Other than being very slow this Arby's served it's purpose for us being hungry. We only eat at Arby's on rare occasions as neither one of us are real fans. This one was convenient to the freeway on our road trip to Oregon. The store was clean and the employees very polite. read more

Disappointing. It seems like the employees dont want to have customers there. Rude from the start. There was an employee standing in the back staring at us the entire time we were in the drive thru, it was wierd. I expect the minimum service from minimum wage workers. However Renee was far below the minimum. One of my sandwiches wasn't included in my bag. When I returned to get the sandwich I was told "oh is that the only thing your missing". What! how about an apology for waisting my time. It seemed like they screw up often and dont care. I won't return to this location. Beware of the lurking robots with faulty programming, they may screw up your order on purpose if you get too complicated. read more

I have been to this Arby's 2x sense they opened at this location . First time bad second time was even worse. We ordered 2 Turkey Swiss fresh sandwiches the bread tasted about one day from moldy so dry could almost not chew it. Yes it's a new store with lots more employees, but that hasn't really been for the best oh and .50 cents for water while you wait. I will most definitely not making a third trip. The smaller store with two or three workers at one time was by far better than all these people tripping over each other The kids they have working tried but got in each others way read more
